NEW Amazing Heated Pool/HotTub Old Town Scottsdale

Summary:
Come stay at our beautiful new home 1.5 miles from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Amazing heated pool that was just redone ($99/day to heat & 2 days minimum, please notify us 48 hours before check in if you’d like the pool heated), hot tub, grill, outdoor games, multiple desks for those who may need to work remotely while visiting, with great high speed wifi, and a fully stocked kitchen. You will have the entire home/backyard all to yourselves during your stay.

The Space:
4 bedroom/2 bathroom house that is completely private to your party. You have a gorgeous backyard with a pool, hot tub, outdoor living furniture, games and TV to enjoy the backyard to its fullest while you stay!

Bedroom Lay Out:
Bedroom 1: Master Bedrom/1 King Bed, 1 Twin Bed
Bedroom 2: Two Full Size Beds
Bedroom 3: Two Full Size Beds
Bedroom 4: One Twin Size Bed

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home *except the garage* . We do have FREE ONSITE PARKING FOR UP TO 4 VEHICLES. There are two spots in the driveway and two spots on the street in front of the home to park during your stay. If you have more than 4 cars you will have to find additional parking as 4 cars is the maximum for the home and we have strict street parking rules.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe but close to all the action in old town scottsdale. 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to old town, the location is one of the best parts of the neighborhood!

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is easily accessible by car/uber and we offer FREE ONSITE PARKING up to four vehicles. Two cars in the driveway and two are allowed in front of the house on the street. Note the garage is the only part of the house guests do not have access to, but we still have plenty of space for parking for 4 cars.

Other Things to Note:
We allow one pet per stay! We charge $150 fee for the entire stay if you are bringing a pet. We only allow dogs (no cats, birds, etc) unless its a service animal. If its not a service animal with proper paperwork you must notify us at booking so we can collect the $150 pet fee.
