This three-level townhouse is conveniently located in Yonahlossee Racquet Club, with all the comforts and conveniences you'll need to leave your cares behind and enjoy a long and luxurious vacation with friends and family. You'll love the home's soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and stacked-stone gas fireplace when you kick back on the living room sofa to catch up on a new mystery novel or stream a good ballgame on the large flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is ready to help you prepare a delicious meal to enjoy with everyone at the dining table with seating for six while the kids swing their feet from the four breakfast bar stools. Afterward, clear everything away and pull a bottle from the wine fridge, then adjourn to the furnished deck to chat with friends while the dishwasher knocks out all the cleanup.

Downstairs, the game room includes foosball, shuffleboard, and lots of board games, and there is plenty of comfy seating to enjoy movie nights with friends. You'll also have access to the furnished lower-level deck. The private washer and dryer will make it easy to pack light for your trip, and you can use the central AC to keep the home nice and cool during your stay. Don't forget to take advantage of the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device. Enjoy a good night's sleep in one of the three well-appointed bedrooms.

You'll be just a short drive from Seven Devils snow tubing and ziplining, Beech & Sugar ski mountains, Grandfather Mountain, and Banner Elk, not to mention lots of waterfalls, shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and golf.

Slice of heaven!

We loved this house so much that we cannot wait to book it again! From the upstairs primary bed and bath (wow for that shower!), to the game room in the basement, we wanted for nothing. My family of 4 thought this was the best VRBO we’d ever encountered. Thank you to the family that rented this oasis.

Updated condo close to Blowing Rock. Clean, nice kitchen, second living area downstairs. Driveway in front of unit is steep but there is extra parking at end of street next to unit. Only negative was a smell in the upstairs bedroom coming from the carpet. Overall very nice stay.

Very nice and clean but empty

Great location, great deep forest views, clean with nice furniture. But, if you rent this house bring everything with you. Glassware, foil, kitchen is empty. Pillows but no pillow cases. Bring your linens, dishes, ANYTHING you think you will need. The owner could make a trip to Costco and make your visit delightful but I wouldn’t count on it.

Fall in Boone

The house is great and was clean. We enjoyed our stay. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I counted 21 light bulbs that didn’t work! I didn’t even check all of the lamps. We reported this upon arrival. The next morning, a maintenance man called to see what they needed to do. We had left for the day and didn’t feel comfortable with maintenance coming in while we were gone since our belongings were there. After all, 21 bulbs did not all burn out at the same time. I told him that they needed to be fixed upon our departure.

No hot water

We didn’t have hot water for our entire stay. We were only refunded $40 a day. The property management company (Vacasa) didn’t seem concerned. They dispatched a maintenance person who could fix the issue then seemed to forget about it. Also, piles of garbage were left over from the previous renters. We contacted Vacasa and there wasn’t any resolution. Combine that with a broken glass in the dishwasher and the gas fireplace running out of gas the final night, it made for a less than adequate stay.

The house was very comforted , clean ,beautiful. and well equipped…. Few things it needs to improved with the furniture at the living room, main floor , also the bath at third level needs better lights , also the dinners main door going to the deck need an urgent care for safety.. the handy man came but could not solved the issue. Also no instrucciones of what on the property should do before we leave ??, could not put the alarm.. thanks

There aren’t enough stars to express how wonderful this vacation home was. The property was clean. The detail was epic. The appliances and furniture was clean. The service was impeccable down to instructional handwritten notes detailing anything that may have needed special attention. We love our stay and look forward to our next visit there.

Very Accommodating Mountain Home

This was the perfect property for a holiday weekend in Boone, NC. It is about 20 minutes from town/campus, which provides an easily accessible location but is secluded enough to give you a true mountain feel. It is also about 20 minutes from the ski slopes if you are here in the winter. This home was immaculately clean and has everything you would need. The kitchen was very nice and fully equipped. The TV/entertainment package was perfect for watching football games in the afternoon. There was more than enough space for our party of 8 to eat, sleep, get ready, or just hang out. I would 100% stay at this property again and recommend it to others.
