Welcome to the Island Estates paradise! The perfect escape in the heart of Lake Worth, known as “the place where the tropics begin”. The house is located in the residential and secure area of a cul de sac. It is a two-story home and has been renovated in May 2022. The beautiful modern home has an open floor plan, fresh new landscaping and ideal waterfront location. There are 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and balconies on the second floor. This one-of-a-kind retreat boasts comfort, convenience, and incredible amenities.
Enjoy the Southern Florida sun on your lake-side lanai, ensuring effortless entertainment and relaxation, where you can lounge around the pool or the Jacuzzi and even play some poolside games. You have access to an outdoor fridge where you can savor poolside fare from the likes of drinks to salads to burgers. The outdoor flat-screen TV and private bar gives you the chance to unwind outside. The extraordinary travertine-tile furnished patio complete with an outdoor BBQ kitchen island, a large fully equipped tiki hut bar and a mini golf course is another great place for your company to enjoy.
THE SPACE
This waterfront home is fully renovated with 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths, containing 8 beds for up to 12 guests. The house is wired for high speed wireless internet and cable throughout.
-Living room furnished with a leather sectional and a modern entertainment center containing a 65” flat-screen TV,
-Dining room table set for 10 and a breakfast bar in the kitchen sit additional 4.
-Equipped full size kitchen and a set of full size washer and dryer

• Room 1: Master Suite: King size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Room 2: Master Suite: King size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
• Room 3: Set of bunk beds with a twin over full, shared access to hall bathroom with bedroom 4.
• Room 4: King sized bed, shared access to hall bathroom with bedroom 3, and French doors that lead outside to a private balcony.
• Room 5: Master Suite:King size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, leads outside to a private balcony overlooking the lanai, pool, and tiki hut.
There is a 55” Smart TV and one hairdryer equipped in each bathroom.

Good house good stay

Decent house. Perfect for family. Lots of room for kids to run around. Outside features make this house stand out, pool, putting green TV, grill. Heated pool was a little cold. Good enough for the kids but the adults felt it was a little chilly. Hot tub was perfect.

Little Disappointed !

House was beautiful, however few things that kinda put a damper on the trip. i specifically rent houses with covered pools this way weather is not a factor. The pool at this house was freezing (although claimed to be heated). I requested on more than one occasion for the host to raise the temperature and each time I got some story about how he could not, how it was regulated by the spa and that the pool was cold due to the cloudy weather. So for the three days of the trip pool was too cold to go in. Big disappointment. Also, there was issues in the house with showers and hot water, which was almost non-existent. More than one cold shower was taken.

My family and I stayed at the house for my son's graduation and hosted the dinner. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for the dinner and accommodating for the entire family.

Beautiful Property

We have stayed in a lot of properties and this house was by far the cleanest. The owner had thought of everything, the house was well stocked with paper products, linens, cleaning, products, laundry soap, etc. and the beds were super comfortable, which not every property has. We cooked in three nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We truly appreciated all the nice little touches the owner has put into this home. We were there for the Super Bowl, and really enjoyed all the TVs inside and outside of the home. It allowed us to watch while we were grilling and cooking and lounging. We will definitely stay in this property again. A+++

Beautiful house

The house was perfect. Everything you needed was there. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our needs. He met us there at check-in and showed us everything, including all the lighting. I would love to return. Everyone wanted to stay longer.

Fabulous home away from home

The house was more than advertised and expected. Everything was fresh and clean. The owner took the time to think through the little amenities that make a stay more comfortable. There was no need to run to the store for the basics repeatedly. The space was great for multiple families with a range of ages. Everyone was able to spend time together and in their separate spaces as needed. We would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful Home

The host was welcoming and very accommodating. The home was as described on site, no surprises. Very large spacious, perfect for large families or multiple families with children. 3 master bedrooms, can’t beat that. Well decorated and stocked. Great amenities, only wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities. Only thing I would recommend is having a car. Not much within walking distance. Not a problem for us since we ubered most of time.

Perfect house, great location!

From the moment we arrived, Phong, the owner was fantastic! The house was very clean and comfortable and in a quiet area. The outdoor area including the pool, jacuzzi, tiki hut, mini golf, grill, etc. was perfect. It is close to shopping and within minutes of the beach. It is without reservation that we would recommend this beautiful house.

The entertainment spaces include a bar area with a fridge, a flat screen TV, as well as a pool table and a dart board game.
Outside the lanai, you can enjoy a game of mini-golf, relaxing on the porch swing or cooking with the gas grill at the outdoor kitchen, or watch a movie with the outdoor TV from the tiki hut. The tiki hut amenities includes a tiki bar, a mounted Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and 12 or more seaters.
