There is never a dull moment here in the Smoky Mountain Area. The cabin is located at close distances to all the attractions in the area. So check-off your bucket list items as they are very close from our cabin.

Positives: Very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of towels, plenty of bedding for pull out couches. Kids enjoyed the air hockey, Pac-Man game, board games, fire pit and hot tub. Easy check in process. Plenty of space for two families with kids. Negatives:We didn’t particularly like the neighborhood. The parking is extremely tight, sharing a driveway with the neighbors. Had to pull mirrors in and were parked too close to the neighbors cars. Ice maker did not work.

Nice cabin in great location

Situated in a small cabin “neighborhood” a short drive from the parkway. The cabin is nice and provided plenty of towels, toiletries and even extra toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the hot tub and fire pit. The teen boys loved the air hockey table. And unlike many other cabins we’ve stayed in, this air hockey actually worked. We had a couple of issues upon arrival, but the owner was quick to reply and had someone over first thing to remedy the issues. Communication was excellent and response was thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again especially for a trip where we plan to be on the parkway often.

Fun Time.

There were no blankets to use on sofa beds. Could not get the dishwasher to come on when leaving. Had used it once without problems.Knew there was construction was across the street. Trouble getting in and out of driveway--lots of vonstruction

Overall good stay!

We have stayed in the Eagles Ridge area for many years so were happy to find a property that was pet friendly and offered the same convenient location! The house was well laid out for our party of six. Some maintenance type things could use updating: the front door would not latch without using the deadbolt, our dogs actually got out once when the wind blew it open; the hot tub’s thermostat didn’t seem to be able to regulate the temperature, it was too hot to get in to. If a pathway could be added from the driveway to the door, that would help with navigating the small hills on the property. We overall enjoyed our stay and having space to spread out and rest!

Clean,nice and easy to find. Easy parking,easy road.

The kitchen is clean nice and many things that we can use. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms.Nice game room. Love the back yard. I and my husband stay up stair and plenty room for both of us. My kids and their friends stay down stair,they had great time.

Beyond our expectations

I typically don’t provide reviews for anything but have to provide some commentary about this property. If you are questioning if you need to bring anything for your trip DON’T, if your curious if this location is close to everything IT IS, 5 minutes to a Publix or go left or right to everything within minutes. It is one of the last properties in this development and is private and secluded. When I say it has everything I mean new everything from a new Keurig for full pots or single K-cups, hair dryers, washer/dryer, blenders, waffle maker…did I say everything as if you were at home… Will be back!!!!!

Lovely property

We soent 5 nights and it went by too fast. The house is clean and spacious. We love the setting, so peaceful with pretty views and backyard fun. Our host was amazing f and all recommendations given for activities in the area were amazing. We will definitely want to go back

Girls Weekend

Just a trip with my daughter, nieces, sister in law and cousins. There were 8 of us total, we spread out all over the house, it was great! The privacy fences were perfect around the hot tub areas! House was clean and had everything we needed.

Very clean and set up nicely

The cabin itself was beautiful. We didn’t love the neighborhood as much but the cabin was clean and very safe and had all the amenities you would need!

Perfect Stay at Casa-O-Spree

My family and I just returned from a short get away to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg (Nov 14 - Nov 17, 2023) to celebrate two November birthdays. We all thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! It was new, clean and the location could not be better. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. This cabin worked really well for my family because it provided privacy for my daughter, son-in-law and almost 2 year old grandson as they were able to stay on the lower floor and my husband and I slept upstairs. Don't let the outside of the cabin fool you - it's really spacious inside! There is enough parking for 2 mid-large size vehicles off road. The cabin does have neighbors on each side but it still feels very private and it's quiet/peaceful. Beautiful views were enjoyed each morning and evening from the front porch. We did travel with two small dogs as well and the nice-sized back yard was perfect for them. A lot of properties don't have much of a yard, which makes it difficult when traveling with pets, so I appreciated having the yard space. It's also really pretty out back with the fire pit, swings and hot tub which we used each evening after days of a lot of walking around Dollywood and Gatlinburg. This cabin was very well appointed - the kitchen had everything you'd need to cook (even though we ate out mostly). You can tell everything was well thought out. I can't say enough good things about Casa-O-Spree and look forward to staying there again in the future!
