We had an amazing stay at the Rustic Suite! It was perfect for our group of 12 (6 couples). The location was perfect and it was fully equipped with all of the amenities needed for a long week in Nashville! We would definitely stay there again!

This place is the perfect place for a big group. There are many very comfortable beds and the kitchen is huge! I would definitely book again!

Excellent VRBO for a large group, lots of bedroom, showers, toilets, and large family room for gathering and visiting. Close to everything, 3 block to broadway. Exactly what we were looking for. Check in was perfect and checkout had an option for leaving bags while we continued our Nashville visit.

Host was very responsive and location was perfect. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Room was actually larger than pics depict. 3.5 baths but there were 6 showers! Beds very comfortable. We will definitely be back next time we are in Nashville.

Several ladies from work came here for our meeting and retreat. It was perfect! We had space to host our meeting, lots of showers for all of us girls getting ready at once, and so close to everything that it was easy for people to come back when they wanted to, and others could stay out longer and come back later. They gave tons of flexibility, was in a great part of town and it was very easy to deal with the owner. Thank you for a great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Team Meeting

Excellent setting for a week or weekend in Nashville. Very spacious, clean, and exactly what the description stated. We used it as a two day meeting location for a small team of colleagues, and of course enjoyed the restaurants and music of Nashville while there.

Phenomenal in every way!

The Rustic Suite was the perfect getaway for our large group! Plenty of common space to be together and not be on top of each other. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the host/management was incredibly responsive and very friendly…upon arrival we were greeted in person and had the main/lobby door opened for us with “instructions” to not hesitate to reach out if we needed anything at all during our stay. We also utilized the option to store our luggage on the premises for a few hours after checkout and the process was seamless.The property location is incredible. With loads of restaurants & conveniences nearby and just a few blocks walk to Broadway.This property is a gem and I’d be thrilled to return!!

We could have not been any happier with the Maddox. Not only was it an excellent location walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go but there were shops and restaurants and shopping all walking distance. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, well kept, clean, up to date and accommodated all 13 ladies for this trip. This house was EXCEPTIONAL. The luggage storage closet was so helpful too. You tend to find cheap appliances or corners cut with cheap furniture ect with these types of homes but I must say, EVERYTHING was high quality, well ikepy, clean, comfortable and made everyone feel at home. HIGHLY recommend for anyone traveling to Nashville. The support staff was very responsive to any request we had. 10/10 and exceeded our expectations

AMAZING NASHVILLE STAY.

This place was an amazing stay here in Nashville. Great design, great hospitality. Fully stocked with everything we needed for a large group. We were all happy as soon as we walked in. Would highly recommend this stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding and very comfortable

Location to so many amazing downtown activities are all within walking distance- the rental is fantastic and exactly as listed and shown- make sure you pay attention to the communication as the manager is VERY good to communicate-beautiful place, amazing host and such a great value
