Cheerful Lake Ontario House in Wilson New York.

House is fully renovated and have one and half bathroom, washer and dryer, central AC, forced air heating, dinning room for sleeping of 8 guests.
Beautiful waterfront house with private beach, water access for swimming and relaxing in sunset view. Very private and quiet for relaxing after busy day at work. Close to wine testing, brewing and Wilson marina. Short drive to Niagara Falls, Fort Niagara, Lockport Caves and many parks and restaurants. Water access can be usedfir swimming and kayaking. WE DO NOT PROVIDE KAYAKS, but you bringing your kayaks for kayakingin Lake Ontario or swim. Be aware there is no life guard or emergency response to help. Life jacket will be provided but you can bring your own swimming shoes for better fit. Swimming shoes are must have in order to enter water.

Very nice property and was perfect for 5 adults. We loved the setting on the lake and the ease of getting to Niagara Falls. We had a very nice dinner at Vern’s in Wilson. Very clean house and very well stocked kitchen.

Family Vacation to Naigara Falls and Lake Ontario

It's a great house in a beautiful location. Easy drive to the falls for a day trip. The lake was perfect for kids to play and swim! It was great time!

Peaceful Location and Well Maintained House

The house was really nice, clean and well updated. We loved our stay there and really enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and the peaceful setting. Owner of the rental was very responsive to any minor issues that came up and made check in and out process simple. Overall a wonderful stay.

Lovely cottage

This cottage was perfect. Right on the water, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Kitchen very well equipped. House was immaculate. Came home feeling very relaxed.

Summer Lake Trip with Family & Friends

LOVE the quiet stay right on the lake! We spent days floating out on the lake, wine tasting, visiting sites and local restaurants. The house was clean and perfect for 5 of us. Great communication. Bring bug spray- we stayed in August and needed it but enjoyed fires by the lake in the evenings.

Cozy cottage with a gorgeous view

Small cottage on a beautiful waterfront property. The lake view is visible from the sunroom and living room of the cottage. Lots of space for kids to run around. Every amenity we could think of was made available. Over all it was a very comfortable, relaxing weekend.

Great Lake House

We had a great week stay. It was perfect for our trip to Niagara. It is not too far from the falls and other attractions and it was so wonderful to come back to house to enjoy the peace and quiet and enjoy the lake. Our girls had a great time down at the beach area swimming, kayaking, and building rock structures. The house was a perfect set up for spending family time together and gave us all enough space to spread out. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful Lake Ontario

A family reunion. 3 bedrooms and sleep sofa were perfect. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Washer, dryer and dish washer were convenient. View was perfect. Nice access to beach and kayaking. Short distance to Wilson, Olcott, wineries and cideries.

The property itself was beautiful (other than long grass). My interaction with the property owner was not ideal. We had a misunderstanding and he was overly aggressive in the handling of the situation. The issue was resolved and we enjoyed the rest of our stay, but I felt anxious and intimidated thereafter.

Rachel come in the property and brings 11 cars around 25 people when her booking it says only 2 adults and 2 kids. Cars parked in our lawn and we have calls from neighbors worried about party and nosies created from her invites. Also even though we have no pet allowed her friends brought dogs in the property running around in other owners properties. We had to go in property around 5:30 pm and asked for Rachel who was in the middle of her friends talking and drinking. We asked her why cars are parked in the lawn and why are so many people in the property. Her answer was they will not stay her and dogs are not going inside. So we told her that if she will not obey house rules and these cars not leaving for one hour we will call police to cancel booking. We called VRBO which said that call authorities to cancel booking for violating house rules and breaking peace of community. Days after she still had 3 cars in parking and more guests what she booked for. Our review for her said not recommended for other owner to book and we stay with that.
