A comfortable queen bed sleeps two, and guests can enjoy the convenience of a walk-in shower in the bathroom as well as a kitchenette supplied with all the basic dishes and cookware. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Oh my gosh, this place exceeded my expectations. The condo was cozy and beautiful. Beautiful view of the ocean while we were either sitting inside our room or out on the private deck. Full size refrigerator, range, microwave and coffee pot and fully stocked with cookware and eating utensils. I Did Not Want To Leave!! Loved every single moment and just everything about it. If I could I’d give .

Breach getaway

The hotel room was what one would expect. It was nice to have a balcony to listen to the ocean and enjoy the weather. Would stay here again.

Disappointed and not worth the price!

During out annual trip to Lincoln City, we stayed with you at 117 Licensed to Krill. ( Aug 16-19) Unfortunately our stay at your place was extremely disappointing. #1 We were not able to get into our room at the stated time. #2 Our fridge was dirty and still had food/drink in it. (we told staff) #3 We had no hot wanted on day 3 until the afternoon. (we told staff with no response) #4 There were kids above us throwing food on our patio and even threw a can of food on the beach, which caused the birds to gather on our patio. They even wanted to come inside, which doesn't make using our patio and option. We did speak to the above party with kids with no success. #5....last but no least we had No TV the entire time, which wasn't that big of deal, but it would have been nice to have. ( we told staff) At the price I paid to stay in that room that was unacceptable. We will not being staying there again. I reached out to the D Sands before writing this review. They said they were too busy to respond at that time, but would reach out again. Unfortunately, I have waited now for a week and half since leaving the property with no response.

We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a more positive one. We hope the refund you were credited for the inconveniences helped in some small way. We have a very small team in the office and had several guests demanding our attention for the cable issues, across multiple contact methods. We also had to give priority to the hot water issue caused by an upstairs neighbor flooding their bathtub and several other rooms below at 4AM that morning; those guests could not be reached so the hot water was shut off until maintenance could verify that it wasn't a plumbing issue. We're relieved that this issue didn't affect your room beyond the temporary hot water shut off that morning, as other guests weren't so fortunate. Our housekeeping team also works very hard, especially in our busiest summer months, to get our guests in on time. We apologize for the 20 minute delay, but we do want to point out that when we were notified of the food that had been left behind our night staff offered to remove it for you, as well as assist with any other issues. Our notes show that you declined their offer of assistance. We are always happy to help make things right or address problems, and we are on-site during the day as well as available by call or text after office hours for guest support with issues (including neighbors throwing food). We regret that we were not able to help you, as our goal is to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
