Surrounded by wildlife, flora & fauna, w/ an ocean forest for a back yard & captivating screened porch and Blackstone grill + hottub & everything you need for a delightful stay, including all the beach gear, pack n play & highly chair. Spacious floorplan offers 3 private bedrooms, 3 full baths & sleeping areas for 10 (bedrooms include a king, 2 queens, + the oversized daybed in the family room that closes off (2) & the twin in that room (1), the living room sofa (1) + queen air mattress (2). 5 bikes included. Pet friendly with fenced backyard & dog toys!

Dolphin’s Leap was the perfect spot to welcome our adult children from various places to meet for the Thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed the hot tub, bikes, and close proximity to local attractions. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with host. 10 out of 10!

This home has so much character and is in such a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It also included so many useful things for the house, as well as for the beach. We had a few hiccups during our stay, but the host was extremely gracious and quick to respond in order to find resolutions to help us. Overall, we had a great stay at this lovely home.

Beautiful quiet getaway

The property was beautiful in a charming neighborhood. The owner was very attentive and left a list of suggestions to make our stay memorable. The cleanliness was outstanding and we really felt right at home.

Family vacay

The house was extremely well stocked for all our necessities and more. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all of our sightseeing locations. The fenced in yard was excellent for our dogs to run and play. Enjoyable time! I would highly recommend for large families!

This home beat all expectations!! Spacious, clean, and located centrally to everything on the island. We very much enjoyed coffee and reading on the two enclosed decks and walk around the beautiful neighborhood looking at the marsh. We look forward to our return visit.

This is a beautiful home tucked into a quiet, upscale neighborhood on SSI. The house is extremely well stocked from linens to beach gear to the kitchen and everything in between. The communication was A before and during our stay. No guessing games on what the home comes with, how to operate the TVs, or how to use the hot tub. For first-time visitors, a binder provides great details on what to visit and where to eat. The home is also very pet friendly. There is no way to enter the home without steps, so just keep that in mind when it comes to hauling luggage or coming and going. Ceiling fans in every room along with lots of natural light, a relaxing front porch for reading and socializing, and a screened-in deck make this the perfect island home. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Short but sweet

We were looking for a pet friendly place with a nice back porch. This place fit the bill perfectly having a nice screened in front porch as well. Very walkable neighborhood. We had a family emergency and had to leave early but made sure to eat at Barbara Jeans before heading out. We will definitely look to book this house for any future trips.

Perfect!

Our group of 6 long-time friends had a wonderful time! The front porch, back porch, and expansive living areas allowed us all to be together or find our own quiet spot to read or relax. The hot tub was such a treat for us! Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry room were all well-equipped and comfortable. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor space. Thank you!

Our new favorite property!

A lovely holiday was had by all! Terrific location, great floor plan for a family, quiet neighborhood easy to use appliances, and extremely well stocked property. You really don't need to bring much beyond your swim suit and sunscreen! Harris Teeters is a few minutes from the house and you can order groceries ahead to save time. Loved the extra effort of the information binder. Got to try a few suggested restaurants since our last visit. It was really wonderful.

I'm a real estate broker, a wife & a dog mom, and I have a real obsession with travel. Our vacation rental career began with a small condo on St Simons Island in 2019 that we were just playing around with. That endeavor evolved into this wonderful HOME in Sea Palms Golf Resort that we introduced in the fall of 2022 as a unique & special getaway (because our family likes to travel together), and then, in July of 2025, we added an adorable south island condo to our portfolio. So far, I haven't found anything more fun in my life than hosting guests. Both of our properties are designed to be comfortable, super duper cute, fully equipped, and we are excited to host and introduce families to our beloved island.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

it's utterly charming. perfectly located mid island to enjoy all the island's amenities from the beach to Fort Frederica, and the neighborhood is so quiet and elegant. If golf is your thing, the clubhouse is a few blocks from our place. It's a great neighborhood for walking, and we fenced the yard to accommodate furry family members to. I LOVED the ocean forest view behind our house with it's spanish moss hanging on century-old trees. I LOVED the rear screened-porch. I think it's my favorite place on earth! We liked the spaciousness of the floor plan and the fact that it's all one-level. It's really nicely equipped and we had a ball furnishing it from scratch, so every single thing in the house was hand-selected for this property.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I think it's the spaciousness of it. We have the HUGE living room next to the kitchen that accommodates family game & movie nights very very well. And then we have the sunroom, with the double day bed & the cute twin, which sleeps a family comfortably, but also provides a second gathering space. The split floor plan is convenient. Having a sizeable laundry room is a necessary convenience, and then having the garage to store the bikes and beach gear is really really nice. But honestly, it's the land and the vibe that is special, in my opinion. Every single native plant is exhibited on our lot. The birds, the critters, the chirping and the native singing make it just wonderful to be on the back patio. We love to cook out there, soak in the hottub, occassionally drag a tv out there, read a good book, and just BE on the island in this space.
