OUTDOOR LIVING - A nature lovers' paradise! Bay Haven's private setting is located right on the bay and is a quick drive down the street to the beach! A full deck with outdoor seating and a hammock leads out to the brand-new paver patio with a fire pit. Relax and unwind in the hot tub that is open year-round. There is a private balcony off the upper-level bedroom. Outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and patio furniture provided. The dock is a shared dock with 1 neighbor. Kayaks and paddleboards can be rented right down the street and can be launched from Bay Haven's dock.

THE SUNRISES - Bay Haven is known for its incredible sunrises! Make sure to experience this while you are here. Step outside, slowly rejoice in your coffee or tea, and reflect on life's gifts and the glory of waking up to a beautiful new day!

THE BAY - The bay features abundant wildlife, we consider the bay to be nature's sanctuary, whereupon exploring you will find starfish, urchins, horseshoe crabs, and sting rays! Kiddos and adults alike, love chasing the lizards, tree frogs, and crabs throughout the property! Keep an eye out for our playful sea otter family that occasionally plays on the dock! During low tide, the bay is shallow and can be walked across for more exploration in the grassy areas and kiddos and fur babies LOVE running and splashing through the water! Wonderful kayaking and paddleboarding experience!

KITCHEN - Fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker - (Keurig with Drip coffee maker as well), cooking basics, dishwater, flatware

SLEEPING - The master bedroom is on the first floor with a King bed and the master bathroom features a bathtub and shower combo. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs the private bedroom features a Queen bed and a private balcony overlooking the bay. There is a second full bath located upstairs as well and the third bedroom features (2) full-size/twin bunk beds.

Fully stocked kitchen with plates/cups/bowls, dual keurig coffee maker with carafe and pod feature, glasses, silverware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, large and small, appliances, and pots and pans.
*STARTER SUPPLY* of hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent (if applicable), dish tabs (if applicable), and trash bags * Please make sure to pack extra of these for your stay as only a starter pack is provided.
Linens and towels- Fully made beds with sheets, blankets, comforters, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, dish rags/clothes for washing and drying, misc.
