What a fantastic location!

Love my home and want to share the love 💕

Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with an in-ground pool and a back lake in a lovely and quiet neighborhood 🏡. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and enjoy all that this home and the surrounding Tampa Bay area have to offer.

Where I’m at: 20 mins east of Tampa International airport and right off interstate 75. Easy day trips to Tampa, Tropicana field, Amelie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens, Disney, St. Petersburg and Clearwater, Weeki Wachee Springs, Tarpon Springs, Sarasota, or stay here in the bustling and fun local area of Brandon!

Enjoy swimming in the private, screened in back yard pool (heated for additional fee on request) with serene lake view and plenty of natural Florida wildlife to enjoy. Take a few casts in the lake out back and catch one of our huge bass or other fish that are abundant. The kitchen is newly remodeled and perfectly appointed for relaxing and cooking in.

Great stay. House looked just like the listing and was very clean upon arrival. Well stocked with anything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Located in a small neighborhood that felt safe. We were in town for a soccer tournament at the sports complex which was a quick 14 minute drive. Also close to area beaches. Good communication with host.

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

This was a great homebase for our family vacation. It was very central to all the activities we had planned and was about an hour away from our destinations whichever direction we were headed (Sarasota/Siesta Keys one day, Clearwater/Fort de Soto another day, Brooksville another, and Bok Tower Gardens another). Our host responded quickly when we had an issue with wi-fi. My fishermen loved the backyard pond, and although we were just minutes from shopping and the freeway we loved the secluded, private feel of the neighborhood. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Holiday vacation

We enjoyed the pool table and outdoor area. Quiet neighborhood close to many things. Several things were not working-fans, outlets, overhead lights. The outdoor furniture could use cleaning. It would also be good to alert people that there is no access to network television. We were not aware and ended up having to purchase Youtube TV. I did greatly appreciate that when i realized i had left clothes in the dryer they promptly sent them to me. We enjoyed our stay. With some attention this home would be great.

We were visiting with family in the area and wanted a vacation rental where we could meet and visit. The property worked out REALLY well. The pool table was a big hit as well. It was very clean, and I am very picky about cleanliness. I would rent it again!

Home away from home!

If you're looking for a home that looks exactly like it does in the photos, this is the home for you! I have to say out of all the homes we have booked for our family's summer vacation, this home has been the best one yet. Maintained very well; very clean! We weren't in need of anything at all if it was forgotten. The home is completely stocked in every room possible. Plenty of space. The kitchen has to be one of the best kitchens, stocked with every kitchen need you can think of. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature. I could honestly go on. Erin's response time and communication was more than amazing when help was needed. We are truly grateful! Again one of our best stays yet!

Perfect!!!

Perfect location for our soccer tournament in Brandon. Close to Tampa and to attractions. Only a little over and hour to Disney and Universal. Property host was great, answered all questions and had the HVAC guy there in less than an hour. The house is very well updated and very clean. Such a beautiful property. Thank you
