Our home is located within a gated resort community - complete with a giant community pool and lazy river. What makes our house unique? The clubhouse is located right behind the house! Walk, don't drive, to club amenities like the resort pool w/ slide and lazy river. Your kids will have a blast in the pool as you bask in the sun and enjoy your pina colada underneath the cabana. Your family will have such a great time, they might not want to leave!

HOME AMENITIES:

- Thor themed bunkhouse features 3 Full Beds and two PlayStation 4 game consoles.
- Game room: air hockey, foosball, checkerboard table, and 3000+ vintage arcade games.
- Family Room has plush seating with cable tv, bluray player, and sound system.
- Private screened in gas heated (free of charge) pool/spa located with safety fence.
- Kitchen, dining, and family rooms share an open floorplan that invites fun and laughter in one big space.
- Loft upstairs with cable tv, Playstation 4 and a card table.
- BBQ (available for a fee)
-1 GB high speed internet via cable with wi-fi 6 router
- Streaming TV in all bedrooms
- No rear neighbors!

Great trip!

Property was great for family trip to Disney of 7 ages 15-67. Could have easily accommodated several more people. Grandparents bedroom downstairs and rest of family upstairs had plenty of rooms-bathrooms for all! Would stay again! Heated pool was a plus-pool area was clean and fun after a day at parks! Sam (Host) was responsive to all questions timely!

Would stay again!!!

We had zero complaints staying at this property. It had everything we needed. There were 12 of us, ages ranging from 1-63. It was very clean and plenty for the kids to do. Also it was close enough to get to both Disney and Universal. The owner was very easy to a hold of and even texted mid week to check on our stay. Highly recommend!!!

We rented this house for three families to enjoy a Florida vacation without the insane cost of staying on one of the Disney Resorts. We were thoroughly impressed with condition of the home, the attentiveness of the property management company, access to the communities facilities and proximity to Disney. All in all, was a great trip and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental property in the area.

Best Week Ever!!!

My wife and I spent Spring Break here with 10 children (3 were friends,lol). Our home was here at the Solterra Resort. This place is amazing! Our home was spotless, warm and inviting. We had everything we needed to stay comfortably the entire week. I must say booking w VRBO was an easy and worry free way to go considering we have never traveled this far from home. Florida was amazing and we will be back for sure! Our property manager was so professional and has a ton of patience for sure. I bet I had a million questions!

Great family vacation spot!

Brought our extended family down for the Disney experience and stayed in the Solterra Escape. The property is absolutely fantastic. Super clean, everything seems brand new and very good quality. The layout was great for our family with rooms that worked well for our kids and still plenty of space for parents to get some good sleep. I would highly recommend the property and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic Holiday August 18

A fantastic home from home. The house is well presented and is well equipped: everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels for the bathroom and pool. The house is spacious, 11 of us stayed and we were more than comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great - bed was comfy too! Kids had a great time in the pool and playing hide and seek! The games room was a hit too. The communal pool and facilities are extremely convenient,just out the back gate and across the road. The pool there (with slide and lazy river) is great for a rest day. Though to be honest our kids were happy splashing at the villa. The villa is close to the Champions Gate area, which had plenty of restaurants and drive thru's, a Publix, ATM and garage. There is another publix and take away area even closer than this.The drive to all parks was really easy. We never really encountered heavy traffic - did the drive in 20 mins to half an hour on average. (Disney being 20 mins). The roads are well signposted and the villa is only 5 mins from junction 58. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone - you won't be disappointed.

Perfect home and resort

We stayed at this property March 2019. House was in excellent condition. Very clean, lots of kitchen supplies and towels. High chair and play pen for the baby provided. Bedrooms were all large, bathrooms with walk in showers and lots of storage space. Games room was a great addition. Pool/pool area and hot tub were clean and outdoor entertaining area was great. The clubhouse is literally through your backyard. The company was very easy to deal with. The resort itself is amazing. Large pool, waterslide, lazy river with tubes, hot tub, playground and everything else. The pool bar was great for lunch food and drinks. About a 5 min. Drive to champions gate grocery and restaurants. Highly recommend this property! We have stayed at other new vacation home resorts and this is now our favourite.

House was perfect for our family!

The property was perfect for our large family! We had a large group but had plenty of space for everyone. Love that most of the rooms had their own private bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and functional. The house is easily accessible to the club house. The location was great. Could get to most attractions with ease! Highly recommend this place for large groups/family. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit!

Family Summer Trip - Orlando 2022

The house was huge! It has like 2 Master bedrooms and 4 large rooms. The kitchen has plenty of spaces and all the items needed to host a large family. The pool and hot tub was just perfect size. For larger pool, lazy river and slide, we can go to the Solterra main building which is right behind the house, quick 1 min walk or less. For rainy days, plenty of games, air hockey and a retro Arcade system with plenty of games. Overall the house has everything we needed and more, less than 15 minutes to Disney (with no traffics :)). Looking forward to reserve this house again in the near future.

Everything was great. The only issue was quality of pans. And when I asked I was quickly brought a new pan to cook with. The clubhouse hours were not great but the home was perfect. And we enjoyed to pool and hot tub every day. Clubhouse not necessary!

The best summer vacation we've ever had!

This house was everything promised and more! Loved that the kids can stay busy, even if we had nothing planned for the day. There's so much to keep them busy between the house's pool, spa, streaming TVs, Playstations, arcade games, foosball, and air hockey. Then there's the club house right behind the house with a gym, cafe, giant resort pool complete with a lazy river. Oh and your boys will love the coolest bunk room I've seen based on Marvel Avenger's Thor. The room has dualing PS4's and a couple of videogame chairs that proved a little too convenient for mine. Note to owner: I'm not sure how long those fluffy clouds are going to stay up on the ceiling since they're so easy for kids to pull down.

Excellent Space, and Communication

This is the best vacation home we ever stayed in. The communication was quick, kind, and effective. The home is close to all the tourist attractions, yet has plenty of things to do in the resort area. The house is conveniently located to the resort's amenities. The house itself is labeled to explain light switches, televisions, and other details. The home is furnished and decorated with quality items and themes. Our children enjoyed the game room, pool, video game setups, and resort water park. The home has everything you need from 2 types of coffee makers, cooking ware, linens, and much more. We will book this home every time we make our annual visit to Orlando. Best vacation home experience ever!

Vacationing in Orlando area doesn't get any better than this!

Before deciding on this property, I had done weeks of research on lodging just to ensure I can maximize our stay. We were doing theme parks on 3 days and needed things to do on days in between. This house was exactly as described - it was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. It was also perfect for us as we had plans to not only travel east to the theme parks and Cape Canaveral, but also towards the west to Tampa. Because the house was centrally located in both directions, I was able to minimize driving to just about an hour to each coast. If you know Florida, then you know that I-4 can be a nightmare. We usually depart in the wee morning just to avoid the traffic. On top of that, the house had everything we needed to keep the kids (and adults) in our party occupied on our much needed down days. What separated this property from others was the easy access to the community resort pool and lazy river. Best part was it was almost literally in the back yard! I never had to lug our kids and their wet bathing suits around in the rental car. We will definitely book again!

I'm a husband and father who loves to spend time with his family. Like most families, we fell in love with Central Florida due to the all the attractions and countless activities around the area. It's our favorite destination during school vacations. It was a natural choice for us when we decided to invest in a vacation home.

Our home is professionally decorated and cleaned. We have everything in the house to keep adults and children entertained for those days in between the parks - arcade games, dual Playstation consoles, air hockey, foosball, and the pool/hot tub! We know you have a ton of options when it comes to vacation rentals. What really sets us apart is our proximity to the clubhouse. We're so close to it, you won't even have to get in your car. This is handy for when you want to hop out of our private pool and into the large resort pool or lazy river.
