Bring friends and family together with plenty of space and activities. Pool Table, Theater Room, Swimming Pool, Coffee bar, 3 TVs (75") for ultimate entertainment! Also, bring your bikes or take a walk/run along the bike path and see the ducks in the pond nearby!

Pool as advertised. Location is incredible great access to the amenities in the Peoria Glendale area. Quiet neighborhood felt very safe.

Pool was refreshing in the Arizona heat. The owner was very responsive to questions and worked with us on a late checkout. I would definitely recommend this VRBO!!

Accommodations worked well for large family gathering with the parties coming from various locations. Host was very pleasant and understanding of our needs. House and pool were great. Very thankful we found it as it suited our needs to a tee.

Family stay for spring training

This home was perfect for our family weekend stay. The decor is bright and cheery and all the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the openess between the kitchen, dining area and living area. We had a quick visit so we did not have time to enjoy the backyard or pool but it looked very nice and inviting. The host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Pool and Pool Awesome

We had a great time at this house. Having plenty of spaces for kids and parents to relax was key. We loved playing pool and swimming as much as we could. The large TV's were fantastic as well. The property could use a little maintenance, repair and cleaning but for the most part it was great.

We had a great time, perfect for all ages. Only thing was the blender didn't work and there was no coffee grinder. Besides that, it was a blast. 10/10 recommend.

GREAT stay!

Would highly recommend this property, especially during the summer months. The house had a great set-up and the owners have thought of everything you may need! The pool was by far our favorite part with two little ones - it was gated and the big entry step into the pool was a fun area for them to play safely. We stayed over the 4th of July and could see the Peoria Sports Complex fireworks show from the front driveway! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the two TV spaces were great for lounging. The owners were responsive to inquiries and were very friendly via messenger. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We loved the neighborhood: close to main roads to get around the city and the area. Not to mention the bike/walking path at the end of the road. The host was very prompt in responding with questions. The property was not as clean as I would’ve liked. No heater in pool, so we could not use.

The little things

Mostly, the place was as advertised. A few little things like the main trash can being full, no soap for the dishwasher or trash bags for the cans. The owner responded quickly to requests and he brought the missing stuff.

The house was enjoyable. The kids really enjoyed the pool table. The bedrooms and the sizes were nice. The beds were a little too soft with the foam tops and were not very comfortable. There were a few amenities that were lacking. For instance, the shampoo and conditioner and body wash containers in the showers were not filled and looked unclean. The filter on the fridge needed to be clean. There were empty cabinets in the kitchen that were full of bugs and just very unclean. A few basic kitchen items that could be added, like a cheese grater and mixing bowls. We had to purchase our own dish soap and cleaner to wash down countertops. While the house was enjoyable these small things are what made the difference in the rating given. We did not use the pool due to it not being heated so no review of that. Looked like a nice yard and area though.

Home away from home

This property was everything than expected and more. We came down to AZ for our boys summer baseball tournaments in Peoria and Surprised. The home was perfect for us. Very clean and inviting. Our kids even loved the baseball quote left on the blackboard. What a nice personal touch. We spent hours everyday in the swimming pool, almost until 10pm every night. And I’m between watched TV on the large Tv and had daily pool tournaments. The kids learned how to even play 9ball. If you are looking for a place for your family to sit back, relax, enjoy the pool, bbq or even just lounge, this place was absolutely perfect. Thanks again for hosting us. Our family loved it.

Family get together

Location was very convenient. Overall the theme was cute and thought it would be good for family get together. The house needs some help. Landscaping in front is tired and tree was blocking the entrance. Lots of dust on window sills, vents and ceiling fans. The kitchen was ok, pots and pans are old and need replacing. Fridge had lots of condiments from other guests… pretty gross and would never use them. Pantry also had old food that no one should or would use. Grilled one night, could use a light outside near grill. Overall house was ok, but definitely in need of updates and a deep cleaning.
