Beautiful Sunsets & Ocean View! Sandcastle 1 Indian Shores Beach 3BR 2BA

****Fall/Winter 2025 UPDATE*******. The Building is undergoing required maintenance from August-December. The work is being done Mon-Fri from 8-4pm. As such, we will only be renting over the weekends, Check-in on Friday, checkout on Monday morning. The work is being done on the road facing side of the building and the parking garage. The pool & hot tub will be open during this time, and parking will be limited to the front of the building (not in the covered garage). We are offering a discounted rate for weekend stays during this time. If you are still interested in renting for a longer period, feel free to message us to discuss further*************** Our three bedroom/two bath condominium rental is right on the beach, providing breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets. One of the bathrooms allows for walk or roll-in access. It is easy to get to from area airports and is 30 minutes from Tampa International with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. The condo has 1 reserved, covered parking space. We supply the bath & kitchen towels (up to 8 sets), as well as up to 6 beach towels. We also make available to our guests beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the closet on the balcony. Kids beach toys are also available in the small balcony storage bin.

The beach is just steps away! Sandcastle 1 has elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool with an adjacent large hot tub, outdoor grills, and a fabulous beach with chair and umbrella service available to you should you desire. When you've worked up an appetite, Salt Rock Grill, Caddy's Indian Shores, Seabreeze Island Grill, Coco Wood, and Wahoo's Waterside Pub and Patio are all within three-and-a-half miles of the condo. Golfers will appreciate being just under four miles from Largo Golf Course. Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf is nearby as well!

The beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby including great golf, Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre, and plenty of water sports, rentals, and activities within minutes. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.

This place was exactly what we were looking for! We bought my older parents, plus young kids and it was perfect. The beach was SO wonderful and incredibly easy to access. We did not utilize the pool, but it was very clean and looked nice. The owners had great communication with us, and were very accommodating as our stay was during some construction going on. We would definitely recommend and will be back if visiting the area in the future.

This condo was very nice. The Indian Rocks area is beautiful. The building itself as of October 2025 is being renovated. I assume due to age and last years storm damage. From the parking lot your thought is how can this be a habitable area. . We checked the unit before bringing in our belongings. The unit is well thought out and has everything you need for a comfortable home away from home. Everything was clean, kitchen well stocked. Beach accessories in the condo, a cooler available. The pool, hot tub and the surrounding patio area was gorgeous. Access to the beach is right out the back of the property. Communication with the owner was great. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we visit in the future. Added bonus if you like Italian food we highly recommend Forchetta!

Perfect Condo and Location

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was perfectly ocean front, with super easy beach access, and we loved sitting on the balcony each morning and night enjoying the view. Beds were comfortable and beach chairs and towels being provided were a huge bonus. We definitely plan to book this condo again!

Perfect Beach Stay!

Everything as listed! Home away from home. Has everything you need, all the little extras, from beach towels to spices in the cabinet for your steaks on the grill. Beautiful oceanview to watch the sunset and relax in the evening. Communication with the owners was easy. They were quick to respond and kind. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay

We stayed for my son's graduation during memorial day weekend into the following week. My mom hasn't been to the area since she was a kid and absolutely loved area. Very quiet, clean and owners made everything so easy for us. 35 minutes from where my son lives in central St. Pete and about 45 - hour drive from Tampa depending on traffic. We got the citypass since my son had graduation activities so got to explore many things in tampa and clearwater this trip. Had a wonderful time and the sunsets are beautiful sitting on the back porch.

Beautiful Beach Getaway.

This property was perfect for a relaxing beach stay. The beach and pool accesses are gated and the grounds are quite nice with fresh new landscaping. We walked across the street for lunch and dinner. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Cute little community.

Fantastic view

Our party of four adults and two children really enjoyed our stay. The condo has an amazing view and made sitting on the balcony one of our favorite things to do. The beach, grounds and pool were fabulous. Our hosts were quick to reply to any questions or concerns.

Beachfront, Sunset view, Fantastic location & Clean!

We have a family of five with 1 pre-teen and 2 teenagers. The space was perfect, and the beach side view balcony was heavenly! I’m a stickler for a clean property and this place was definitely one of the cleanest I’ve rented. Parking garage is tight, but I was able to fit my suburban in there. We cooked in a couple of nights and ate out a couple of nights. Plenty of comfortable space. Both bathrooms were also spacious. Our hots were so fast to respond when we had questions and so gracious overall - such a pleasure to rent from! Check in and Check out was SO easy!It’s one of the softest beaches we’ve been to with plenty of space for families to spread out. The ocean was pretty calm as well when we were there which was April timeframe. We walked to a local coffee shop for coffee and breakfast each morning which we enjoyed so much - Indian Shores Coffee. We also walked to a fantastic putt putt where you can feed baby alligators, a yummy ice cream place, BBQ place and public park all less than a mile and a half from the condo. There is a nice sized walking and bike path right on the main road making it safe to walk to and from. We caught the amazing sunset views every night. Watching the sun slowly set below the gentle waves was my favorite part. We took so many great pictures! We would absolutely come back to this lovely condo, beach, and town!

The condo was perfect for our family's trip to the beach. Our family of five (including an infant) and Grandma and Grandpa had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach toys, chairs, etc. were great!

Nice Condo

This is such a nice condo! You have everything available to you that you would need from beach chairs and towels, just about anything you would need to cook your meals except for the food, only thing i didnt like was the dryer but its better than having to use a coin one. If you have any problems at all Tim and Pam was quick to respond and would help with any questions. I 100% recommend staying in this condo.

Great location

Really awesome location right on the beach. The hosts were really accommodating. The pool was actually the perfect temperature despite the heat and that is almost always an issue at condos. Pleasantly surprised! The condo was a little musty and could use a bit of updating but really a great trip all in all.

Pam and Tim have been visiting the area with their family for over 25 years. Indian Shores is a nice quiet location with an amazing Beach. So many fun activities located nearby for the family or a group of friends to enjoy!!

Located in a prefect spot along the beach with teh inter coastal on one side and a balcony overlooking the Gulf Beach! An awesome pool and hot tub along with bathrooms next to the pool. the Beach life doesn’t get any better than this.
