Over 100 feet of private waterfront await you outside your door at this spacious lake house on Lake Monomonac. With all the amenities of home; gorgeous views; and everything needed to make the most of the lake including kayaks, a canoe, a large dock, and a small beach area; you’re sure to have a lovely vacation.

With 8 beds and a crib across 4 bedrooms, plus a pullout couch, this home sleeps a total of 13 (plus a baby). This house is great for families with its multiple living rooms and entertainment areas, and has many kid-friendly features as well. After a day of sunbathing and swimming, you and your family can relax on the oversized screened-in porch and take in the beautiful lake views; enjoy a family game night with a game of darts, foosball, or a board game; toast some s'mores outside at the fire pit; or simply wind down with a movie night as the house comes with free access to Disney +, Netflix, Prime Video, and Hulu (in addition to DirecTV in the main family room.)

This house is also within 10 minutes from walking/biking trails, restaurants, grocery and big retail stores. You will enjoy this lake home year-round, as there are plenty of nearby hiking trails and wildlife viewing areas, several breweries, and Mount Wachusett is just a 30 minute drive away.

Delightful stay. Perfect for our family. Spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch which overlooks the lake. In fact, we chose to eat most of our meals on the porch. We had fun on the kayaks and canoe.

Perfect spot on Lake Monadnock

My group of friends tries to get together once a year to unwind by a lake. While none of us have a lake house of our own yet, Erich and Amber shared their beautiful house with us on Paradise Island. We immediately felt comfortable in the kitchen, on the dock, and in the shade of the trees in the backyard. It was easy to check-in, easy for our group to spend the long weekend, and we had no issues the whole time. The house is spacious, well laid-out and in a good location for groceries and errands. The neighbors were friendly and check out was smooth as well.We would happily return.

4th of July Extravaganza

We stayed for over a week at this beautiful lakeside home. Great neighbors, friendly town. Kids loved it. Relaxing environment and well equipped. The lake has plenty of fish right off the dock. We had the added bonus of being here for Independence Day weekend (2025). The fireworks over the lake were amazing and this beautiful home is in the perfect spot!

Family vacation ...

We had a great week. The house is well stocked and in a great location. The lake is beautiful! Our family, 7 adults and 2 children, had plenty of room. We swam, used the boats and played a lot of games (a cool and rainy week). My 5 yr old granddaughter was thrilled to catch her first fish right off the dock!

Disappointed

Pictures were amazing but we were disappointed overall with the age, condition and cleanliness of the house. The price just didn’t seem worth it. We won’t stay here again. Lake was beautiful and we enjoyed the dock.

Quality rental

Clearly the owners want you to have the best experience! The house was well stocked with quality sheets, towels, beach towels, new appliances, paper products, soaps, even tissues, comfortable beds, numerous fans to compliment the AC, and a neat, sufficiently stocked kitchen. The furniture was comfortable, clean and attractive. The boys loved fishing right from the dock, we brought several large floats which were great to just relax and ‘hang’ in the water. It was good having multiple kayaks so an adult could always go along and supervise several of the children at once. Also great having life vests available! The adults enjoyed sitting on the pleasant porch or on the dock reading or talking. Puzzles were done on the table on the porch so the dining table inside was always available for meals. Having Hannaford’s, Market Basket and Walmart so close was very handy. We used them all! Winchedon has a great new park where one evening we went to watch an outdoor movie (free!) and the Rindge Rec department has a pickle ball court that we used. The house is nicely decorated, tastefully. There is no clutter! This was just the third year we have taken a ‘family vacation’ and everyone agreed this was the best rental! The only thing we would change would have been the weather! We had several rainy or dreary days…thus the puzzles and reading! Many thanks to the owners for providing such a pleasant experience!

We had a perfect week on Lake Monomonac! The lake is pristine and large enough for all your water activities. The water was warm. The house was really nice. Lots of amenities..appliances all top quality, beds were comfortable, ac worked great so house was comfortable even in the hot weather, screened in porch was a plus. Not having to bring your own linens and towels another big plus. Upstairs and downstairs gathering places. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic time!

We had a fantastic time! Our family of 10 adults and a two year old stayed for 5 nights. There was a crib and changing table which was very helpful. We swam, kayaked, and fished right at the property. There were 4 kayaks and a 3 person canoe so groups got to go together. The screened in porch, patio, and fire pit were used daily. There were plenty of towels and access to a washer and dryer. Close to Walmart if you forgot something. There was plenty of room and we never felt crowded. It was very clean and check in was a breeze. Thank you so much for our stay! We would love to come back!

Wonderful Stay

This is an incredible place to get away from it all! There is lots of room, plenty of places for family to sleep and spend time without being ontop of each other. The check in process was flawless and the pictures offered in the Welcome note helped regarding parking, etc. so it was seamless to get settled. Very much appreciated how well appointed the house was; plenty of blankets and bedding and pillows, lots of towels and even laundry detergent/other necessities left by previous renters (or the owners?) so we were able to stay on top of laundry throughout the stay. So quiet and peaceful and the lake offered lots of fun for the family. 10/10 recommend staying here! Amber and Erich have a beautiful home and were so easy to work with!

Fabulous Lake House

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We felt welcomed, knowledgeable about all the amenities thank you to our fabulous hosts. Their timely responses to questions werem appreciated. The kitchen and make living space was spacious and enjoyable to spend time in. The weekend turned out to be rainy and cold, but we felt like we still got to enjoy the outdoors by looking out at all the lake facing windows. This home was just perfect for our family celebration and gathering.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this amazing home for my daughters wedding in Troy NH which was about 20 minutes away. On Sat. We had the girls get ready at the house which proved to be plenty of room, as we served a brunch and had people shower to get ready.There are many sitting spots for guests and when we arrived the home was as advertised and spotless. It was a cloudy and rainy day but it didn't matter as the home was comfy and cozy. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for such a special occasion!

Lake Life in Rindge....

This was the perfect house for our group of 9 adults and one baby. The house is awesome, the kitchen is well-stocked, the screened in porch is a huge plus and the kayaks and the dock for fishing were an added bonus for our group. We would totally return, it's the perfect mix of comfort and modern conveniences coupled with a gorgeous location and waterfront for a rustic feel.

Great Family Time

Beautiful view from this home. Everything you need is there. My family loved the little private beach for the kids. Kayaking, canoe, game room and a front porch that goes on forever. Beautiful sunrise, the sound of lunes, ducks and geese. None of us really wanted to leave. So, we will visit this property again.

Much Needed Family Time❤️

We had SUCH a great week! Two families, combined 5 “kids”, (22, 19, 19, 15, 15) and 4 adults. We have missed our kids being away at college and desperately needed this together family time. The house was perfect. The lake was great! The kayaks and canoe were soooo fun. We took a trip 2hrs to the Flume, had dinner at the Woodstock inn and brewery (I highly recommend both !) did a small hike at cathedral of the pines, went bowling and ate at Harlow’s Pub in Peterborough. Overall such a great vacation. Our hosts were so attentive and easy to contact! Thank you for the memories!❤️

Lake Monomonac

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely lake front home in NH. We were comfortable.The lake was great for swimming.We loved watching the loon family. A friend lent us a pontoon boat for the three weeks. Unfortunately, it rained nearly every day. Many activities were canceled because of the weather. The house was perfect for the 4 adults and a 4 year old. She loved the bunk bed and teepee. The house was clean and fit our needs. The owners were quick to respond to us.

Great vacation spot!

We have family that lives on the lake and we try and come out once a year. We’ve outgrown staying with family and this is the perfect rental and location WITH A DOCK for our boat! We will be back next year. Thank you Amber & Erich.

Hello! We are excited to share our lake home with you... and also would like to share a little bit about us. We live full-time in Massachusetts just outside of Boston with our two young kids (one baby and one toddler!) This lake house is our part-time vacation home and we cherish our retreats from the busy suburb life to the charming Paradise Island on Lake Monomonac. Our extended family and friends often join us, as the house offers ample sleeping area.

Our family loves to spend time outdoors here... whether it be soaking up the sun on the dock, kayaking, playing in the sand at the beach area, or enjoying a nice fire after the kids go to bed. We hope you'll love our vacation home as much as our family does!
