Nestled on a quiet street, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, this completely remodeled island cottage is the perfect south end escape for guests to enjoy ALL of the fun on St. Simons Island. The 8x14 heated (upon request in advance for $45/day) pool is a tropical escape for guests to enjoy privacy and the full island experience.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are strictly not permitted.

Newly updated and furnished, this beautiful island cottage features an open concept floor plan with a brand new chef's kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including an oversized refrigerator, beverage refrigerator and a stand alone ice maker. The open living space features a dining area with seating for 8 and bar seating for 2 more guests. There are two adjacent living spaces perfectly suited for adults to gather while the rest of the party is entertained in front of the large HD Smart TV. Interested in bringing your dog? The Beach House is a pet friendly property and the fenced in back yard space is the perfect place for your pooch to safely roam and explore.

On the first floor, guests will find the first of two primary bedroom suites with a comfortable king bed, HD Smart TV and an en suite primary bathroom. Upstairs guests will find three guest bedrooms, one of which is the second primary bedroom suite. The second floor primary suite offers a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with tub/shower.

Guests will have access to a front load washer and dryer during their stay. The cottage does have high speed Xfinity Wi-Fi available throughout the house as well as a full live cable channel offering through YouTubeTV streaming service.
