The all-white modern interior boasts high-end appliances and fixtures making your stay a true luxury escape. Master bed with high end ‘TheCompanyStore’ bedding to give you the best night sleep. Two Custom XL bunk beds each boasting its own TV. The laundry room holds washer/dryer, built-in dresser storage and ‘California Closets’ jewelry organizer. White sofas and indoor fireplace add to the beauty of the Villa.

Gourmet kitchen with 6 burner Zline gas stove, convection oven, built in fridge/freezer drawers and an Insta Hot water faucet for tea lovers. Nesspresso and vertuo cups are also provided! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more!

The Spa bathroom shines with white tiles, floating custom vanity, smart auto flush toilet, gorgeous large walk in shower and gilded mirror.

From initial reservation confirmation Ina and Scott were welcoming, and gave me lots of options of vendors make my anniversary trip more special. As we entered lovely calming spa music greeted us, which was so pleasant as we had been driving for 6hrs. immaculately clean upon entry, this house is charming and had all the modern amenities. Folks…the sunsets and sunrises from this property are life affirming so don't close those front blinds at night! The hot tub was very clean and was a welcome end of day to hiking and adventuring in the fall foliage. The outside fireplace is a beautiful way to enjoy sunset at this stunning property. 10/10 for me. Will def come again!!

What a relaxing weekend. Stayed 2 nights. Just incredible. Place was spotless and the view was amazing. Hosts were extremely accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. This place has everything you might need. Don’t hesitate to book this place. Just do it. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This is our second time renting this beautiful VRBO. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, this place is definitely worth it. The view, the amenities and the owners are amazing. We definitely look forward to staying again!

Absolutely PERFECT!

You will love everything about this stay! Everything in this house is SO thoughtfully curated for a perfect stay with not having to worry about anything! So many conveniences, a beautiful view and I must say - probably a female interior designer is my guess because they thought I’d EVERYTHING all the way down to a pretty jar of hair ties in the bathroom! The Insta hot was an amazing feature! Waking up on a chilly morning and making Hot cocoa or tea was perfect and it only Took as long as it takes to turn on the water! Forgot my hair dryer & there was a Dyson Right in the drawer! Everything was so perfectly laid out and easy. Netflix and music is all loaded on the Apple TV- Robes and slippers in the bathroom. I’ve gotten SO many messages with questions on where I stayed that I had to make a public post on my photography page to share it with everyone! I’ll absolutely be back! 😍

Breath taking place/ view. Everything was top of the line. The view was SPECTACULAR. Had everything you needed. Tip: bring tissues if your gonna cry! Also there's about 50+ steps to climb to get to the house. But honestly worth every penny!! Would 100% stay again!

Amazing views, cutting edge tech!

This is a sweet space perched on a magnificent view of the water. Lots of cool tech gadgets in the house from the toilet to the window shades and lots in between. Great porch setup with the fireplace and hot tub!! If you like getting out on the water definitely ask the host for a boat rental contact, the island is an amazing place to visit. Very easy check in and check out, we recommend you check it out!!!

Nothing Short of Amazing

Ina and Scott’s Villa was just perfect. This beautiful brand new villa has everything you need, also very generous with amenities. All the amenities are organized and arranged by the host with the utmost detail. The view is unbeatable. I would highly recommend booking this villa, I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my time here. Will definitely stay here again!

FLAWLESS

I wish I could have given more than 5 stars on every category. This home CAN NOT be photographed as wonderful as it actually is. We had bad weather the entire time we were there and were happy to stay home, use the hot tub, curl up by the fire, watch tv and cook dinner in an impeccably laid out kitchen. The bed was INCREDIBLE and the pillows (rare for ANY rental) were wonderful. I can not wait to see their other properties and go back to this on for another getaway.

Hinckley/Remsen Weekend

We had an amazing weekend at this clean, quaint and new property overlooking Hinckley Reservior. The photos don’t really do it justice. The interior space is really comfortable and has everything you need for a quick getaway. The deck space is really amazing. The hot tub and seating area were really quite special. But really what made the trip was the area. We had never spent any time in this part of NY and were very pleasantly surprised by the options. We had dinner at Rocky’s on Friday and Saturday, great spot for dinner and/or drinks. We rented a pontoon boat on Saturday and spent a magnificent day on the sun both on the island and the boat beach. There are great hiking/trail running/mountain bike trails less than 1 1/2 mile from the house in Hinckley State Forest. We ran the South Shore Lake Road Saturday and the trails on Sunday. Great hosts, very responsive and the property comes as advertised!! We will be back!!

Family Time

Great views and did some family hikes in the area. Pixley state park has some nice waterfalls and short hikes- good for kids. The Villa is nice and has a great view of Hinkley Reservoir. The beach is about 10 minutes away and Rocky's Restaurant is in that area. We had our 12 yr old son and 13 yr old daughter with us. They enjoyed the bunk bed set up!

Speechless

The photos of the view don’t do the scenery justice. Watching the sunset over the lake or taking your coffee out on the deck in the morning was magical. Ina and Scott equipped the house with everything you might need for a getaway and then some. They even went out of their way to get some treats and a ball for our dog who was vacationing with us! The beds were incredibly comfortable, so much so that I jotted down the name of the pillows and linen makers so I could buy them for my home. Even the bunk beds were lux. Felt like a big luscious crib. The villa’s hole aesthetic was beautiful and promoted relaxation. Ina was amazingly responsive and Shawn was a delight whenever we needed help. If you can, try and rent a boat to take out around the lake. Could not recommend this home enough. We made a pact to come back next year!
