Hermosa propiedad frente a la playa, que se encuentra en el pintoresco lago Ossipee. Esta espaciosa casa colonial fue construido en 2003 y cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer su estancia cómoda, relajante y memorable. La casa rodeado de impresionantes vistas a la montaña desde dentro y por fuera. Situado en una carretera sin salida en las Regiones de Montaña Blanca de New Hampshire. Menos de 50 pies. a la orilla del agua (con cabina de pendiente gradual) 120 pies. de frente de playa exclusiva para ti. Algunas de las comodidades incluyen muelle privado barco, bote de remos, chalecos salvavidas, plataforma de baño y un pozo de fuego para fogatas junto al lago. 1. 5 millas hasta la Ruta 16/25. A pocos minutos del campo de golf montículo indio, tienda de licores estado, tienda de comestibles, White Lake Speedway y Mini Golf. A sólo 25 minutos a Wolfeboro y lago Winnipesaukee. 30 min a la salida de compras de Conway, y bellas caídas inferiores del Kancamagus HW. 1Hr a Mt. Washington, Cog ferrocarriles y Storyland. Verano divertido tiempo !!!: Nunca hay tiempo suficiente ... El verano es simplemente hermoso en el lago. Disfrute de todo lo que esta casa tiene para ofrecer, como su propia playa privada, muelle privado, balsa de natación privada, canoa, bote a pedal, kayaks. Disfrute viendo los bribones, las águilas, los patos y las numerosas actividades de deportes acuáticos en el lago desde la terraza. La calidad del agua es excelente. Lago Ossipee es más de 3000 hectáreas sin incluir las bahías. Hay 3 bahías y 4 afluentes que desembocan en el lago. Wonderful week at Ossipee Lake!

The house was exactly as advertised - beautiful and comfortable for our family. The sandy beach was perfect for my one and two year old grandchildren. Beautiful sunrises and great nights by the fire. The owners were great to work with! Would definitely rent again next summer.

Very nice stay

A very nice, well equipped house with a level, sandy beach and a dock. Chairs on the beach or picnic table on the deck are a great place to watch the sun rise. Very quiet after Labor Day. Kim was an excellent hostess.

Great Family Vacation

Amazing location, so hard to find a private sandy beach on a lake- perfect for my toddler, while the floating dock & pedal boat gave the older kids activities as well. Then lake was really shallow so my son swam constantly in a swimmer but was able to rest and enjoy himself. The house was great - we had a really hot week and a few nights the fans weren’t enough but very rare in NH. One of the bedrooms doesn’t have a door(curtains hanging) which is the larger room but for our family that was a bit off because we needed the larger room for pack and play and the kids have to go through our hall to the attic room. But it is all family and it works! We had an amazing week- well worth the trip!

A Wonderful Vacation!

This was a great vacation!! Everything was wonderful! The house was clean and beautiful! There was hand sanitizer readily available! My husband and I vacationed with our 2 kids and 2 grandkids. Everyone had a ball. The lake was steps away from the house. No lugging coolers, chairs or toys! The water was beautiful! We paddle boated, swam, kayaked to the river. The house was well equipped for in home dinners with a Dollar General down the street if you have forgotten anything. Kim was wonderful to deal with and was very easy to talk to. We definitely will rent this house again!!

Lake Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our lake vacation! The property was perfect for our group of 6 plus a little one. We enjoyed the sandy beach and water toys every day (we were lucky enough to get perfect weather all week!). We would recommend this property to our friends for sure!

Beautiful home and location is perfect. Great beach!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful beach front home. Everything was perfect from the big deck, boat dock, beach, and bedroom set up. We would absolutely rent this property again. Sad to leave at the end of the week.

Home away from home

We loved staying at the lake house and cannot wait to go back next summer. It is a beautiful location and has everything you need to feel at home. The house is so clean and well taken care of. Kim is wonderful and so helpful with any questions or concerns. Our stay is always so relaxing and enjoyable. The beach is perfect for children to play and swim. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the lakes region.

Ossipee Lake House

This is our second year staying here and we loved it even more! The beach area can't be beat especially if you have younger children! The water is fairly shallow for awhile so we enjoyed paddleboarding,, kayaking, swimming and jumping off the swim raft. The dock is fairly new if you have a boat. The tubing was fun, too. We loved the fires at night and of course the smores. The picnic tables on the deck allow you to eat outside every day if you want and the table in the dining room is large enough for games and whatever. The kitchen is well stocked!! It is a beautiful house!

Ossipee Lake House

Loved our week in this special house with an awesome beach and dock! Grandkids also loved the swim raft and paddleboat. The lake is shallow for a long time so very safe for water play, kayaking and paddle boarding for beginners. We enjoyed smores over the fire and watching the colors in the sky as the sun set. Two large new picnic tables provided a scenic place to eat on the deck. There is a well stocked kitchen, large dining table and comfortable seating inside. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.

Always the best week of the year

Another fabulous family vacation on Ossipee Lake. Thank you Kim and Sean for making us feel like we were at home in paradise. The location can't be beat and everything we could ever need is right at our finger tips. Boating, kayaking, tubing, skiing, boarding- what didn't we do! Amazing lightning storm one night- and late night boat rides watching the stars. Already planning our return visit next year!

Just a perfect setup!

This property really does provide something for everyone. We had a group from age 4 to 64 and everyone loved it! There are so few properties you can find that are just steps to the water...with a great deck too! There is a very modern and stable dock, a floating raft (as well as paddle boat and canoe)! We did rent a ski boat for a couple of days but there was plenty to do without it. The water is shallow for quite a ways out -which was perfect for the kids. The house is well stocked and very modern. We typically like to rent in different areas each summer to see different places but everyone agreed that we would never find another place as nice as this - so this one may be a repeat for us!

Amazing place

The house, beach, lake are all perfect. There is not one thing I would change about the entire property. An amazing place...two families of four fit in the house perfectly. The kids loved it so much they cried when they had to leave...the adults basically did too. Best place on the lake!

Relaxing family vacation

We just enjoyed our 5th year at the lake house and had an another amazing vacation. The house is clean and well taken care of. It has such a great sandy beach for my 3 kids. The kids love swimming out to the swim platform and playing in the lake. Kim is wonderful and so easy to talk to about any concerns. The house has everything you would need to feel at home when you are on vacation. We are definitely planning on going back to the lake house next summer and would highly recommend this rental for other families.

Perfect lake location!

This was our forth year at this location. As always, we felt totally at home the moment we arrived. This home is the perfect location for quiet early morning water ski runs, days full of boating and tubing and fabulous camp fires at night. Walk off the deck into our own beach and into the lake. Everything you need- this home is totally stocked with all you would need. Comfortable and clean. Can't wait to return next year!

Summer tranquility

A lakeside rental was on our "bucket list" but it had to be an experience we wouldn't forget. The description of the house and the beach and all the amenities could not have been more accurate. The place was practically "TURN KEY". Beautifully appointed, comfortable and very clean. We had 3 couples and 3 kids. The lake was peaceful and quiet especially during the week and the water was refreshing. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything you needed except the food. The 3 kids were never bored and everyone enjoyed the paddle boat; the canoes; the beach; the firepit at night; and the dock out in the lake for sunbathing; jumping off of; and swimming. The surrounding town also had a variety of things to do but we mostly stayed at the house and on the lake. The weather was excellent.... hot during the day for swimming etc etc, but cool at night for sleeping. Kimberly, the owner, was always there to answer all of our questions before and after we arrived.It is their retirement home in the future but they take care of it like they were living in it all year round. There are good restaurants in the area but the one we really enjoyed was the Sunny Villa restaurant. There is a great golf course, a marina for boat rentals and many nice hiking trails One of the highlights of our stay was seeing a beautiful and very large bald eagle swoop down from a tall tree next to our house and grab a dead fish that was washed up on the shore. One of the couples' wives was sitting in a beach chair, in the water, reading a book. The eagle came within 3 feet of her. He then flew back up into another tree and was gone. The sight was incredible and majestic. We saw the eagle one more time that week flying low, about 10 ft over the water, fishing for his next meal. Parting was such sweet sorrow! ! !

A beautiful spot to rest and relax in Ossipee!

This summer, my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lake house with friends. The house was spotlessly clean and immensely comfortable- tons of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking and serving meals; the bathrooms were clean and spacious; and bedrooms were cozy and the perfect place to snuggle in at the end of the day. Everything in the house is well-organized and easy to access. We enjoyed drinks on the deck, games on the beach and lingering around the firepit after dark. The beach was a perfect place to relax in the sun- or to jump into the cool lake for a refreshing swim! We loved exploring the lake in our boat and experiencing beautiful local wildlife. It was also a quick jaunt to various restaurants and bars when we wanted to get out and about! Kim and Shane could not have been more gracious hosts- responsive to all questions and accommodating to our requests. We look forward to returning to this little piece of Ossipee paradise!

Amazing views, Great house... The best!!!

This house is perfect (and I mean perfect!) for families looking for your classic NH lake vacation. This was our second time staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Let me start with the house: Plenty of space. open and airy rooms. Super clean and updated with all that you need. The kids LOVE the loft space as their own space. We loved family dinners at the large table and having some extra space to have the cousins stay with us. And the beach and lake... beautiful, clean, crystal clear water and more than enough to occupy the kids. (ours are 4 and 6). They spent each day swimming to the float, giving each other rides in the paddle boat and we took them exploring in the canoe. And when they (and we) got tired, playing in the sand and making s'mores by the fire was so relaxing. And if you choose to go exploring around the lake (having a boat on this lake is amazing) there are sandbars, fishing spots and so many friendly people! On top of it all the house is close to Storyland, Conway outlets and other NH attractions... though we only ventured out one day cause the lake was so fun!). If you are looking to head to a lake this summer, look no further... this is your spot. On top of the wonderful experience I know you will have, the owners are helpful and just wonderful people!

relaxing getaway

This was our second vacation at the lake house and we had such a wonderful vacation. The house is so clean and the kitchen comes with everything you would need for cooking. There is such a wonderful sandy beach for the kids to play in. My kids had such a great vacation and cannot wait to go back again next summer. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this lake house to anyone!

Beautiful Lakefront home

Kim and her family own a beautiful home. What can I say? There were so many wonderful things we did as a family. The house faces east and across the lake your view of the sunrise was just breathtaking. Sandy beach with gradual entry meant all from young to old found it easy to cool off in the lake. Kids took their first paddleboat rides and learned how to steer a canoe. Plenty of room to play a game of catch or carve out a shady spot near the water to enjoy a cool beverage in the shade. Toasting marshmallows in the firepit was a nice way to wind down and finish the day. The house itself is wonderfully furnished with all you would need for a weeks stay. Kim was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Our family has rented vacation homes on lake Ossipee for over 15 years and this home and property is certainly one of the best! Thank you to the Cassidy's, we hope to stay at you home again!

Great Location!!

I had the pleasure of spending a week at the lake house with my family and we absolutely loved it! The house was beautiful, extremely clean and we were steps away from the lake, We couldn’t ask for a better location! The views of the lake and the surrounding mountains are absolutely spectacular. We all enjoyed the use of the raft, paddle boat and canoe, the weather was perfect the entire week of our stay, so we were in the lake every day. My three young nieces’ had the best week ever! Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with, she responded quickly and efficiently to any and all inquiries I had. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kim and her mom; they made us feel so at home! I would definitely rent this home again and would highly recommend this home to anyone, especially if you have young children, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you for everything, Kim! Maria B.

Great waterfront property on Lake Ossipee!

We enjoyed relaxing on the sandy beach or deck overlooking the water & amazing views of the mountains. The lake was clean & refreshing for a swim! The house had everything we needed & there was plenty of space for everyone! We would recommend this to anyone looking for a summertime vacation on the lake!!
