Escape to serene Turtle Cove - a newly renovated cozy 1600 sq ft. retreat where you can relax with a cup of coffee on a huge private deck and watch turtles sunning in the peaceful cove. There's lots for the family to do at this vacation rental. When you're done relaxing on the expanded deck, take your boat out from the free boat slip and go for a ride. Our guests have free access to a boat ramp nearby. No boat? No problem! You can rent one nearby or still enjoy the lake; fishing or kayaking are other options. As the evening cools down, warm up by the fire pit and throw a couple of burgers on the grill for relaxed outdoor dining. If you want to head out to Downtown Hot Springs, it's about a 20 min drive to the many restaurants, famous baths, Oaklawn race track, Magic Mountain and more.
FYI - Entergy draws down the lake from November to March.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove, oven to suit your cooking needs. Look for the doggie bowls there too!

Laundry facilities with washer, dryer and complimentary detergent.

Upstairs: Sloped Ceilings | Separate Wall A/C Units (not part of central air) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed (curtained doorway) | Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (curtained doorway).

Outdoors
Front - Fenced in lot perfect for the dogs.

Back - Sprawling deck overlooking the lake. Canopy on the top level along with outside dining. Chaise Recliners (2) perfect for tanning on the bottom level.
Firepit and fishing dock. The expectation is that minors will not be left unattended.

This place needs some love and attention. It says "curtain doors" upstairs....there are no curtains, so there is no privacy upstairs. Great for kids or teens. The doorknob to the bathroom was wrapped in tape bc it was broken, the threshold in front of the back door (which barely opens and not easily) was broken and coming up, the deck was covered with leaves which makes it VERY difficult to see that there is a step....my 83 yo dad did not see the step. That should have been blown off as a courtesy to us paying to stay anyway. There was not a working outside light, there are no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, the dishwasher LEAKS and made a mess on the floor, the sliding door in the master came off the hinges when my mom tried to open it.....The place seemed clean and the kitchen is well stocked. I'm not sure why I was required by this host to spend 60 on potential damages when the whole place hasn't seen a repair in a while.

Was not impressed with the home. There were a lot of things going wrong and breaking down in the property. Not thoroughly cleaned either. Reached out to assistant and didn't get a response. I'm retired and saved up for this little getaway. For the money I spent, I expected better.

My 7 & 8 year old boys loved this place! They had fun fishing out back, playing corn hole, and making smores in the fire pit. Check-in was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Lake Time Leisure

We had a lovely stay with our three teenagers. They loved the loft area and after our daily activities were thrilled to hide away upstairs. The patio was our favorite spot. We did lots of grilling and hanging out with the view of Turtle Cove. The location was perfect! Far enough out to be secluded and quiet but close enough to all the fun of Hot Springs.

Overall it was a cute, nice place to stay. We did have to call mngt to get towels bc there were only 3 available, and the bathtub and showers were a little to be desired as far as cleanliness. The mngt was prompt though in taking care of our needs. The property is for sale and they were unclear why the realtor had rearranged several things in the home for photos, but

Affordable. Good place to stay near town.

The house is a good place to stay that is convenient to town. Quiet. It rained a lot so we didn’t get to use the deck, but I could see that it would be a restful retreat. Lots of stars at night and ducks, etc at the water!

Perfect for dogs and boats!

The outdoor space is the highlight of this place if you’re bringing a boat and your dogs, and was honestly the best part of this property. Our dogs loved getting to roam free in the big fenced in yard and we never had to worry about them. We also loved the convenience of having the boat dock to easily jump in the boat and go fish without any hassle. We spent ALL our time out on the deck which was so relaxing. The house was cozy and had everything we needed, but we would have loved an ice maker.

Relaxing with family

We had 5 adults and 1 child and the rental was spacious and clean. Communication was a breeze with Ms. Dee and property management. Downstairs bedroom was big with a king bed and plenty of storage with an attached bathroom. There was a second bathroom downstairs as well. The loft had two rooms and worked great for my family as well as a bathroom. We spent most of our time on the large deck out back and catching fish was not a problem will be staying here again.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay, the fenced back yard was perfect for our fur baby. My son absolutely LOVED being able to roll out of bed and immediately go fishing off the small dock. The location was 15-30 mins from the state park, crystal mining as well as some great restaurants downtown Hot Springs.

Hi - I'm O'rene (most people call me Dee). I'm the owner of this comfy property sitting on a beautiful cove that leads into Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, AR. My favorite thing to do in life is to travel, meet people and enjoy new experiences. This property meets my needs as I'm a girl who loves the water. I live here only a part of the year and in my absence my wonderful Property Manager Cheryl who lives nearby and who loves hospitality will be available to serve your needs. I like to know that other travelers like me who appreciate the simple things in life can come to this home away from home to spend a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

I bought this property because it's so darn cute. Plus it's perfectly located to allow you to enjoy a wide range of activities especially in the Summer: hiking, kayaking, soaking in Hot Springs baths, fishing and water sports. The first thing I did when I bought it was to extend the deck at the back of the property. I designed it for you to enjoy nature in its glory. It's a big deck! You'll be surrounded by beautiful trees. You can drink coffee or sweet tea or eat dinner right on the deck overlooking the water.

You have a private boat slip at your disposal so you can bring your boat. The outside of the house has cedar shake siding which is beautiful and complements the beauty of the natural environment. The interior of the house is light and airy. Downstairs a couple can enjoy a huge king bed with an ensuite bedroom. Upstairs is where your typical boho loft style bedrooms are located.

What I love about the property is that it's great for a family who wants to spend some quality time together with their pets in the quiet country side with lots to do together.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When I bought this property I was intrigued that I was going to be living in a place that was pretty much a national park. I fell in love. The flora and fauna, the turtles and other wildlife and of course the lake front right off the deck make this property unique. The land space is large enough for at least four cars to park inside and it's fenced so you can bring your dogs and have them run around.
