Just minutes from the beach, this beautifully renovated bungalow offers a boutique-style stay with curated interiors, custom bunks, and space to comfortably sleep 7. From morning coffee to sunset strolls, every detail is designed to make you never want to leave!

Step inside to a thoughtfully designed interior featuring fresh coastal finishes, custom built-ins, and warm, inviting textures throughout. The main living area is bright and open, complete with shiplap accents, nautical lighting, and relaxed boho touches that make you feel instantly at home.

The fully updated kitchen showcases freshly painted cabinetry, a sea-inspired tile backsplash, and everything you need to prepare meals after a day at the beach.

Downstairs also includes:

Comfortable living space with queen sleeper sofa
Convenient half bath + laundry area

Second Floor:

Primary Suite: King bed with a beautifully renovated en-suite bath featuring a spacious walk-in shower
Bunk Room: Custom-built bunk space with 2 full beds + 2 twin beds, plus a fully updated en-suite bath with stand-up shower.

~ Beach towels or beach gear are not included in your stay. Please plan accordingly so you can enjoy all that our beautiful beaches have to offer!

~ Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. This home resides in a small community with long-term 30A residents and is very much a family-friendly area! All loud noises will be reported.

~ NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without the host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed.

~ If, in the unfortunate event, an event or party is held without the host's permission and disrupts neighbors, guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.

~ There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in additional cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.

~ Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages to the property and additional charges.

~ NO illegal drugs or firearms are allowed on the property. If this is suspected, guests will answer to the authorities and the guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.

~ Unfortunately, this property cannot accept animals of any kind - this includes Service Animals - to keep the home allergy-free for all guests and homeowners.

*This property no longer has bikes or a golf cart for guests to use. We are happy to recommend a bike rental service upon request!

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Please note that all check-in and check-out instructions are sent to you via text message after your booking is confirmed outside of Vrbo and Airbnb. As a small business managing multiple units, we have streamlined our guest communication by sending all important information directly to your phone through convenient links.

Your text message will include your door code, Wi-Fi password, and all the details specific to your unit. Door codes are sent at 8:00 AM on the morning of your arrival; however, they will not activate until 4:00 PM on your scheduled check-in day.

The only time a door code will work prior to 4:00 PM is if the management company has specifically adjusted your code and granted you permission for an early check-in.

This text thread is actively monitored, so you are welcome to reply with any questions, comments, or concerns during your stay.

Non-emergency issues are addressed in the order they are received. Emergency issues are handled immediately.

Our office hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 7 days a week. After hours, we use an answering service that takes messages and contacts us for emergencies.

Please note: if your door code does not work, this is considered an emergency and will be addressed immediately. Non-emergency issues submitted after office hours will be addressed the following morning.

Great location and house. We are a family of 5 with older teenagers. We loved the layout of the house and location. Easy walk to the beach access, but we rented bikes and rode to the beach each day. The Cumberland Farms convenience store between the house and the beach was super convenient too! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great experience

This property was exactly as advertised and our family of 5 enjoyed it. Great location for walking to the beach, the golf cart and bikes were great to have and use, and Chelsea (the property manager) was a pleasure to work with.

Great family vacation

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids (1-7yrs) and this place perfectly met our needs. It had plenty of seating for eating a meal and watching tv together downstairs along with a convenient half bath with laundry which was nice after coming back from pool/beach to throw all your wet stuff in wash. The upstairs is split between two bedrooms one king and a kids bunk room with each having its own bathroom. The beach access is an easy 8-10 minute walk, but we took golf cart to grayton beach state park and I highly recommend it-less crowded and just a really beautiful beach. The pool is super close and great if you have little kids. It ran 3-5 feet deep with several nice shallow areas for kids to play and never was very crowded. We enjoyed taking the golf cart exploring and made it very easy to get around. Overall the place was clean. There were some dirty dishes left in cabinets, but that happens at a lot of places, unfortunately people don’t always clean up after themselves. We did run into a plumbing issue, but this was resolved swiftly by property manager and did not impact our stay. Communication was great. Things that would improve stay- replace downstairs rug (it’s seen better days), having an additional hand towel in bathrooms and the kitchen, it would be nice to have some small dressers in bedrooms so you don’t have to put all your stuff on the floor and feel like you’re living out of a bag all week (we used side tables and got by). I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property but issues with golf cart and management.

We loved the Kenesaw Kabana bungalow. It was cute, nice, comfortable, and up to date. The listing, however, is misleading about the distance to public beach access. It is not just right across the street. It is a 10 minute .6 mile walk to a no parking beach access. Also, the golf cart included with the property did not work. The property management was unable to come to fix it right away and came the next day just to assess it. They could not fix it and told us to go rent a golf cart and said they would refund us. It has been over two weeks since we checked out, and we still have not received any reimbursement for the $500+ golf cart rental. We would have booked elsewhere, had this property not listed a golf cart was included. So when the issue came about with the golf cart not working, the management company had a less than acceptable way to resolve it. I do not ever leave negative reviews, and have given the company ample time to make things right, but it has not been done as of today. Just beware of the issues when renting property from them. I will state again that the bungalow was very cute, nice and comfortable, though!

Another business stepped in to help but was not able to access the financial side until recently. We never want a guest to have a negative experience and we take full responsibility for the delay in communication. Loved it!

This property is BEAUTIFUL and in such a good location! Our group had 9 adult ladies, and while it was pretty packed (especially with storing our stuff), we really loved the space. Beds were super comfortable (top full bunk is a little scary to fit two people as there is no railing and it’s pretty tall) and even the pull out couch was comfy. Golf cart and bikes are such a fun add-on. Overall such a cute space and we really loved our stay!

House is adorable. Super clean, totally updated. The furnishings and bedding were all amazing (I mean so amazing I’m ordering the same pillows). Walking distance to beach access is easy. Quiet little area. We usually stay right on 30a, so this quiet was nice. Kids LOVED the bunk room. Golf cart was great, love that the back row is also covered. Chelsea was super easy to communicate with..

Weekend Getaway

Unit seemed to have been recently renovated and was well equipped for our small family. The 2nd bedroom with bunks is great for children. Appreciated the new finishes and new linens/bedding. Proximity to public beaches, restaurants and grocery was great as well. Would stay here again.
