A spacious sunlit house is a furnished home for your relax if you have a business trip in this area.
With so many activities within minutes of our house, it could be absolutely different activities after any work: related to wine or related to hiking, parks, Russian river, etc.
Healdsburg, Parks, Wineries, Distillery, Safari West, Russian River are 5-15 mins drive.
Our house neighborhood is quite and very close (walking distance) to Windsor downtown. After days full of activities or work, you can relax in the very friendly house and then have a good night’s sleep with the perfect curtains.

We were in the area for a wedding. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, it was conveniently located and quite comfortable.

Fabulous house in the perfect location.

This was a get together for my siblings for a week. The house was just as advertised, a lovely place to stay for so many day trips all around the area. Wine country all around, short trip to Goat Rock Beach, many trips to Healdsburg and even a trip by train and ferry to San Francisco.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The host had excellent communication and made the entire process very easy from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and the house was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was incredibly charming, with everything we needed close by. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about the property and especially the owner, Mila.The location was perfect for the itinerary we had. Windsor Stay

The property was exactly as listed in the listing. It was well cared for and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very helpful prior to check in and made themselves available in the event we had questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this as a favorite stay.

The Best!

This home was the best. It is immaculate, spacious, and well stocked. Mila was the most amazing host. I can’t say enough. Staying with us was 5 adults, including my in-laws. We all had our own space and enjoyed every inch of the house including the sweet backyard. I will definitely stay here again if I’m traveling without my dog. Location is perfect. Windsor is a beautiful town and I highly recommend this home. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful, Clean Home

We rented this home for a weekend. Mila, the owner was wonderful at answering all questions and staying in touch. The home was very clean and exactly as described. It was perfect for the 3 couples in our group and the location was great! I would recommend this home for your stay in Windsor.

Spacious and comfortable stay in the heart of wine country!

3 couples riding bikes thru wine country. Dry Creek loop. Anderson Valley. Town of Windsor is right in the middle and a very cute town with nice dining. House was nicely maintained and clean. Could have easily added another couple friends to the long weekend.

Wine Trip 2024

We are three retired couples traveling to experience wine country events. House was exactly as advertised. Plenty of comfortable space for all! Home located in residential neighborhood that was very quiet. Home was easily accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, the highway, and wineries throughout the Sonoma & Napa valleys. Mila was a gracious and attentive host answering all of our questions promptly. Highly recommend Mila's property!

Great House in a really convenient location

We had a really great time staying at the Mila's home for our visit to wine country! It has a wonderful set up with two sitting/family rooms and an open kitchen that is nice for socializing while cooking. The bedrooms are big enough that they don't feel crowded with a couple people in each room. The location was close enough to take an Uber/Lyft to Healdsburg if you have dinner and don't want to drive back. Communication with Mila was very good and she was very nice and went out of her way to make sure that we have everything that we needed. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Windsor area!

Great location for wine country

Natalie and Mila were very responsive hosts. The location is perfectly located for many wineries. It’s a quick mile to the 101 and you can go 25 min north for some northern Healdsburg wineries or south for 25 mins and be in Sebastopol. Russian River Brewing is a very close 2 miles away. We have young kids and took them multiple times to the Children’s Museum of Sonoma Co. It’s one of the most entertaining children’s museums we’ve been to. The house itself is in great shape and in a safe neighborhood. The house is very spacious. Some of things we really enjoyed having that aren’t at a lot of properties are the grill, pack ‘n play, and the sharp knives. All in all, a great overall experience.

I was born and went to school in Mariupol, Ukraine (I didn't guess that a lot of people will recognize the name of my town because of the terrible war Russia against Ukraine). Then I graduated one of the best medical school in the USSR (Ukraine was a part of the USSR) in Leningrad and worked in Russia. I moved to USA and started my new life from any point of view (new language, new career, new culture, new friends...). I worked in the medical device industry for a long time, retired and started renting out our vacation house to share the house and the area around I love.

What can be better than get a glass of wine with friends or family members? Maybe, getting more than one glass (kidding-;). The area where we are lucky to have this house is amazing. There are a lot of wineries around. Some of them are small family style wineries which we love a lot. However, tasting is not only one activity here. There are a lot of restaurants (very good restaurants) and parks around. All parks are different and all allow hiking with amazing views.

We love our house. We organized it to allow all visitors to feel like they visit their friends. The atmosphere in the house allows relaxing, playing piano and guitars, and talking-talking around the tables or on the sofas about everything.
