It's set in the perfect spot. If you were going to disney world, the pictures on the verbo are deceiving. Makes it look much bigger than what it really is. It was in a well kept gated community. I have just never stayed in a verbo where they don't give you at least some bleach spray or some form of cleaner to cleanup after yourself. So you don't leave the house looking in a ravaged mess. Which we did not. We went to Walmart and we got products to clean the house. Also in the agreement, it says not to touch the thermostat and it was seventy four degrees at night. It was extremely unbearable

Perfect place if you can’t or don’t want to stay on property for a Disney trip! My kids absolutely loved the rooms, and we all loved the decorations!

The host was delightful and welcoming. Home was exactly as described amd beautifully decorated all on Disney themes. My grandchildren loved staying there. Convenient to everything we were attending during our stay. Minutes from the World Food Trucks which was amazing!

Very clean place! The decorations are all Disney themed and add more magic to your stay! The hosts are quick to respond. Overall, a great experience!

Property is located close to the Disney parks and other amenities. Quiet gated neighborhood is a plus as well.

Our hosts was very accommodating and available to us for any questions and assistance. Would definitely recommend their home. The home itself was so child friendly and the children loved everything about the home. Very clean and beautiful place.

Our stay was good, but not great. There was only 1 dishwasher pod, so we had to go and buy some. Had to also buy some laundry soap as there was none. Dryer catches clothes in the rope ridge and stains them...needs to be replaced or fixed. This happened to 1 towel and 3 t-shirts. The stuffed Mickey and Minnie sitting at the kitchen table are dirty and gross, they need to be replaced. There are limited bath towels. The ice supply was excellent, thank you. The clubhouse was great as well, nice to have access to a gym and pool. We spent a lot of time there. :) The gated community was nice and safe. We'd likely stay again, given we know to bring our own soap/towels. Investing a small amount into decent shower heads and toilet paper would be a nice upgrade.

Quick family trip

We picked up my nieces in another city and brought them to the condo for some fun in the Orlando area. We had plenty of room for the whole family from a baby to the adults. Multiple bathrooms really came in handy and the kids liked the Disney decorations. Everything you need without being over the top

Perfect location/ reliable communication

The communication with the owner was always prompt. In addition, the house was cozy, it had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location was safe. The house was located in a convenient area to restaurants, parks, and malls. Highly recommended

My complex was easy to find and with the gate code was easy to get into. Not much parking for the unit but we only needed room for one car. Lots of Disney decorations. Only needed to wash dishes, take the trash out, and pile the towels in the bathrooms to check out.The unit itself is a bit run down. Transition piece for the flooring in the kitchen was loose. LED light and the bedroom closet was flickering. One of the LED lights and the kitchen was flickering. We usually saw a few baby cockroaches fleeing in the kitchen each morning. Could probably use a coat of paint and new kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

Spacious home

This home had plenty of space for our group. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Instructions were easy to follow and they had everything we required. The hot tub didn’t workout for us, which was sad. And one of the showers was having issues. The home is a bit older, but functioned for the most part.

Seaworld Rescue Run Weekend

Good property. I was unable to get the owner while staying. Smoke alarms all 6 were beeping with low batteries. I alerted the property owner and did not get a response. They all beeped at different times, it was bad. I went to the store and replaced the batteries my self. Other than that it was a good stay.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with Disney themed. The parking was very tight. People were parking along the sidewalks. The wash cloths was like bathing with a wet wipe. I went to Walmart and bought my own washcloths. An upstairs bedroom door handle is ready to fall off the door. The front door would not stay closed without the deadbolt. My guess the handle needs to be replaced. One of the bedroom lights in the closet would constantly flicker off and on. Missing remote control for one of the TVs. The beds were very noisy when he sat in or moved around while laying down, but I slept really good though. Tired from being at the Parks all day. But the biggest thing is the hot tub did not work. Looking at the water it looks like it’s been down for quite some time.The hot tub is the reason why I rented this particular property. My kids was so upset. So false advertised there they should take that off of their listing. I contacted Management and they responded with. I was out of town. Just got this message so I started going over some of the other issues that I have mentioned in this review with no response. The price for the condo was fair. Given the issues.

Cute Disney-themed vacation home

We had a great stay. The entire house was decorated with cute Disney items, adding to whole experience. My group was all adults and one child, whom was celebrating a 6th birthday at Disney, so the Disney rooms and toys were a nice touch to add to the celebration. It was all of their first times staying in this type of rental and they enjoyed it. The house was clean. Host was communicative and responsive, and provided food and shopping recommendations in the area, and gave me some adult ride recommendations in the Park we visited when I asked (I hadn't been to Disney in many years). Plenty of Disney-themed dishes/cups in the house and even a Mickey pancake maker. Cute stuffed animals made for a lot of photo ops. The hot tub worked fine, with the instructional video from the host. The hot tub felt great on our sore muscles from full days walking around at the parks. Definitely recommend enjoying that when you get home each night so you don't wake up so sore from all the walking you will do at the parks. We did 10 miles of walking the one day! There were also a lot of toys there for all ages of kids, which helped keep the 6 yr old busy. Also had some Disney DVD's in the upstairs bedroom. There was a small backyard area was nice for throwing a Frisbee around with the child for a bit. It's a safe neighborhood, so you could also walk around and there were also sidewalks throughout. Overall, we had a good experience and would book again if ever travelling with this many up here.

The property was nice a little minor problems but it was worth the price I paid for it . . The bottom bedroom was not really clean and when I washed laundry and I used the dryer it didn’t really dry my clothes but it burned our straps on our bathing suits. But overall the neighborhood was nice and great location for shopping . The host contacted back real quick so was a plus and made sure that everthing was ok . But I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great clean. Even had house things already. The hot tub didn’t work but we didn’t look to deep into it. So that was okay. The ledge on the stairs was the only thing that was broken. but 10/10 with everything.
