With downtown Palm Desert and the El Paseo shopping district accessible in 3 miles, this hidden haven feels worlds away from your day-to-day. Palm Springs is a short drive away, and Joshua Tree National Park is an easy day trip. Hiking paths are accessible right out of the front gate. The final trip to your destination prepares you for the remote solitude, as the road is designed to maintain the remote character of the neighborhood and its natural environment. This is a paved, single-lane road without streetlights.

Original architecture design offers a classic light and airy desert living experience. Highlights include two sumptuous suites plus a gourmet kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops shine in the gourmet kitchen. Keep the cook company at the kitchen bar, while an elegant dining room table seats guests as well. Gather for meals on the covered veranda or take the path through an enchanted yard to a hidden dining patio.

Take in the spectacular views while relaxing on the covered veranda or follow the stone path to a secluded patio with a gas grill and a dining table. This home is located on a cliff and may not be suitable for small children.
This is a pet-free property due to the homeowner's extreme allergies. Any animals brought into or around the perimeters of the home will result in immediate eviction, a minimum pet cleaning fee of $500, and loss of any reservation payment and fees.
Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
Palm Desert city ordinance prohibits loud music and unruly parties in residential neighborhoods, and strict occupancy rules are enforced. Over-occupancy and noise violations will result in fines and eviction without a refund.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
