Mi casa tiene un hermoso patio trasero que es ideal para tomar el sol, nadar o sumergirse en el spa. La barbacoa de la isla y las palmeras se suman a la sensación de vacaciones.
Conveniente para la franja y el aeropuerto en una comunidad segura, mi casa tiene un gran dormitorio principal con vestidor. Cuenta con un colchón Sealy Cloud tipo almohada extra grande y baño privado completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene un colchón temperpedic tamaño queen. El tercer dormitorio tiene un colchón con la parte superior acolchada tamaño queen. El cuarto dormitorio también cuenta con un colchón de nubes de tamaño king.

Sala de estar, comedor, sala de estar hundida con sofás de cuero de gran tamaño y una gran cocina con isla le aseguran una estancia confortable. Las comodidades incluyen acceso a Internet de alta velocidad, TV por cable, patio grande, piscina con jacuzzi, 12 palmeras de 12 pies de alto.

Como vivo en la casa la mayor parte del tiempo, es limpio y cómodo. La piscina y el spa están disponibles por un cargo adicional. Aunque no recomendado o necesario en el verano.

This place is in need of serious updates! The pools a mess, missing rocks around the pool and too try and heat the hottub? It's a joke. They place is disgustingly dirty. I rent vrbos every year and this is the worst by far! They are just taking money until the place literally falls apart.

Omg, it was so incredible. Jordan was amazing, the place was clean. Pool was so much fun. Family fully enjoyed. Also so close to the airport n strip. Definitely recommended to go to. Will plan to book in future stays.

Great for large groups

I visited Las Vegas this weekend for the 2024 EDC event with my husband, my adult daughter and her two friends. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We enjoyed the pool during the day and loved the amount of space and privacy the house allows. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Spring break in Vegas

Excellent house for our family vacation! Kids loved the pool, the heat was necessary for the pool, but it worked great, and the spa was wonderful after long days. Jordan was very quick to respond and everything was as advertised. Lots of beds and a nice mix of soft and firm so everyone was able to find one they liked.

Great base for different activities

Location was great. 15 min ride to airport without planes overhead; reasonable Uber ride to strip; close enough to Hoover Dam and Mount Charleston to be able to tour/hike for a few hours and still have plenty of time to get back to hang in the pool before dinner. Home owner was exceptionally easy to work with. 2 king bedrooms as well as 2 queen bedrooms made it perfect for family of adults.

Bandit Brewhaha

It was great. We relaxed in the hot tub and back yard. Grill could use a little work or replaced. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Roomy and cozy. Would definitely recommend.

Upon arrival, everything looked nice. After further inspection, the cleanliness of the house was not satisfactory. The bathrooms and kitchen were not up to standards. Love Vrbo, but will not be staying there again!

Relaxing pool

We had a fantastic time. The house was just as the photos showed. The beds were all comfortable. It had everything you would need. Although we did not use the BBQ it had everything you would need. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It was great. The den was so comfortable for hanging out. Jordan was so friendly and communication was very easy. We would definitely stay here again. Great group getaway!

We had such a great time at this property and the host had excellent communication leading up to, and during the stay to answer any and all questions. The house had some wear and tear to it as others have mentioned, you can tell its been used quite a bit. That being said, the host did a good job cleaning and we were satisfied. We were able to find everything we needed to use, the jacuzzi was amazing in December days and nights, the grill was great (although needs a new pipe line - stenches of gasoline when you turn it on) and the outdoor space was perfect to get some distance amongst us. We loved having the fireplace and the separate living areas. Overall. great stay that we would recommend and go back to!

Vegas family vacation

Stayed at the property for a family vacation. Good location, large house. Unfortunately there were a few issues that we were unhappy about: - property is heavily worn. Carpet is at the end of its life. Pool area has rocks that are crumbling and serious restoration is needed. Couches and furniture are in rough shape. - the owner randomly stopped in during our stay, unannounced. This was pretty tacky. - we were charged additional cleaning fee, with little explanation as to why. We were not partying excessively. We took out the trash, loaded the dishwasher, stripped the sheets, etc. So it is a mystery as to how we were charged. These were all some fairly unsavory issues that negatively impacted our impression of the stay. I would not stay here again because of this.

I am happy you liked the location and size of the house. I have negotiated a very reasonable rate with my housekeeping staff. With a group of 8 such as yourselves, the time needed to clean is sometimes longer than normal. Especially when you have 4 young children. You were notified via text of the juice stains, food debris, hand prints etc. left on the back patio, carpets, walls and floors and the extra time required to clean. These ladies work hard and deserve extra when cleaning up such a mess. You may not like spending the little extra but it's no reason to disparage the condition of my home. Anyone can read the real comments and figure out what's going on here. My pool man and gardener did let themselves in through the back gate during your stay. Since I was out of town and unable to meet you at check in, I did forget to give you advance notice, apologies.

Amazing Pool and Backyard

This is a great sized home for our group of 6 - 40+ women. Beds were very comfortable and nice space downstairs to hang out. We loved doing some cooking and house even has some spices and cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) and plenty of cookware. Pool and Spa was were we spent most of our time floating and taking in the warm pool (we paid to have it heated and worked great). Only 2 areas weren't 100% perfect. One of our ladies is a bit of a clean freak (you know the kind that wipe down everything all the time). She felt the one bathroom wasn't cleaned to her standards (however no issues for rest of us). We did notice a sugar ant issue (mostly outside however definitely some throughout the home too). The home has some wear and tear and you can tell it's a bit older but the gentlemen we dealt with for check-in was amazing at communication. Even sent a text during the stay to make sure everything going well. Really enjoyed our stay. Advice for the future would be to have a print out of how to turn on the heat in the spa versus pool to reference back too. Did a great job instructing us upon arrival but we are older and memories can be a challenge. Figured it out however would be easier for future renters. Thanks again for a wonderful time!

I had previously scheduled him for the day of your arrival. Since you were a last minute booking and mentioned you were a party of 6 seniors, I thought it best to postpone spraying in case anyone had any sensitivities. Unsafe house

Electrical hazard. Button to turn dryer on was dangling off the side of dryer. H/O Jordan said this is fine. When i pushed the button it sparked. Don't use dryer Don't use garbage disposal. The whole kitchen island vibrates so bad the handsoap on the sink moves around. Also gives off extremely foul oder. The switch for gd is about 18" above the floor. Bad design. Step to backyard has about a 3" triangle shape broke out of it. Tiles outback broken, missing or just shattered. Tiles around the pool. Some were not even glued down. Around the edge of pool several broken. Lots of sharp edges. The pool is missing several caps from the bottom fill/filtration holes. These are about 2" open holes. Master bath shower doesn't drain. After ten minute shower you are in ankle deep water. One of the 2 sinks in mb does not drain. Feels with water as brushing teeth. Front window has baseball size hole in it. H/O has curtain pulled over enough so its not visibe. Back slider door keeps jumping track and is a pain to open and close. Looks like a few attempts to fix it have failed. Carpet has wrinkles. Tripping hazard. Carpet is pretty dilapidated. On west side of house looks like people live by fence near the power transformer. Lots of garbage and human feces. Broken bottles also along fence. H/O randomly stopped by. Said his wife needed to use wifi...very odd House vibates when sprinler comes on at 5am. Kids thought H/O was coming into the house from garage.

I chose this home for it's proximity to the Las Vegas Strip as well as the incredible back yard. I was impressed that any type of store or service I needed was within a half mile radius. I liked the safety of the area and felt ten minutes was the perfect distance from the strip.
