Dear valued guests, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us following your recent stay at our BlueBeachDoor house (not a condo). We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us ensure that all future guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We'd like to address the concerns you raised about the bedroom configuration. The listing clearly specifies that the third bed is located in the living area downstairs and is a sofa bed, ensuring transparency for all our guests. Therefore the clarity in the bedroom configuration was present in the listing at the time of your booking, followed up by our request to confirm the additional sleeping arrangements for a party more than 5 guests. Regarding the yard maintenance, we intentionally leave the grass uncut during this uneasy for everyone heatwave season to support the local wildlife, especially the wild deer that frequent the area. We understand that this might be different from what some guests are used to, and we thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. This also was communicated to you in our welcome message. As for the construction across the street, we regret any inconvenience it may have caused during your stay. We always strive to provide our guests with a serene environment to relax and enjoy their vacation. While the construction was not within our control and we are not aware of the estimated completion date, we do know there is work is happening only during the day while guests are enjoying the beach. We apologize for any disturbance you may have experienced. Regarding parking, our property offers a spacious lot that can comfortably accommodate up to four cars, and it was enough space for three of your cars. We do encourage guests to inform us in advance about their parking needs, and we are more than happy to make suitable arrangements to accommodate them. Your feedback is highly valuable to us, and it serves as an opportunity for continuous improvement.
