Our open-concept living room is the perfect place to unwind with a sectional sofa, rattan accent chair, and a 55” Roku TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is a social cook's dream, with a stunning quartz countertop and seating surrounding the glass cooktop. Enjoy a delicious meal in our oversized dining area, which seats 12 and features a fun Ms. Pac Man machine for after-dinner challenges. Step outside to our oasis backyard through the sliding glass doors!

Relax in one of our three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own Roku TV. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, private access to the backyard and pool, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two full beds and a 38” Roku TV, while Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed with an optional twin trundle bed.

There are two bathrooms at the property, and although the master bathroom can be quite narrow due to the construction of the shower wall near the toilet… the toilet in the hallway bathroom may be more comfortable for guests with wide hips or shoulders. There is ample mirror space for getting ready, and with full-length mirrors in every room, you'll have plenty of opportunities to check out your sun-kissed look!

Take a dip in the sparkling pool, which has just been remodeled and is ready for endless fun in the Scottsdale sun. When the sun sets, switch on the overhead bistro lights for warmly-lit evening fun! The backyard space offers a covered patio with a patio table and seating for six. There is a propane fire pit with additional seating for four, as well as a propane BBQ. The large, turfed yard is perfect for yoga, cornhole/bags, and sunbathing. Don't miss the newly added 50” Roku TV perfect for watching sports or listening to music while you lounge outside.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and control the temperature with ease thanks to the central air conditioning and Nest thermostat. The full size, side-by-side washer and dryer is located in the garage, making laundry a breeze. Parking is ample with a curved driveway and additional street parking.

Unfortunately animals, professional photography/videography, and private events are not allowed.

There is a Ring doorbell at front door (captures front door only).

You’ll appreciate the professional, hotel-quality cleaning completed between each guest. Linens are professionally laundered off-site for exceptional cleanliness. Premium soaps, hygiene products, and kitchen supplies are provided by Well & Good Property Services.

Please note that pool heating is not offered, but the average daily temperature in the Scottsdale summers can reach the triple digits. The pool is 4 feet at the near end, 5 feet in the middle, and 3 feet at the far end.

The neighborhood quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Scottsdale is VERY strict with short term rentals and noise violations may result forfeiture of the security deposit.
