Unit 118 is a ground floor studio condo with a stunning ocean view from the private balcony. Up to 3 guests can enjoy this unit, with a Queen bed and twin futon. The cozy gas fireplace, walk-in shower and large windows make this a stylish and comfortable stay, and the fully stocked kitchenette has full-sized appliances for cooking meals after exploring the beach from our easy nearby access. Explore many attractions around or use the pool to relax and play, making the perfect vacation!

The Space:
Unit 118 is a ground floor studio condo with a stunning ocean view from the private balcony. Up to 3 guests can enjoy this unit, with a Queen bed and twin futon. The cozy gas fireplace, walk-in shower, and large windows make this a stylish and comfortable stay, and the fully stocked kitchenette has full-sized appliances for cooking meals after exploring the beach from our easy nearby access. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The bed was very comfy and the view was amazing. The jets in the hot tub weren’t working which was disappointing. Otherwise basic amenities in place. Helpful that the manager called ahead to let me know about fresh paint on the entry wall.

Water pressure in the shower is poor. Very difficult to wash hair ! if that can be turned up that would be great. Everything else was great. :)

D Sands, while dated, is well kept. The location is ideal for beach access and wave watching. There are several quality restaurants within walking distance. The management staff provided excellent communications to make our stay stress free and relaxing!

Clean, appliances were in working order, beds comfortable. We did not use pool and hot tub. Pool was small. We prefer a different video experience--news, sports, access to networks.The oven was not clean--looked like someone made pizza that left cheese on the rack.

This condo was perfect for the two of us. I liked the fact there was a kitchen, and a shower instead of a tub. It was relaxing to hear the waves from the ocean.The only hiccup was when the deadbolt got stuck and we weren't able to go out on the deck, however, maintenance came and fixed it. We would definitely reserve it again.

40th Anniversary

Loved the room. Only issue we had was that maintenance was spraying bird poop off the roofs and the water drained on our balcony so that we couldn't sit out on it and watch the ocean waves. Very disappointing

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

We spent Thanksgiving break in Lincoln City. The property is the perfect size for 2 people. We loved the ocean view and the fireplace. The full size stove and refrigerator were an added bonus for us. We will definitely visit again.

Presidents Weekend getaway
