Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in this private one-room efficiency suite with its own private entrance and keyless smart lock. This space is completely separate from the main home, giving you privacy throughout your stay. Please note that you will not have access to any other portion of the house.

Inside your suite you'll find everything you need for a relaxing visit, including:

Heads up, rule breakers and party planners: this isn't the spot.

This property is a single-family home that has been thoughtfully converted into two completely separate private units. While your suite is entirely private with its own entrance, another guest or resident may occupy the other unit. Please be respectful of shared outdoor areas and keep noise to a minimum.

Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. Not even "just one." Violating this rule will result in your reservation being canceled without a refund.

No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. No exceptions. Reservations that violate this rule will be canceled without a refund.

One (1) parking space is included for one standard-sized vehicle only. No additional vehicles are permitted on the property. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Please be considerate of those staying in the neighboring unit.

We look forward to hosting respectful guests who appreciate a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay while enjoying everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer.

The room was very clean, neighborhood was quiet with easy access to all the Ft. Lauderdale neighborhoods and the property was within the bounds of the circuit rideshare ($4/ride anywhere in Ft. Lauderdale) which was a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Perfect for weekend

Traveling alone with son and felt very safe and comfortable. Very clean home and host was great about connecting when necessary. Extremely close to everything and convenient. I would definitely book again if in Ft Lauderdale

Nice place!

Clean and nice, unsure of the neighborhood, everyone was nice but it also seemed a little sketchy. Beds needed support under the mattress- either plywood or box spring but other that that, everything was great!

Property was very nice for induviduals looking for quiet, peaceful spot for 1 or a couple. Property manager made sure everything was up to par. If there was a problem she took care of it right away. Definitely stay there again. Price was great.

Scamming place

I do not have anything to say. It was not what I need for my vacation it was a shed. No body to clean the room, no towel, sheet,_ under zero.

Hello Patrick! Once again you booked a suite not a hotel, you did not read the description: there is no housekeeping (because it’s not a hotel). Clean towels are in the bathroom (in the cabinet) at the convenience of the guest. Also, shower gel is in the shower. Lastly, it’s not a shed which is a false claim it’s clearly a home. I hope you find a stay that accommodates you in the future. Best, BMSuite
