Great place

Perfect getaway spot for a long weekend, had all the conveniences one needs. The place was clean and the hosts were great at communicating. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

4 night stay

I stayed at this property for four nights and the entire visit was great. It was clean, and the owners were quick to respond and courteous. I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Parents getaway

It was a nice stay. It was the perfect size for me and my husband to catch some rest before going on the cruise. Communication with the hosts was great and the check in process was easy!

Nice enough, it was inexpensive but it showed, the place seemed old and run down, it had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Great place

This is a cozy little spot and it was very close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Only complaint is that you have to do Roku setup and pay for tv services.

The bed was very comfortable, quiet neighborhood and nice location although not convenient if dependant on public transport. A few other things.might have been useful, glasses, an ice tray and directions on operating the TV. Finally found a solution that worked most of the time but could be frustrating .

It’s better than the pictures

The room has its own bathroom and entrance. It’s very well decorated and design is one of the best we’ve seen. Small fridge, microwave and toaster coffee maker. With an available parking spot. The host are attentive when I needed something and place was clean. Great stay.

Dirty air conditioner..no sink in kitchen..no soap in soap dispenser in shower..no outside lights (finally fixed 3 days later) room has a bad odour. Dust on bathroom cabinet..theae things could have all been checked prior of my arrival. Definitely would not recommend this place.what really upsets me the most is the filthy air conditioning

perfect room for maritime schooling

needed to come back to states and take several classes that are required for Capt Licenses. The school only about 15 mnutes away and since all i needed was a place to sleep it was fine. About half the price i paid for a hotel the month prior...

Bad Stay

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the pictures look better than the actual unit. The pictures make the place look bright but its very dull and not that clean. My girlfriend and I did not enjoy our stay!

Hi William, I apologies about your stay. The unit has 3 lamps on the walls and recess lighting through the entire unit (8). The light switch is sometimes hard to notice behind the curtains. We will do a better job about making that stand out.

My Stay Experience

Property owners were very responsive and accommodating which I appreciated. Overall, room was generally good. Things I did not like about the room was pillows were not comfortable and wifi was very weak. TV (because of how old it was) could not handle steaming apps like DirectTV, so had to watch my cable programming on my iPad. Towels also smelled very stale.

Good & Bad

There were no chairs. Old people need comfortable chairs to sit and read in. The kitchen had no cooking dishes and no sink. The outside light shone directly on the large window so the room was more twilight than dark for sleeping. The remote to operate the heating unit was not in the room; host had to bring it over later in the evening. It was a great location for us. The host was friendly and responsive.

Needs updates.

Place is cute just needs few details to enhance experience . Towels were stained and smelled really bad. No trash bags in trash bin. Shower curtain has mold in the bottom. The trash outside was over flowing and smelled terrible. Over all place is cozy but does need a attention to details !

Unexpected

Run down, in need of update. Closet door handles are at top of door frame?..tripped on extra long shower curtain on shore floor. Bathroom sink caulking deteriorated. Outside the flys were all over the trash cans area. Haven’t been picked up in awhile??
