January 2026 Special: Rent 14 - 29 days. Beautiful Modern 3 BR 2 BA Waterfront home only 8 homes from Myakka River (1/10th mile from El Jobean Bridge and 15-20 mins to Fisherman's Village, 15 mins to Boca Grande. Enter into the Dining Room and Formal Living Room with view of the Pool area and the waterfront (view from all living areas)The spacious kitchen has a large breakfast Bar which seats 4-6 and overlooks the Family Room (with Brand New Leather Reclining Furniture) with a 60" SmartTV and Views of the patio and the waterfront, through large wall (9') of windows. High Speed Internet Svc (900MB provided). Master Bedroom has a King bed with 40" smartTV with an ensuite bath with a LG. tub, walk-in shower and double sink vanity. Bedroom Two (2) faces the waterfront, is very large (11x15)+- and has a Queen bed and 32" TV, and Bedroom three (3) is also a large BR and has a Queen size bed. The Second bath is a Newly Remodeled bathroom (8/2023) is a Pool bath and has a tub/shower combo.
The covered Lanai and brand new screened in Pool Cage (Aug 2024) area is great for relaxing out of the sun and for dining. This area is fully enclosed overlooking the heated* pool and patio, along with the waterfront & dock. The pool and New covered lanai are both fully enclosed by a screen enclosure. There is a 20 ft dock where you can relax and unwind, or drop a fishing line in to catch all the fish you want; the canal is very active with all types of fish (Snook, Redfish, Snapper, Jacks, and others), birds, and other wildlife, including an occasional manatee and dolphin, as the home is located only 8 homes from the Myakka River. Optional Pool heat is $ 10/day. Hot Tub is Not available for use. No animals allowed as owner is highly allergic. NOTE: Peak Months (Jan - March) require 30 night minimum; Jan min 14 days; 10 night min stay in December: Off Peak Months require 14 night minimum. Additional details avail during booking.
Very close to Boca Grande Beach & Englewood Beach only 12 minutes away; S. Venice is 30 mins. Approx. 20 Golf Courses close by to choose from. Lots of Public Parks nearby; public beaches, state parks, city parks, Lots of activities available in area and close by: beautiful Beaches, shelling, fishing, boating, golf, kayaking, SUPs, Tennis, Pickleball, etc. Publix 3 mins away; Walmart 7 mins away. Sam's Club 4 miles away. Awesome location. Close and short drive to everything.

We love the water and own several Waterfront properties in the beautiful and tropical area of Port Charlotte ("Nautical Dreamz") and also in the Cherry Grove Beach area of North Myrtle Beach ("Shelley's Beach House"). We love sharing our homes with families who appreciate well-kept, beautiful homes, which are ideally located. We have been sharing our homes with families for over twelve (12) years and have a very high percentage of repeat renters who come back and stay with us every year or every other year and who all share great respect for our properties. We hope you will stay with us on your next vacation, or come to stay with us during the snowbird season (Dec-March) in the warm tropics of Port Charlotte, where we rent for 30-120 day (Dec & Jan 14 day min.) rentals during peak season. Reed L. specializes in confidentially selling ambulance services at Ambulance Deals Stat for business owners all over the country and enjoys being out on the water whenever it is possible. Our property is IDEALLY located. It is on the water, just 8 homes from the Myakka River and .10 of a mile from the El Jobean bridge (one of many great fishing spots very close by). The Gulf of Mexico and also Punta Gorda's Fishermans' Village are each 20 mins away by boat. Fishing is Excellent in the surrounding area. Beautiful Boca Grande Beach and bridge is only 9 miles away; Englewood Beach is 12 minutes (awesome sunsets here and at Boca Grande) and Historic quaint village of Venice is just 25 mins. Our beautiful waterfront home is very tastefully decorated with high quality furniture, furnishings and accessories. We are proud and strive to keep and maintain our property in the best possible condition for our guests. The sunsets in our backyard are also amazing to watch from the covered lanai overlooking the screened in pool & large patio area, both of which overlook the waterfront dock. Publix Grocery and other Retailers are just 1 mile down the road for great convenience. If you like Golf, the house is surrounded by approx. 20 golf courses and also by Many Public Parks; the Rotundra West community is only a 5 minute drive. We feel our home is truly in an ideal & great Location!.. for our guests.

Our beautiful waterfront home is ideally located for most any purpose: Snowbirds, Vacations, Fishing, Playing Golf, Going to the many Beautiful Beaches located nearby, watching sunsets, watching manatees, dolphins and many species of fish (and birds) off the dock, frequenting the Punta Gorda Fisherman's Village, Historical Downtown Punta Gorda, Boca Grande Beach, Historic Boca Grande Hotel, Venice, Venice Beach, Stump Pass Beach State Park, or visiting the MANY other parks that are close by (several of which have public beaches, tennis courts, pickleball courts, kayak rentals, paddleboats, StandUP Paddle boards ( SUPs), bocce ball, fishing areas, boat ramps & piers, and also include hiking trails, nature preserves and include many other sports and activities to choose from).
