This beautiful vacation home offers an exclusive setting in the gated community of St. George's Plantation and direct beach access via the amazing private boardwalk and panoramic views to the pristine Gulf beaches. There is a lot of history in this home. This home features a large living and dining area, leading to a large wrap around covered deck offering unobstructed Gulf views. Enjoy exclusive community amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, nature trails and bicycle paths.
Close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife and the St. George Lighthouse Museum, this vacation rental property's excellent location is both secluded yet convenient. Apalachicola's trendy arts, culinary and shopping scene is just 25 minutes by car!
The exterior of this large beachfront home offers covered parking, an outdoor shower, and direct access to private boardwalk that leads to the sparkling Gulf beaches.
Taking the stairs to the first floor you are greeted with a large open living/dining/kitchen area. The living area is light and bright. There is plenty of seating provided by the couch, love seat and chairs throughout. The living area features a large screen TV/DVD with cable and direct access to the covered deck. The deck offers ample seating and stunning views to the beautiful Gulf waters.
The dining area features a dining table with seating for 8. There is additional seating for 8 at the breakfast area that looks into the cheerful and well-equipped kitchen that is open to the rest of the communal space on this floor. There is also a conveniently located ½ bath on this floor.
Sleeping accommodations on the first floor feature a queen bed and private bath. You have your own private entrance to the covered porches.
Sleeping accommodations on the second floor feature 3 bedrooms. The first is the Northeast King room that boasts a flat screen TV with cable, and access to the hall bath that is shared with the queen bedroom on this floor. Next is the center double queen bedroom. This bedroom is light and bright, featuring a flat screen TV with cable, and a shared hall bath. Finally the Southwest king bedroom with smart TV and cable with a tub/shower combo right outside your door.
