Beautiful views from the balcony offer shady, breezy days with perfect sunset views in the evening. Not to mention the nightly view of the fireworks! If the view from the private balcony is not enough, try the view from the rooftop pool. The unit also offers views to the riverwalk, which is a great way to get to the beach by avoiding street crossings.

The penthouse suite was perfect! It had everything we needed to be very comfortable for our two week stay. Security was good and everyone in the building was very friendly. We had an ocean view and we even saw whales from our balcony a couple of times!

Every thing in the unit was first class. the cleaning was a day late but very satisfactory. Freddy was very helpful when asked and very prompt. Entry and exit were simple. We really enjoyed the balcony view and furniture. Some stores and restaurants were difficult to find at first but easy enough after a while. Altogether, we had a very nice visit.

Loved it all! Great location-quiet and close to restaurants, mercado for essentials, Malecón for strolling, and a more authentic MX experience. Terrific rooftop space with amazing views, lots of loungers, tables, heated pool, and bbq. Spacious shaded balcony overlooking the river for dining & relaxing while listening to birds or watching fireworks at night. Kitchen had all the essentials to cook and dine at home for the month. Desk and large monitor a bonus workstation area with good wifi service. Communication with host was always excellent-prompt, clear easy instructions for self check in. The best home we’ve ever had in PV. Thanks Rebecca!

This is a nicely appointed penthouse unit in a very friendly midsized condo. Located alongside the riverbank overlooking the island, it offers relaxing views of the island sanctuary. Both the Host and the Condo Manager have been very responsive and helpful when needed. We especially appreciate the 2 windows along the unit entryway offering natural light and ventilation only available in a couple of the end units. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a wide variety of restaurants and markets withing a few blocks. This unit and the Isla Cuale condo has become a favorite for us!

Perfect Getaway

Stayed here Thanksgiving weekend. Property is clean and modern. Situated in the romantic zone next to the river with a beautiful view. Close enough to all the restaurants and bars but far enough to have some peace and quiet.

Wonderful stay

Rebecca's condo in very well equipped with stunning views. The building has a nice roof-top pool. We met several nice people who live in the building. Rebecca was great to deal with. This was our 15th trip to Puerto Vallarta and one of our favourite places to stay.

Another Great Stay In PV

We have stayed in this condo before and love the building, the neighborhood where it is located, and the people we encounter. The condo is well maintained and in the perfect location to explore Vallarta. We always feel safe and love the fact that we can walk everywhere and don't have to get in a car except for getting to and from the airport. And for a one month stay, that's awesome! We also love the condo residents that have always made us feel welcome and like we're part of the family. Already booked for next year!

Fantastic place

Beautiful condo with fantastic view of the Rio cuale and the water! We sat on the balcony and watched the fireworks at night! The condo had everything you could want and the roof top pool and hot tub was all you could ask for with another amazing view! Host had supplied all info in detail so check in process was great! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location Away From The Beach

This penthouse condo was perfect for my wife and I. We prefer to be in the romantic zone away from the beach. The unit's patio is situated for wonderful views of the ocean and sunset. The top floor pool was great with wonderful panoramic views of downtown PV. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet, but close to everything we want - restaurants, PV art scene, and shopping for supplies. The unit itself was very clean and well appointed. We'll be back!

We will definitely be coming back here!

The condominium was perfect for our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Everything you could ever want or need was provided. The pool and hot tub on the roof are spectacular - and the view! It was a great location to walk all over the town and try hidden gems - restaurants and shops. Rebecca made it super easy for us. We spent two days at another condo and three days in Yelapa and returned to this condo for our last two nights. In the future, we might spend more time at this condo when we come back to the area.

The host was great

Just power outages and a lot was asked of us to clean in order to check out . The pool was dirty . Hot tub was well a cool tub. Beautiful place and Rebecca is very responsive. I had a stain on her bedding and she is making me replace it which is fine but it most likely could be washed out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I truly value every guest’s experience and I’m sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the power outage, I understand how inconvenient and disruptive it can be. These outages are unfortunately a result of severe weather conditions in the area and are beyond my control. My understanding is that my property manager was very responsive and did as much as he could. Thank you for your honesty about the stained bedding. I appreciate that you tried to clean it and informed me before check-out. I didn’t make you replace the bedding, but I did file a claim through the insurance, as we agreed. If the insurer has asked you to pay anything additional, I’m happy to cancel the claim since the cost is minor. Please know my goal is to maintain a clean space for all guests, and given the nature of the stain, I felt it necessary to replace the bedding. Again, I appreciate your feedback, as it helps me improve the experience for all future guests. If you would like to discuss your stay further, I welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and address any remaining concerns.

Love this property — I’d come back

Enjoyed staying here! There were a few small technical issues. But the owner and her team were on it immediately! I can’t wait to come back. Very peaceful and view is amazing. Great location. Can walk to all the shops and beach easily.

Safe, Comfy and Classy

Excellent condo that is comfortable, secure entrance with keyless entry and located in Zona Romantica so I was near the best bars and restaurants. Used the pool and the kitchen, and slept in comfort with the air conditioning on at night. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo, Fantastic Location

Rebecca, your condo is so lovely and for us it was in the perfect location. The condo had everything we needed for our stay; and it was so easy to get to all the wonderful restaurants and taco stands in the area. Plus, super quick to walk down to the beach and Malecon, and downtown to the plaza area. The rooftop pool area was lovely and we used it every morning, however our favorite location for relaxation was on the condo balcony, watching life go by, reading, and listening to the birds on Isla Cuale. Thank you so much for making your condo available. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

Enjoyable Visit

The listing describes the condo very well. Nicely appointed with reliable internet, perfect for 2 people. We liked that it was in the Romantic Zone but on not in the Zone. The building was pretty quiet as the low season was beginning. Rebecca was very responsive and accommodating with our request to extend due to personal reasons. We would stay here again.

Well outfitted condo with a great view

Rebecca’s place is very well equipped and comfortable. It’s easy to shop at the local markets and prepare meals at home or to go out to one of the many restaurants close by. The best seats in the house are on the spacious balcony. The view is perfect as it includes both ocean and green space. Not to mention sunset and firework viewing. The condo is perfectly located to explore the Zona Romantica, Central and the malecon.

Best stay ever!

I generally go to PVR every few months. Most places are reasonably accurate in their descriptions but somehow lacking, no basic supplies or something like that. This condo was amaaaazing. Everything we needed, extra stuff in every closet, drawer, a washer and dryer! Great location, great facilities, met Freddy the first day, super amazing guy. All around a 10⭐️ experience. Thanks.

Mauna Kea access

The best thing about this rental is that you can purchase access to the Mauna Kea resort. Beaches are spectacular. This unit is comfortable, but could use a little bit of updating in terms of the furniture. The ability to use the garage was a big bonus; it's not too often that you get the use of the garage. Beach items were nice to have.

Beautiful views in a convenient location

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this spot. The apartment is well furnished, with neat lighting and remote controlled window shades. Even though it was just my partner and myself staying there, we appreciated having two bathrooms. The balcony was my favorite place of my whole visit, enjoying slow mornings listening to bird songs and neighborhood sounds was blissful. The location of this property is ideal - near the beach, right across the street from the river/island, and an easy walk to basically everywhere we went. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing on hot afternoons and the hot tub was awesome after a long day of walking and exploring. Thanks for hosting!
