Perfect Location

Perfect location in Gatlinburg. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, attractions, and the Gatlinburg Trail. Easy access to drive into the Smoky Mountains without fighting through traffic.Probably one of the cleanest vacation rentals i have ever stayed in.

Excellent property!

I can not say enough good things about this property. This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed...not a speck of dirt or dust! It had the most comfortable firm beds. And the location is perfect to walk to the main strip. We can't wait to stay here again!

Thanksgiving trip

The property is immaculate as shown. The whole place is super clean and we had everything we needed. The walk to and from the strip is easy and very convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

The place was perfect for our little weekend getaway. It was in the perfect location, it was in walking distance to everything. It was clean and the owner provided enough necessities to get thru the weekend. We are already planning the next getaway.

Family Fun

The apartment was clean and roomy for my family of 5. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the everything downtown Gatlinburg. Beds were super firm so plan for that but we didn’t mind. We will for sure book this property again!

Clean and spacious two bedroom so close to the fun

This very comfortable two bedroom was super clean with great beds, a spacious living area and fully stocked baths and kitchen. One level with just a small step to enter made it ideal for my older mother plus it was close enough to town that we could all walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. The owner was so considerate when we had to suddenly change dates, then they checked on us several times throughout our stay to be sure we were comfortable. I definitely recommend this home for an awesome Gatlinburg experience!

Girls Trip 2023

More than we expected. Clean comfortable, fresh smelling. Convenient to our destinations, and quiet. Maria always replayed to all questions in a timely manner. Even though it was all women we felt safe walking. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

What more could you ask for ......

Like they say "Location, Location, Location". This home is the perfect place for a trip to explore Gatlinburg. Everything is within easy walking distance that the town has to offer. This home is exceptionally clean, furniture and bedding is in great shape, everything works as it should, kitchen is well stocked for preparing your own meals or snacks. Even the Welcome Basket is well thought of with treats and bottled waters. The owner is awesome to communicate with before, during and after your trip. We will definitely be staying here many times in the future.

1 Night Stay in VRBO

I recently stayed for one night at a VRBO property in Gatlinburg, TN, and overall, I had a positive experience. The cleanliness of the VRBO was impressive. Upon arrival, I found the property to be well-maintained and spotlessly clean, which added to the comfort of my stay. The location of the VRBO was excellent. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, allowing easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. This proximity made exploring the area hassle-free and enjoyable, saving me time and effort in commuting. In terms of accommodation, the VRBO featured a good bedroom configuration. The presence of one king-sized bed and two double beds provided ample sleeping options for a small group or family. It's worth noting that the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Communication with the property owner was smooth and hassle-free. They were responsive and readily available, which made the check-in and check-out processes easy and convenient. Having good communication with the owner is always a plus, as it helps address any concerns or questions promptly. Considering my brief stay, I would recommend this VRBO to others. The cleanliness, great location, comfortable bedroom setup, and the easy communication with the property owner were the highlights of my experience. While my stay was short, I believe that these positive aspects would likely extend to longer stays as well.

Perfect location to walk to attractions like over gatlinburg . did not have to search for parking. Plenty of room for kids to play in house without being under you. Kitchen had all needed if wanting to cook. Beds comfy. Will book again if available

Perfect for Gatlinburg

I stayed a week and my sister and brother-in-law joined for 3 nights. This place has everything you need. Very clean. Newer appliances, smart TVs, The beds and linen were so comfortable.some of the best I’ve slept on. The location is perfect. You can literally walk to everything in Gatlinburg or your right at the gate to the Smokies for a amazing drive. I would say it’s perfect for 4 or 5 adults 4 adults and 4 kids.or you can do a couple and have more room to roam. I parked my car in a carport and there 3 additional spots in a secured area. The locks on the door were really convenient.Put in the code and your locked or unlocked. It’s decorated awesome with relaxing colors. The hostess were really friendly and made my vacation great. Will be staying again.

Great location, very clean and roomy!

We spent one night at Maria’s place but would’ve loved to stay longer! Home was extremely clean, not a hair or dustball anywhere! Quality bedding, nice decor, lots of room for 2 couples. location is only one block off the main strip if you cut through the parking garage behind the house. Perfect to walk everywhere. And what a nice surprise to NOT have a list of chores to complete at checkout!! Thank you for our wonderful stay, we hope to return!!

Spectacular place

We were in town for a festival and rented this VDRO from Maria who is very communicative and was even there when we checked in with the keypad lock the rooms were clean comfortable plenty to do around the area you’re a block from the parkway everything was in walking distance from Anakeesta to the smoky mountain sign if the festival comes back next year I’m looking to rent this space again plenty of parking for your vehicle very enjoyable space
