Beautiful Waterfront Single Family home on the Alafia River leading to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boats, jetskis, Kayaks, water toys, fishing rods, etc. Riverview Civic Center and Boat Ramp is literally a couple of blocks away from the property and trailer parking is available at the property. If it’s your lucky day, you will see manatees, dolphins, snook, redfish and stingrays right from the dock. Excellent fishing, restaurants and nightlife all on the river or by vehicle.

Overall beautiful!

House was exactly as described! Very clean and picturesque! Kitchen week Equipped ! Owner was extremely accommodating! Not only would I absolutely stay there again but would highly recommend!

River Unwind

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Damien was a wonderful host - helping with a seamless check-in. We never met him personally but would have loved to. The house had everything we needed and much more - especially loved the screened-in porch right next to the river and the privacy it provided. Damien's description of the property is "bang-on".

Perfect peaceful escape

Beautiful, spacious, newly renovated home basically right on the Alafia River. Kitchen is very well equipped, including a good assortment of glassware, etc for serving. The weather was perfect so we could basically live on the screen porch, watching the boats go by and all the wildlife. We saw manatees and dolphins every day! There are lots of fold-out beds for kids or extra guests (bathroom situation probably makes it best for family situation though). We were able to have long lost family over for visits, which it was perfect for. Would do this again in a heartbeat.

Even better than we had hoped!

This home is absolutely adorable! The host does an excellent job thinking of every detail to ensure you feel welcome upon arrival. We loved the digital-ease of getting in and locking the doors. The lanai was really special. On warm mornings, we could sit out on the lanai comfortably and watch the sun rise. So private and quiet! Completely fenced in yard (even extends to the driveway fenced gate if you elect to use it). Hot tub, campfire pit. We were wanting for nothing. The property manager, Damian, was so accommodating with a couple of questions that we had. He was quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Wonderful!

Don't look any further! This VRBO was PERFECT! It was very clean and the host thought of everything! Great amenities! It was very comfortable. The location was easy to get to. We felt like it was very private and super nice! We loved the screened-in porch, deck with a chair on the water, and screened-in patio area by the hot tub. The layout of the house and property met all our needs! The location was close to many eating choices. It was a short drive to Tampa where we took a boat tour and close to East Bay Raceway to watch the races at night. It was about an hour from Clearwater. We wanted to visit a spring but didn't want to drive to get to some of the more popular visited springs. But, we found Lithia Springs close to this location. It took about 15-20 minutes to get there and suited our needs. I would highly recommend this VRBO. We plan on going back with our family the next time we visit.

Christmas on the River

This house sits right on the Alafia River! We loved the large screened porch, the beautiful furnishings, the spacious living/ dining room and the kitchen! There is a fireplace on the large fenced-in yard, and a screened gazebo. Damian was an attentive host, always available to answer questions! He had some Christmas decorations for the holiday. We LOVED this house and want to return!

Absolutely amazing

This was a BEAUTIFUL home on the river. We enjoyed watching boats and manatees from the screened in porch every morning. The host took care of all the details, providing k-cups, snacks, waters, plenty of towels. I wasn't sure the house would work well for our family of 5 but the layout of the bathroom and master bedroom worked well even for a large family. There are bars/restaurants within walking distance (fair warning - no sidewalks and the Beer Shed doesn't serve food on Mondays). Our teenagers loved walking to buy Italian ice almost every night. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and the boys made many trips upriver in the kayaks. The only downside was that we aren't very tech savvy and had a little bit of trouble using the door lock, tv and alarm system. The host was really quick to help out with our technical difficulties. I highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the river.

Come explore all of Central Florida has to offer in this beautiful waterfront luxurious home. Centrally located in Riverview, which is 10-15 miles south of Tampa. And only around 20-30 minutes from the Florida Aquarium, Lowry Zoo, Busch Gardens. and within 40 miles of some of Florida’s best west coast beaches like Clearwater, Siesta Keys, St Petersburg Beach and Anna Maria Beach. You are also only an hour and a half from Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld and much more! You will never run out of awesome things to do. And when you’re not out exploring what Florida has to offer, just kick up your feet in this wonderful waterfront home
