Hermosa casa privada ubicada en la prestigiosa comunidad de South Palm Desert con una cocina y sala de medios de última generación recientemente renovadas.

Estará a poca distancia del mundialmente famoso El Paseo, sus galerías, tiendas y restaurantes, y cerca de los principales campos de golf públicos de Palm Desert y canchas de tenis.

La propiedad es una residencia unifamiliar y está cerrada y completamente amurallada para mayor privacidad. Cuenta con una piscina climatizada de gran tamaño rodeada de palmeras gigantes con vistas a la montaña.

Al ingresar a la casa a través de enormes puertas de cobre, será recibido
junto a una hermosa fuente y exuberantes árboles. Entrando en la casa,
A través de puertas de vidrio, el vestíbulo se abre a una gran sala de estar y comedor con techos extra altos, una chimenea de gas y paredes de vidrio que se abren a un oasis de jardín. La piscina extra grande se calienta y permitirá muchas horas de diversión y entretenimiento.

La casa ofrece 3 dormitorios, 3 baños y capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente.

Cada habitación tiene un montón de armario y espacio de almacenamiento y cada una tiene su propio patio privado al aire libre donde los huéspedes pueden retirarse y disfrutar de un café temprano en la mañana o sentarse en silencio para leer o simplemente relajarse. Property location was perfect wether was not what we hoped for so we didn’t get a chance to use the backyard and pool the only negative we have is the bathrooms are dated and water pressure was very poor

Great Property and Location

Perfect location and setup for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of spots to sit and relax, indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the pool and the location to shops was excellent. Overall, a great getaway spot for our family.

All was fine until it wasn’t

The house was very nice if dated and worn/well-used. Barbara gave us a proper introduction and tour. We noticed a general stale smell in the home but could open enough sliding doors for fresh air to combat it. During our stay we experienced an overflowing toilet, sewer water backing into the shower and water coming up out of drains in the garage that didn’t receive any immediate attention from the property manager. She referred me to the owner who apparently was in flight and didn’t respond. Had this been my home, I’d have called a plumber immediately! I noted other maintenance problems for the property manager like an overwhelming gas smell from the pool heater. Again, I’d have not been as casual as they were - thanking me but not getting attention to the matter quickly. Overall we enjoyed ourselves so am giving 3 stars despite the problems noted.

Great place in Palm Desert

Three couples for a music festival weekend. Place was SO clean, host met us at the property to ensure we knew how to operate everything. So much space, kitchen is nicer and bigger than expected in the pictures. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful stay!

This property is everything we hoped it would be, truly spectacular! We loved being able to walk to El Paseo and lounge by the pool. The house is just beautiful and Robert is always available if you need him.

Perfect home base for our daughter’s wedding week!

The home exceeded our expectations in every way. Our group included three couples and everyone loved it. There are multiple areas for hanging out, reading, playing games, etc. The pool was very clean and the temperature was perfect. All of the beds were cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and accommodated all our cooking needs. It was a great experience overall and we hope to be back!

Heaven on Earth

Everything about this house is warm and welcoming.The property manager BARBARA and the owner were helpful,responsive and professional.LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION doesn’t get any better to the famous EL Paseo shopping,restaurant district. The swimming pool ,back yard is very beautiful at night all lite up.The kitchen is very well appointment so cooking and enjoying a meal overlooking the pool was really the ticket for us.Treat yourselves to a relaxing get away at this property.

Absolutely a lovely home!

We stayed as a family here over Thanksgiving. The house is lovely. So many details and subtle touches that made us feel like we were staying at home versus a stark rental. The kitchen was large and extremely well appointed. Great location. Walked to El Paseo every day. The outdoor space was very nice and had a lot of seating spaces. Large yard and fruit trees too! Highly recommend. Will stay again.

Great house and location

A very nice house on a quiet street. The proximity to restaurants and shops on El Paseo was a big plus. Several great hikes are a short distance away. The property manager was especially gracious and helpful.

Good house

This house is used exclusively for rentals. The owner is attentive. The house was VERY clean. TVs were difficult to operate. Master shower needs a new shower head. Pool is beautiful. One bathroom is on the other side of the house away from the bedrooms. Therefore, 2 bedrooms share a hall bath while the master bedroom has a private bath.

Beautiful Mountain Views

We totally enjoyed our stay. House was not only beautiful it was comfortable. The pool was enjoyed each day along with morning coffee on the patio. The location was ideal and near my favorite Mexican Restaurant Fresh Agave…we went twice.

Five Star Vacation!

We stayed at the house for three and a half weeks in February 2022! The house and grounds are amazing. From the moment we walked into the house, we knew that we had made the right selection for our extended stay in Palm Desert. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped and provided everything we needed for our dinners on the beautiful veranda. Our host, Robert Nieto. would respond immediately to our requests and was concerned that we were enjoying our stay at the house.

Palm Desert Dreaming

Really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The spectacular terrace and pool were only surpassed by the views of the mountains. Quiet and comfortable. We all had a terrific time.

Great Place

The house worked perfectly for us. We had our two kids and there was ample room for each of us both inside and outside the house. It may be a bit far for some people but we walked to dinner in Palm Desert many nights and loved it.

Great property. Owner puts extra care into making one feel at home. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Everything is very organized. Fresh lemons and gorgeous grapefruit decorated the kitchen counter, fresh flowers in entry upon our arrival. Very clean. Would recommend.

wonderful trip

Everything was wonderful...and exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and exceptionally appointed. It was a perfect location for hiking, golf, tennis and great restaurants. Robert and Barbara were very welcoming and helpful. We have stayed in many VRBO's, and in this case, the pictures don't do the house justice...even better in person.

Location Location Location

This property was perfect for our annual gathering in the desert. Close to restaurants, golf courses. Perfect ! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly- loved the neighbors! We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor seating after golf. Even walked from the house to the trailhead for the Palm Desert Cross Hike and Hopalong Cassidy Trail. A great hike to the cross w views of the valley. The temps an unprecedented High 80’s for late November and early December. Temps dropped to mid 60’s our second week but so enjoyable for all outdoor activity! Home is a well appointed mid century modern. Light and bright The beds were dreamy! The only drawback was the accessibility to showers in the master and guest bath.. A walk in shower in all baths would be a great upgrade. Enjoyed our stay and any question was attended to promptly. This is a great property!

This house was built in 1959 and was one of the original homes on Shadow Mountain Drive. We loved the high ceiling in the living room and fireplace and the windows of glass overlooking the manicured lawns. We also loved that the bedrooms are on one wing of the house and the entertainment area is on the other side so it allows for people to rest and relax or drink and enjoy. The property allows for beautiful long walks and there are mountain views from all sides of the property. We loved walking to El Paseo and the incredible amounts of shopping in this beautiful community.
