This peaceful 1,200 sq ft single-family retreat is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and offers something for everyone to enjoy. Inside, you’ll find updated appliances (including a gas stove), a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy coastal-inspired décor that makes the home feel warm and welcoming. The open layout is perfect for gathering, cooking, and relaxing after a day of adventure.

Outside, unwind on the back patio with a cocktail as the sun sets over the canal, or slip into the private hot tub for a peaceful soak under the stars. Guests can also take the kayaks out and explore the locally famous Sykes Creek right from the backyard! The fenced-in yard provides privacy and plenty of space for the family to relax. With world-famous Cocoa Beach just 10 minutes away and Kennedy Space Center nearby, you’ll never run out of things to do. Even Disney World and Universal Studios are only about an hour away, making this the perfect home base for your Space Coast adventure!

The Neighborhood:
Merritt Island is located on Florida's largest island, which serves as the home of NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Meet an astronaut, enjoy the automated thrills of the Shuttle Launch Experience and explore other interactive displays.

Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive.

Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Sponges
- Dish soap
