Welcome home to The Beach House! A family favorite for generations, the home was recently remodeled (2022) with lots of great upgrades! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, with views of the Gulf of Mexico peeking over the trees, you'll be able to escape to your own personal retreat when the beach day is done. Stroll up to the cottage on the dune, under the shade trees, to lounge on the deck or nap in a hammock while the sun slowly sets.

In addition to the family-friendly open-plan living spaces, with plenty of room for playing or relaxing, you'll also find great bonus features like 4 complimentary beach cruiser bikes, chairs and umbrellas, outdoor games, board games, and an amazing, fully-enclosed outdoor shower (trust us, it's awesome)!

Upon arrival, you'll find plenty of parking in the driveway, or in the parking spaces at the end of the driveway. Through the entryway, you'll find an open-plan living-kitchen-dining space. The light and bright finishes included coastal accents, with plenty of windows and large french doors to bring in the light from outside! On the main level, a wrap-around covered deck offers up two hammocks, multiple rocking chairs and sitting chairs, as well as an outdoor dining space! With the shade of the surrounding live oak trees, and the coastal breezes, you'll find yourself falling in love with the outdoor spaces!

The home includes two bathrooms (a full bathroom on the bedroom level and a half-bath on the main living space level, plus the private outdoor shower). This classic cottage offers two king bedrooms, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and a bunk room with two twin beds and a twin trundle!

In addition to the world famous beaches of Scenic 30A, there's so much more to do and experience! Grab a bike, walk, or hop in the car to explore the local area, and you'll find:
- Amazing local seafood (with one of the best restaurants in easy walking distance)
- 17 miles of paved bike paths, winding through idyllic beach towns
- Endless choices of local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, live music
- Multiple state parks, bay fishing, pier fishing, deep sea fishing - A little further down toward Destin - outlet malls, amusement parks, boat rentals, and more!

The Beach House - it's your home base for relaxation, connecting with family, exploring the local area, and just simply soaking up the day, from sunrise to sunset - over the sugar white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We look forward to seeing you at the beach!

Boat/Trailer Parking Available! Small boat or utility trailer parking is available. We've got a designated additional parking area at the end of the driveway for extra vehicles and/or small boats (no RVs, please!). Parking space is approximately 20'W x 35'L. Parking is adjacent to street and not in a secured area. Park at your own risk. Small boats or utility trailers only. RVs are not permitted and will be required to relocate. Thank you!
