The location of this property is amazing. The house was very disappointing. The outside of this house is very dirty and peeling paint. I get the coast is very hard on the properties but the upkeep on this property is not good for the expense. The yard was a mess and you would not want to sit back there in the weeds and mess to bq. The hot tub area we couldn’t even try it because of the mess in front of it to get back to it on the side house. The inside looks to be halfway updated., but needs to be finished (caulking and loose floor boards. The bedroom downstairs has a towel stuffed into the heater vent for whatever reason I’m not sure. The mattresses upstairs are very bad, you roll from one side to the other side with only a spot for one. We couldn’t get the downstairs tub shower to work so everyone had to use the one shower upstairs. This house advertised as 5 bedroom has 4 bedrooms and a porch off the living room with two twin beds also used as ocean viewing for everybody. This property would not be on my come back list.

2025 Family Trip

Great stay, perfect location for beach fun. Super accommodating host! Even purchased a wagon for us to cart items to the beach. Family enjoyed hot tub, bicycles, lots of beach chairs, great kitchen and seating for everyone. We would book again!

Weekend Getaway with Family

Really great location. Towards the end of the promenade so quiet less busy, but still an easy walk to all the activities. Had a fire on the beach, went to the mall, had ice cream, fed the seals at the aquarium, flew kites! Fantastic weekend! Would stay here again with a large group. Plenty of room!! Beautiful view. Comfortable beds.

Such a cute gem!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this house! It has been remodeled so nicely inside & decorated wonderfully. It was fully stocked with all our needs & they even had a cute s’mores kit for the kids! It was walking distance to downtown which was perfect for our family. We are keeping this one on the list to stay again!

Great place to celebrate the holidays!

Our family stayed here for a west coast Christmas! It was fantastic and the ocean is right there...like look out your window and there it is...crashing waves, beautiful coast! The house was clean, well-stocked with board games, easy to use electronics, like the tv and wifi, and all the accommodations we needed! The hot tub was a bit difficult to use, the buttons didn't seem to work well, but that didn't affect our vacation in the least. We had great walks down the walkway to Seaside town proper, and enjoyed walking along the ocean too. I highly recommend staying here! Great host, great stay!

Beautiful beachside home close to all the fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautifully updated seaside home! Ample sleeping space, incredibly clean, and an ambience of home. We were welcomed with the most thoughtful gifts for both kids and adults. Communication with owner was stellar. We will be back!

Beautiful home

This place was amazing. It looked out onto the beach and water. It was situated next to the boardwalk and very easy to find. It was amazing to look at the windows in the morning with a cup of coffee and look out to the ocean. The owners are very communicative and informative to prepare you for your stay.

Rich History

Beautiful old home. Older and richer in history than the photos made it seem. The beds were comfortable! The grass out front had a lot of little spurs in them that stuck to shoes and would get poked by later in the house. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We could see whales from the porch, which was amazing! The neighbors were incredibly nice. Overall we had a great stay and made great memories.

Fantastic location

Beautiful home stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Quiet neighborhood and right on the quiet end of the beach which made it very relaxing and enjoyable.

Best house in Seaside

We had a great time at this beachfront house. Perfect size for our group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The host was excellent and very accommodating. The views from the sunroom were fantastic. Simple walk to downtown, beach access across the street, and lots of parking! House had everything we needed with plenty of extra. Excited to stay again next year!!

Great location, great experience!

This house is situated beautifully, just a 5-minute walk from the Seaside tourist strip, but also directly facing the ocean, with direct access to the beach area. It had everything we needed, with 2 adults and 4 teenage girls, and excellent communication with our host - would definitely stay again!

Beautiful upgrades!!

We truly enjoyed our stay! You can see the home is still under construction especially down stairs!! But it is turning out beautiful!! We see the vision and can’t wait to come back in the future and see the results!! Kitchen could use some more pots pans and utensils, that would make the guest stay a bit easier!! We will book again!!

Great Getaway!

The house was nice and clean with everything you need. Loved the sun porch. It was a great place to watch the sunset over the ocean. We were far enough from Broadway that we were away from the noise but close enough to walk there for food and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

A Gem at Seaside - Can’t wait to return!

We had an excellent stay at this Beach House on the Prom. It was the perfect space for our group of six. The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The hosts were superb and very accommodating. The whole house was clean, breezy, the kitchen has all that we needed. It was so warm and well-appointed—really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. The house had such charm. It was well lit with lots of natural light, and every corner had a cool aesthetic. The hot tub was HOT and relaxing just as it should be. Plenty of linens were provided. It was an easy walk to the factory outlets and downtown. We liked that it was close enough but far away from the crowded areas. We loved sitting by the large windows taking in the ocean view. It was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and the trail was easy to navigate for all ability levels. Can’t wait to come back!

Seaside with everything we needed

We rented this house with 2 families and had absolutely everything we needed. Owners were great to deal with, you can see they are focused on their guests experience. Loved the front porch and chairs where we could all sit around, or put then in the yard to appreciate the view.. Bikes were a hit with the kids. Only have positive things to say.

We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked and welcoming this cottage is! All of the beds were extremely comfortable, we had everything we needed to cook meals and the bikes and kayaks were a lot of fun.

Wonderful Experience

This home had excellent amenities. The kitchen was beautifully remodeled and fully stocked. The entire home was nicely remodeled and comfortable during our stay. The owners / hosts were gracious and quick to respond to questions. Excellent location! Hot tub was a treat. We provide an excellent rating and when another opportunity presents itself we’d stay again. Please keep in mind though the layout of home; family members or guests may have difficulty due to steep stairs to climb and downstairs bathroom has open claw tub which may be a challenge to get in and out for some.
