What a fun place to stay in St Simons Island! We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and "people watch" from the balcony in the evening. And the reserved parking space was a plus in the busy village area. The apartment itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated and spacious. The host was very friendly and checked on us after we arrived. Overall, my excellent rating was well deserved!

Had a great visit to SSI and staying at this property. Breakfast on the balcony or evenings watching the nightlife were highlights. Property is well furnished and very comfortable. Unit has everything you could want for while you are staying at the property. Host was very communicative and concerned about making my trip as enjoyable as possible. I am waiting for the dates for next summer to open up so I can book a return trip.

A very clean and comfortable place. The host called before check in and gave a restaurant recommendation that was spot on (Georgia Sea Grill). Great location walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Very enjoyable weekend trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. The location is centrally located in the Village - the wrap around porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The condo had everything we needed and was thoughtfully decorated. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location right in the downtown pier village. We walked to everything. Place was clean and host was easy to communicate with. My only criticism would be the smell of fragrance from the cleaning products used from the cleaning crew. I wish more rentals were leaning towards using fragrance free products. The smell was so strong. I even noticed that when I used a paper towel to wipe up some spilled water on the floor, that the paper towel turned pink! Probably from using fabuloso floor cleaner or something similar. After leaving the doors open here and there is was alittle better, but still stayed around the entire 4 days we were there. Other than that, it was a great stay!

This was a perfect location! Its located on the main street where all the restaurants, bars, shops and the pier!The condo was super clean, stocked with everything you need, and Jerry was an amazing host! We will definitely be returning and we are looking forward to spending more time exploring the area.

The very nice, well-decorated condo in the heart of the pier village provided us with easy access to shops, restaurants, pier/park area and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the excellent communication with owner and his recommendations for things to do and places to eat while there.

The condo was perfect. Very tastefully decorated. The location was right in the middle of everything. Shops, restaurants, the pier and more. Very clean and furnished with everything to make our stay extremely enjoyable.

Great location! We didn’t have to use our car the whole trip because there were so many shops and restaurants within walking distance! Very clean place with a great host! We will definitely stay there again!

I have been fortunate enough to travel to St. Simon's many times in the last 30 years and have stayed in numerous places all over the island. Words cannot express how well-appointed and beautiful this condo is! The location can't be beat! You are in the heart of the village with the hustle and bustle but the condo provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and already looking to return this summer!

Fantastic location in the center of Pier Village. Short walk to the pier, great restaurants and Mallory Park for Pickleball. The area gets crowded during the day so it’s great to have your own reserved parking spot. Nice updated unit. We will stay there again during our next visit to SSI.

Location, location location is right among the village of shops and restaurants. you can overlook from your balcony and people watch. There’s many steps to get up to the second floor so keep that in mind. The flat is above a home decor store, you never hear them. The flat is extremely quiet, comfortable and decorative. Restaurants are almost out your door! We counted at least 10! The pier is in short walking distance. The park around the pier is beautiful to walk. The living room furniture was very plush and comfortable. The king size bed was a little saggy in spots but firm. Possibly the mattress needs to be rotated. The kitchen utensils and dishes were like new. The porch furniture is very weathered. The owner is easy and attentive to your calls if you have questions. We had no complaints or problems. Perfect stay, we will be back.

Super nice! The condo is within walking distance to the beach, village and a vast number of restaurants. The wrap around porch is great for people watching. Parking is easy and safe. Our host, Jerry, responded to my question within minutes. He’s friendly and helpful. Ten stars in every category.
