This three-level townhome features hardwood and natural stone flooring, and 10-foot ceilings on the second and third levels. The first level includes a spacious guest bedroom with an ensuite bath and direct access to the back patio, ideal for grilling and outdoor gatherings. The sunlit second level offers a welcoming living area with gracious seating and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. On the third level, the master suite and a spacious secondary bunk room each have their own full bathrooms. Parking:
Maximum of 2 vehicles per townhome. The Summer Place community enforces towing at the owner's expense if proper parking passes are not clearly displayed on the dashboard for the entire duration of your stay.
