It needed a salt shaker that worked otherwise it was very clean very comfortable and the shops were plentiful nearby we left a menu for an Italian restaurant nearby it's a hole in the wall but I was able to get a delicious pesto dish with penne noodles it's not on the menu but they make things to order otherwise there are plenty of restaurants in the area and we found our way to the zoo to the museums and to the aquarium it was a wonderful visit very restful and you wake up to the crows if they're around. Beautiful nature sounds. I highly recommend it

Great location for USNA activities! Quiet, peaceful, lovely loft with a nice kitchen space. Plenty of room for 2-3 people. Comfy king bed, especially liked the shower. Great hosts who were very responsive. Thanks for a perfect weekend stay!

The place was amazing! It is exactly as it is pictured. The owners are very nice and friendly. We stayed for a couple of nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and to explore Annapolis. The place was very clean and is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The decor and furniture made our stay feel like home. The paintings from a local artist hanging on the walls are a nice touch. Getting to Annapolis is very easy and takes about 10 minutes or less. Overall, this place was our favorite place we have ever stayed at. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for us- close to everything while being tucked away in a cozy neighborhood. The apartment is clean and stocked with everything to make you feel at home. Cathy and Bob are full of recommendations of things to do in the area! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely Charming!!

My husband and I loved our stay at Cooper's Loft. The property was immaculate and very thoughtfully stocked with everything one would need to feel right at home. The attention to detail in its construction as well as the decor were outstanding. This is definitely our favorite place to stay while visiting Annapolis, we are looking forward to a return visit.

Relaxing

We very much enjoyed our weekend-a-way. The home was as advertised. Great little touches: extra toothbrushes, little sweet treats, throw blankets. Clear directions for check out. Landscape / gardens our absolutely beautiful. 5 star all the way. And yes, the shower is wonderful.

Perfect

My husband and I stayed at the treehouse apartment for one week in late November while visiting family in the area. The rental is located in a lovely neighborhood in Annapolis, MD. Check in and parking was easy and convenient. The apartment is beautifully designed offering a bright and airy feel. It is decorated with tranquil, coastal colors. So many comforts of home were included such as a heated towel rack, large shower, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, wifi, and comfy throw blankets, to name just a few. Cathy checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend this rental property enough!

Charming!

This apartment was delightful and charming! We loved the peaceful and lush neighborhood setting as well as the gorgeous decor and finishes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower is terrific! We did cook a few meals and found the kitchen to be comfortable and well stocked. And last, but not least, very nice and accommodating hosts. I would definitely stay again if we have reason to be in the area.

The property was fabulous. It was obvious that a lot of thought went into the layout and furnishing of the property. It was very comfortable and well appointed. Easy drive to the USNA. We will definitely stay here again.

My favorite rental stay in the world (literally)

I’ve stayed in rentals across the US and in Europe and this is by far my favorite. It’s always my first choice whenever I come to see my daughter in Annapolis. It’s a great location in a quiet, heavily wooded neighborhood. The space is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It looks like a magazine spread. Most rentals I’ve stayed in are either the primary residence of a young person just starting to put together a home or an extra space decorated with castoffs from the main house. This one was very deliberately and thoughtfully designed and curated. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s a gorgeous large walk-in shower. The bed and other furniture are comfortable. It’s extremely quiet. The owners are great people and have been very gracious and accommodating hosts. Check-in and other communication have been seamless. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
