Vacaciones en Florida en nuestro condominio junto al océano en el complejo turístico Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. Disfrute de impresionantes vistas DESTRUCTADAS de agua turquesa y arenas blancas como el azúcar desde su balcón privado. Las aguas del Golfo de México están a solo unos pasos ... Relájate y disfruta de una bebida en el café y bar tiki junto a la piscina de las Tides. El área de Destin también es perfecta para una gran variedad de deportes acuáticos, como surf, pesca, parasailing y kayak. ¿No te gustan los deportes acuáticos? Disfruta de un partido de tenis en las hermosas canchas de Rubico en uno de los mejores resorts de tenis de Estados Unidos. Golf de clase mundial espera en Sandestin, al lado de las mareas. Los niños pueden practicar su swing en el campo de golf en miniatura de las mareas.

Ya sea que su plan sea quedarse y relajarse o salir a buscar una aventura, ¡este es el lugar para estar! Hemos vivido en el área durante muchos años y estaremos encantados de responder cualquier pregunta que pueda tener sobre dónde ir o qué hacer durante su estadía.

Where do I start? As soon as you open the front door, the view takes your breath away. It's like you're floating on top of the ocean! One of my favorite things was no matter where you are, cooking in the kitchen, getting ready in the bathroom, waking up, you always have a view of the water. The balcony was our favorite place. Our kids loved the binoculars so they could see all the sea animals swimming by in the water. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. It was so nice not having to buy all the different spices and normal necessities. My husband said it was like staying at a family's place because it just felt like home.Mara's communication was second to none, She was quick to respond and always so polite and amazing.This was our second time staying at this complex and we love all the amenities, my kids especially love the putt-putt course. The condo is the nicest rental we have ever stayed in and we can't wait to go back! Nothing short of spectacular!

Condo has an amazing few. Condo itself was beautiful and very clean. Very nice stocked kitchen. Easy beach access. Definitely a return trip in our future.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the host is amazing!! Great communication before and during our stay. This is my 2nd time stay here and I will definitely return. Breathtaking views from the balcony!! Easy access to pool and beach. Delightful beach bar restaurant on site with great food and drinks! Many other amazing restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Several shopping options close by as well. Nice sidewalks for walking. Pickle ball on site.

I would highly recommend staying at this property. Mara answered all questions promptly, recommended some amazing restaurants and checked in throughout the stay. The view of the beach was gorgeous to wake up to and the condo was very clean. She even went above and beyond and had a crib, high chair, and wagon for us to use for our 1 year old for the week. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Where do I begin?! Mara is THE BEST. She communicated before we arrived, when we arrived, while we were there. She gave wonderful restaurant recommendations, advice/tips/tricks about staying at the property and was an absolute pleasure to work with!! The property is ONE TO BE DREAMED ABOUT. Beautifully updated, well kept, all the essentials you could need while staying at the beach. The balcony as THE HIGHLIGHT of this wonderful abode. I could have stayed out there the entire time and not left. Everything was perfect and would absolutely recommend staying here again! Hands down one of the best rental experiences I have had!!

Must see it to believe it

To start, this rental was impeccable. The snacks and drinks the owner had waiting at the condo for us were such a great touch, as we had been on the road for hours, and to sit and relax was perfection. The location is great, and the views are fantastic. The condo is stocked better than any other condo I have stayed in, which was surely appreciated. The response from the owner was top-notch. If you go to Mirarmar Beach look no further and book here!!

Incredible vacation!!

Our stay was incredible!!! Communication with the owner, Mara, was amazing - she was extremely friendly, informative and helpful! The condo was extremely clean and stocked with all of the necessities. They also provided beach chairs, a tent, pool noodles, and beach buckets / shovels for our use. All instructions and codes were provided a few days in advance which ensured that we were prepared. Words cannot describe how much our family loved our stay! We will definitely be back!

Incredible provisions, beautiful accommodations and views

We felt like we were at home with beach towels, chairs, games, condiments, paper plates, extra toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap, etc.The accommodations are also beautiful, clean, and secure. There are plenty of activities at the complex.The only down side was 70-80% of the beach being dedicated to beach service with the chairs that you can't lay on your stomach on. And 10% is devoted to owners only. If you don't go out early or walk a great distance, then you're not going to get a good spot.

This condo is a 10 out of 10 in every aspect! Amazing view, great location, fully stocked fridge and pantry, along with every amenity you could ask for. Mara is a consummate host whose attention to detail surpassed every other owner I’ve rented from. We will definitely plan another stay

Perfect Retreat

To say the pictures don’t do it justice is an understatement. The condo is beautiful, fully furnished with anything you could need, and extremely comfortable. Mara is the perfect host, who checks in to make sure you are enjoying yourself and has all the information you would need and answers every question we had about the area! She is wonderful! The views are gorgeous and the amenities of the property are amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

Best VRBO ever!!

My friends and I stayed her for a girls trip. This property was by far the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Perfect location. Beautifully decorated. So well stocked with everything we needed that we barely had to go to the store. Every thing about the condo was geared toward insuring our comfortable stay. The hostess was the best!! She kept in touch with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Mara even had a charcuterie board waiting for us when we arrived, which was much appreciated after a long day of traveling! She also made great restaurant recommendations. We all felt like we had a new friend by the time we left!! I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!!

This condo should be kept secret it’s so good ! Property has great amenities. Hostess is beyond accommodating she goes out of her way to make your stay wonderful . Stayed a week but could have stayed a month . Returning in October .

Best vacation we ever had!

The owner was very pleasant and went above to make our vacation wonderful. The cleanest and nicest place we ever stayed at. We try to come down at least two times a year. I will definitely be staying there again and no where else.

Breathtaking Views and Amazing Host!

We came for Spring Break 2025, and my mom’s 80th and my teen’s 16th birthday celebration. Due to storms, mom wanted to leave a day earlier, and when I called Mara (the Host) I received an immediate response and was super exited my mom and her friend could be accommodated! Walking in the door, it was breathtaking, clean and even had the TV going with music! We felt as if we were at a 5star resort! The condo was completely stocked with everything we could imagine from water, to spices, pots, pans, and even paper plates, and coffee! It made our Grocery run that much shorter!We could sit and watch the waves crashing into the shoreline from the balcony and had several days with just relaxing champaign brunches outside. What an amazing place,it was paradise. We didn’t want to leave. Our Teen loved the heated pool! And had friends staying at the Hilton, so it was a convenient 3 minute walk along the beach to visit them.Throughout the trip Mara was extremely responsive if we had any questions. Recommendations were on point for Restaurants, things to do, etc.I travel extensively for work and pleasure, and when I say this was my most favorite place, it is saying a lot! I highly recommend the condo and especially Mara!!! We felt as if we were family the entire time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you, Mara for an incredible experience!The Kraft Family & Friends
