WIFI, 4k smart TVs, 3 spacious bathrooms with showers plus gust half bath on your way to the BBQ backyard. 3 Bedrooms and a grandiose Master with a private second floor porch. This house is right in the historic district only 4 blocks from downtown Sanford and 7 blocks from the marina at Lake Monroe. Walking distance from the wedding venues, many restaurants and bars. 45 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios and Daytona Beach. 1 hour away Kennedy Space center. 15 mn driving from the Sanford International Airport. 15 mn driving to the Sanford ZOO, Lots to discover in Central Florida.

Perfect for family gathering

We needed a large house while in visiting Sanford for a family wedding. - this was the perfect place. The house was adorable, the neighborhood was idyllic and walking distance from the wedding venue and the downtown area.Would stay here again if ever in the Sanford area.

Great house and host

Very pleased with our stay. Location was great for our son’s wedding at the Historic Venue 1902. Place was spotless and our host Daniel was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Cozy home

We had a group of 10 friends from Columbus, Ga that drove down for an anniversary in Orlando, Deltona and Daytona and this place was centrally located to everything. Everyone loved the home, it is an older house with many upgrades and amenities. We definitely loved that they provide phone chargers throughout the house. Plenty of blankets and towels for everyone. Will definitely stay again and recommend to other people.

Perfect for Wedding

This was a wonderful place to stay for my son's wedding at the Historic 1902 Venue which was only a block or two away. It is within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in Historic Sanford. I have so few chances to be all to together with my family since they are scattered across the country so having this beautiful house to stay in was wonderful.

Amazing House & Location

Just as advertised, very comfortable home! We were in town for a baseball tournament and we had two adults and two teens, but you could easily have two families stay at this home. Great restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need is already there and the backyard is a great place to enjoy the Florida nights.

Great Experience

The property was just as described and shown in the pictures. It was clean, communication with the host was on time and responsive. It was a great location for family to stay and attend my daughter's wedding. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect House for a Venue 1902 Wedding!

My husband and I stayed here with some of our bridal party for our wedding weekend and we had the most wonderful time. We have already talked about coming back to stay with our friends to spend more time in the gorgeous backyard. The host, Daniel, was an absolute gem to talk to and helped with all the questions and concerns I had before booking and checking in. Five star home and five star host.

Great Stay for a Baseball Tournament

Sanford hosts many big baseball tournaments at the nearby Boombah Sports complex. We had a big group (grandparents, an uncle, some cousins, mom and dad and our player). Easy walk or short ride to great restaurants in downtown Sanford. Safe, quiet neighborhood, fun walks around the Historic District, and a 12-13 minute ride to the ballpark. The house was perfect for us. Thx

Charming Historic Home

Our family (4 adults and 4 grandkids) stayed in the home over the weekend to attend the "Love Your Shorts Film Festival." The house was very clean, and the check-in process was easy. The hosts thought of everything-plenty of towels, little packets of shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, etc. and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishware. Being a historic home there are some quirks (slow drains, practically no water pressure, lack of cabinets to put food, lack of closets in some rooms, etc.) but overall, it was a pleasant stay in a perfect location to access downtown Sanford. We would go back again!

Was not able to stay!! Very Disappointing!!

Unfortunately, we were not able to occupy the home for the time period that we booked over one year ago! After arriving and unloading our vehicles I immediately contacted the owner regarding a terrible odor in the home. It seems there is a plumbing issue that needs to be resolved. The home is quite adorable and in a great area of historic Sanford. We were very disappointed. We chose this home to be close to Venue 1902 for our daughters wedding. The owner quickly refunded our prepaid stay and we chose to locate a different property which worked out even better on Lake Mary. Although it was a few miles further, it was worth the travel time. I hope this gets resolved as the home was very nice otherwise.

Baseball weekend

This was a great place to stay for our family during a long baseball weekend! Plenty of space and loved the area and the backyard was fun to bbq and let the kids play!

Sanford experience

This beautiful home offers a lot of space to gather with family or simply find an area to relax and take in all that is surrounding you . Home would be great for family reunions, weddings, and other gatherings. Daniel was a fantastic host and responded promptly when needed. I’ll be coming back for sure.
