Welcome to Kapalua Villas 12T 1! This bright and airy studio, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. With central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, the unit stays cool and comfortable, while the private lanai offers tranquil views of the lush golf course—perfect for sipping morning coffee, enjoying a sunset, or simply soaking in the serene surroundings. The condo also features two smart TVs for your entertainment and is just an easy 8-minute walk to Napili Bay.

The living room is light-filled and inviting, featuring a cozy queen-size sleeper sofa and plenty of space to relax, read, or unwind after a day exploring the beauty of West Maui. A full bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor and features a stylish step-in tile shower, combining comfort with convenience for all guests. The spacious, open kitchen is a joy to cook in, featuring sleek stainless-steel appliances and ample counter space—perfect for preparing fresh island meals or enjoying a casual breakfast before heading out to explore. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places to walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Kapalua is a great place to experience Maui with a little less of the hustle and bustle. Condo was well appointed and offered a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Highly recommend.

Drift Away VIlla was amazing

Beautifully decorated, super clean 2 story condo, situated right next to the pool. well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the extra touches like the king cubes in the freezer, and chilled champagne flutes in the beverage fridge! TVs were epic. Great views from both lanais. We will absolutely be back!

Great Stay

Overall we had a wonderful stay but it leaves room for improvement. The location is wonderful but a little challenging to find at first. Once you get acclimated with your surroundings, you’ll soon find you’re a 10 minute walk away from beautiful beaches. As for the unit itself, we found ourselves dealing with a few issues that were manageable but just a slight inconvenience in our stay. One being the ceiling fan lights would randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Two being pest control issues which we believe to be termites. The management team was quick to respond and send a representative out to check our claims but it was definitely a let down to have to deal with and experience on our vacation. Aside from that, we had a great stay and took advantage of the beautiful views, lovely location and generally clean unit. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a non crowded, peaceful place to stay in Maui.
