Welcome to Oyster Bay Getaway #1! This updated large 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome is fantastically located between everything Downtown Rehoboth or Dewey Beach has to offer just a short walk or bike ride away. Hardwood floors throughout main living area, an open floor plan allowing plenty of space for entertaining, new stainless appliances, laundry room, and renovated bathrooms. Start planning your beach day while relaxing in the 3 seasons screened in porch or by the community pool.

You won’t beat this centrally located 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, with full kitchen and open floor plan. Smart TVs in all rooms, and plenty of upgrades for an enjoyable stay whether you’re stuck inside or just stopping in between enjoying the beach, local restaurants, or the other amenities the beaches have to offer.

Master suite has king sized bed, 55” TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. Plenty of room for an air mattress or two in this oversized bedroom.

2 additional rooms upstairs, one with a twin day bed + trundle bed, and another with an on-suite bathroom and queen sized bed.

Downstairs is another bedroom featuring a queen sized bed, and a half-bathroom adjacent.

Large living room with 65” TV and plenty of seating and floorspace. 4 barstools at the counter and plenty of space at the kitchen table make this open kitchen/living space perfect for entertaining and family getaways.

Getting around

Off-street parking in front of the unit (2 designated spaces and guest parking). Walk, bike, scoot, uber, or drive to dowtown Rehoboth or Gordons pond state park without ever fighting Rt 1 traffic!

Great vacation spot

Very clean, was a joy to stay. Although we brought paper goods, there was a plethora of spices as well as cookware/utensils and dinnerware. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Highly recommend Kyle and this location for a large group.

Beautiful home! Quiet neighborhood!

We planned a family long weekend trip to Rehoboth Beach, so glad we chose this property. Everything is beautiful and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is pleasant. The home is decorated nicely and makes you feel comfortable and at home. Easy drive into Rehoboth. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Rehoboth Beach ⛱️

The house was great just as described online. We stayed with eleven people. It was close to the beach, shopping outlets, go kart track and many other things to do. Will definitely be there again. Host was responsive to any questions we had.

Amazing getaway!

We have been coming to the Rehobeth-Lewes-Bethany beaches for years, and we lucked into this perfect getaway. The townhouse is pretty, convenient, clean, comfortable. It has everything you need without clutter you don’t. The host is crazy responsive and welcoming. I am so thrilled with this find!!

Lots of thoughtful supplies in the house for beach goers. It’d be a great size for party of 7-8. Any more people than that would be on futon and air mattress in shares space and feel crowded. Great communication with the host and very responsive.

Exactly what we were looking for

I cannot truly express what a positive experience myself and my group had staying at this property. The location was perfect, as we were about a 10 minute bike ride to the beach and boardwalk and a 5 minute drive to good food, outlet shopping and more. The house was incredibly clean, well stocked with blankets, towels and necessities and an overall awesome place to stay. All communications were quickly responded too and on the day of check-in I received a very detailed and helpful guidebook for utilizing the property. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and would most definitely consider coming back in the future!

Clean, Convenient location for large groups (up to 12)

Very convenient place that can accommodate a large group of guests (and improvise overflow with air mattresses...and kitchen serviceable enough if you want to do your own cooking. In walking distance to bike and scooter rental, short driving distance for quick shopping trips to outlets and several grocery stores and entertainment venues and boardwalk. No shortage of parking, good for guests that are coming and going Parking abundant. Property is a row house, so neighbors ar practically door to door, and no green space, but there's an enclosed patio with curtains for privacy.

Great Getaway for Extended Weekend

The property was exceptionally well maintained, very clean, and well appointed (a little deprived of natural light but very nice!). The host was very quick to respond with initial questions re property details and accomodating requests. There was one minior issue when we arrived, and that was that we discovered that the "neighbors" immediately adjacent had several small children who were permitted to scream and run through their unit which was easily heard/discernable through the shared wall. A polite request to the adults "in charge" to stop the screaming and running resolved the issue however and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay.

Clean, Cool and Comfortable

As we were out of the house for most of the day, Kyle's townhouse was perfect for restful nights and breakfast in the morning. The community is quiet and felt very safe. We made dinner only once. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms sparkling clean and attractive (windows in the bathrooms!!!). There are more than enough towels, if needed. The kitchen is generously supplied with very nice, good quality dishes, glasses and and flatware - definitely enough for a big crowd - and a Bosch dishwasher and these touches made us feel appreciated as guests. Though we didn't need them for ourselves, the washer and dryers are large and available just next to the kitchen. Hooks by the door helped us stay organized! We could park conveniently at the front door. Of equal importance, Kyle was always immediately and cheerfully responsive. Thanks Kyle.
