Perfect place to stay if you have pets. We loved the convenience of the fenced in yard. The house was in a nice area close to beach access. Also close to many restaurants, stores, and miniature golf. We would definitely stay there again.

North Myrtle Great Stay

This rental was amazing just like all other VRBOs I have stayed at. Clean, easy, no contact, and had everything we needed, including a good AC. The yard was perfect for our dog and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Great location for child free golfers who want a peaceful place to relax.

Ok for Rental Property

Property was sparsely furnished, but adequate for rental. Exterior could use some attention. Grounds could use attention with poison oak in back & on side of grounds. Some weeds in front. Shrubs need trimming. Neighborhood pool opened May 1 but was closed for week we rented. Overall was Ok. We would rent this rental property again

Cockroach infestation!!!

Horrible experience! What was supposed to be a relaxing week with my family quickly turned into a nightmare. We only stayed in the house for one day because it was infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere—in the living room, kitchen cabinets, and downstairs bedroom. It was so bad that we had to leave the house in the middle of the night. Trying to find a hotel in the middle of the night on Easter with two kids and a dog was incredibly stressful. The property manager stopped responding after the second day and refused to provide a refund or offer us a different property for the remainder of our stay. Their solution was to simply stop communicating with me. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a VRBO property!

Cute place but unfortunately cockroach problems

We were looking forward to a relaxing eight day stay after driving 15 hours to get here. However, we began seeing cockroaches on the second day of our stay. In the midst of our crisis with the cockroaches the manager told us he would "shorten our stay" on the third day. However, he has since stated that "shortening our stay" does not mean they were going to refund us for the five remaining days. He stated shortening our stay only meant that he was going to make the place available for someone else to rent. We rented and paid in good faith and unfortunately, we are still trying to recover our loss.

Great location, sweet little cottage

We enjoyed our stay very much. 10 min walk to the beach which was great. The neighbors are very nice. We went just as the season was changing so yard wasn’t prepared but I bet it’s cute when in full bloom and manicured. We’d go back to this vacation home.

Stay was very good! Location to fields, restaurants, activities, beach and grocery was very close and easy to get around. Quiet neighborhood, parking was a little tight but with one car was workable.Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property served our purpose of a convenient get away in winter. The 13 days went way too fast. In fact, we are returning for a week in late March. The location and fenced yards for our doggies were perfect!

House and location was perfect the only reason I gave the overall a 4 was the parking. The neighbor golf cart was always parked in the shared section of the driveway which made it difficult to get in and out.

Convenient N Myrtle Beach location in a quiet neighborhood

We were traveling to N Myrtle Beach to visit family. We were 4 adults with a small pet. When we decided to make the trip we thought that renting a house would be more comfortable than staying at a hotel. Through VRBO we found this house available for the time frame we wanted and at an affordable price. The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and the host was in communication with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the accommodations. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in N Myrtle Beach. We hope to return again and hope that this unit will be available for our next visit.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This was a perfect house for our first family trip with our new baby. The house comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 dogs with no problem. The bedrooms are very spacious and the fenced in side yard was a very nice feature as well. The beach was a very easy 8-10 minute walk. The neighbors were absolutely wonderful, pleasant, and offered us help or anything we might need. Their poodle is very friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

A disappointing VRBO experience

Our family has been using VRBO for summer beach vacations for years and we have had great experiences with owners often as repeat tenants. This was the first time we took a listing through a management company acting on behalf of the owner and it was not a good experience. When we started our search this house looked lovely and seemed to fit our family’s needs. Prior to arrival we had some questions that were better answered over the phone. Three separate phone messages went unanswered. When we arrived the house was clean but no one had cleaned the yard. There were cigarette butts and candy wrappers on the property. The outdoor shower was broken and someone had left a pair of underwear in the stall. The home was advertised as suitable for seven

Winter Getaway

This property is a gem. Everything we were looking for was here. The house was clean, welcoming and well appointed. The neighbors were friendly. The neighborhood felt safe. It’s a short drive to everything in the area. A good base for exploring. Numerous restaurants to choose from. And groceries stores to shop at. Close proximity to the beach for long daily walks. A fenced in yard for our dog was perfect. It was exactly as advertised, what we wanted and were expecting. Looking for a change of scene from a snowy, icy winter, we found a lovely home away.

We had a great relaxing short week mini golf eating and down at beach with our golden doodle and all to ourselves-literally Our neighbors Cal and Wanda and their Doodle Pearl are so pleasant to be with House is great and super comfortable Washer dryer is such a great addition Er didn’t need to use the upstairs at all

Baseball Tournament

The house was very nice. However it was in a neighborhood where the houses were very close together. We were in 2 Honda Pilots and there was not enough room to get in & out. Also, the next door neighbor was very rude & inconsiderate because he said we were on his property. The day we left it got very ugly between us.

Perfect Stay
