Voleibol de arena y césped naranja ... ¡Esto es Las Vegas!

La emoción de Las Vegas se disfruta mejor con moderación. Esta casa de planta abierta estilo rancho con glorioso espacio al aire libre está perfectamente ubicada (a 4 millas de la tirolesa en Fremont Street Experience y a 8 millas de las fuentes de Bellagio) para disfrutar de una gran noche y días relajantes en su piscina privada. Llevo más de 4 años organizando conjeturas y realmente me encanta. Vivo justo bajando la calle si necesitas algo. Si no, te dejo disfrutar de todo lo que esta casa tiene para ofrecer.

PD. Si usted es golfista, el campo de golf de Las Vegas 'Muni' está a menos de 1/2 milla de distancia.

We planned this as my 60th birthday with our best friends and it couldn't have been better. The house is very clean and relaxing in the pool was great. Plenty of shade when it gets hot in Vegas. You don't have to worry about bringing any kitchen stuff because it has everything. Towels galore and the shower pressure is awesome. The beds are very comfortable as well. My best friend said this was the best Vbro he has ever stayed at!!!!

Family from different states came for my grandson’s wedding and this home was perfect for us. The home is beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for us all. Doug was there to greet us and show us around and he made sure that we had everything that we needed. My grandkids really enjoyed the backyard.

We had an outstanding stay and truly appreciated the clear, responsive communication from our host. The location couldn’t have been better—about 30 minutes to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and just 20 minutes to Sphere at The Venetian Resort. The pool, spa, and outdoor space were absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more relaxing. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas!

The property exactly as described and better. We couldn’t believe how comfortable the home and outdoor area felt. Everything we needed was provided to include LV suggested sites. The Host was always available and communicating was quick. I want to say a special thank you to our host for stepping up when we thought we left something special and sensitive to the heat outdoors while we were out site seeing. We will stay here again.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Perfect location to be "in Las Vegas" while not being on the strip. So many great places to eat and a short inexpensive Lyft/Uber ride to town. Doug gave a personal welcome and made sure everything was all set for our stay. We had coffee every morning outside, swam in the pool after hiking and enjoyed the spa...not really a hot tub since the water temp wasn't too much warmer, but it all was perfect.

Doug is an excellent host! He responded quickly to any needs in our group of four. We had very few needs because this house came with all the essentials and then some! We sure loved the hot tub app because we could turn the hot tub on as we drove back from our exploring Vegas, and we knew it'd be ready for us!

We traveled to Las Vegas for a family vacation, and this property was absolutely perfect for our group. We were traveling with a toddler, a child, and several adults, and the space was comfortable and spacious for everyone. Since my family loves to cook, the kitchen was especially well-equipped and made our stay even better. The location was ideal — about 15 minutes from the Strip and only 7 minutes from Fremont Street. Doug was an amazing host: incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Had a wonderful week at this lovely home. The host was very responsive and accomodated an early check-in for us. The home is spacious, spotless and fully stocked with everything we might need. The back yard is huge and perfect for hanging out relaxing and playing games. We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend this place.

Great place to get away from the strip when you need a break, and bring the dogs or kids. Great back yard oasis and only 15 minutes from the strip. Owner lives next door and is very responsive. Well equipped home has all your needs covered. Our dogs loved it too!

This was by far the best place we've stayed in Las Vegas away from the Strip. The home is spacious, pet-friendly, and features a large common area and bedroom—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for light cooking and BBQs, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. We especially loved spending our evenings in the clean, inviting yard and pool area. The owner lives nearby, which made check-in and checkout smooth and hassle-free. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

I am a displaced mid-western farm boy. After living in San Francisco for 8 years, I moved to Vegas to slow down a bit and bought this house. I did a lot of remodeling and updating...including 100% desert landscaping and solar pool heating. When I outgrew the space I just couldn't part with the house and started vacation renting it in June of 2014. I didn't like the level of service the management company was providing so I took it back and am now managing it myself. I still live in this awesome neighborhood in the house next door.

I look forward to meeting my guests. I do my best to meet you at check in, say thank you person and give you a tour. I now have several return guests who find my hospitality, comforts and location unbeatable.

I am a licensed real estate broker/salesperson in the state of Nevada. If you happen to be thinking about relocating, I'd be happy to help you find the perfect home in Las Vegas.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I call it easy living. I've updated all of the appliances, took down a wall to open the space up and made great improvements in the back yard. The orange turf is actually the same turf used when the Wynn opened to advertise Avenue Q! It's fun and a great way to conserve our precious water in the desert.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My house was always the social house. My friends found it very easy to get to from all over the valley. Fremont street is 4.1 miles and I can get to Caesar's Palace in about 15 minutes...I'll share the back street tricks to save you a bunch of time.

If you are a golfer, the Las Vegas 'Muni' golf course is less than 1/2 mile away.
