Wonderful Condo

This condo was beautiful! It was newly remodeled and it had everything we needed and more. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. The receptionist at the front desk as well as other owners that I met during the month I stayed were all so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Excellent property

Can’t say enough about this property. The condo exceeds expectations. Even though exterior landscaping and pool restoration from hurricane damage is being completed, our stay was top notch. The view, the amenities and the owners desire to accommodate all our needs was five star.

What an amazing condo and location!

We had an incredible stay at Charlie and Patricia's modern, spacious, and beautifully designed apartment. The grand kitchen, large bedrooms with private bathrooms, and stunning views really made this a luxury retreat. The building is safe, with parking, gym, heated indoor pool (larger outdoor pool was being renovated when we were there) and literally on the beach. Surfing was a breeze thanks to the owners lending us surfboards—imagine suiting up in the apartment, taking the service elevator, and hitting the waves in minutes! Daytona Beach's prime location allowed us to enjoy nearby shops, Orlando's parks, and the Kennedy Space Center. Charlie and Patricia were amazing hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable holiday. Highly recommended

Best Family Vacation

This was our second stay here and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. Charles and Patricia set us up so perfectly and are so accommodating. Not only do they provide the cleanest, freshest, and most beautiful condo, but they also have gear and supplies for the beach. With the gorgeous view it is especially hard to leave but we already can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Experience

yeah, my husband had a wonderful time in Daytona Beach. The property was centered and we were able to rent a car and go up to Saint Augustine then go down to point. The property was right on the beach and it was easy to walk down the beach every night. Patty & Charlie sent us a list of great restaurants to visit were extremely helpful and attentive. The condo was fully stocked to make meals there had a washer and dryer and was super clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back next year.

So Nice you won't want to leave

The spacious Condo is better than home. The view from the balcony is amazing anytime of the day or night. Convenient to everything. Groceries, fuel, plenty of eating establishments within minutes of driving and some within just a few minutes walk. An exceptional place to stay. With 3 bedrooms there is plenty of space for company to visit. Charles and Patricia do everything they can to make your stay memorable. We stayed 7 weeks this year. Already booked my stay for next year.

Dream Condo on the beach 21st Floor Amazing A+++

Found the condo on VRBO listing and seeing the pictures I had to enjoy a stay with the family. You will not find a condo like this location and very convenient to so many fun hot spots. The beach is so nice and can wait to re-book the condo in the near future. Even had surf boards to enjoy in the condo as well as beach chairs Thanks to the owners for making this beach condo the 21st spectacular !!!

Perfect Getaway

Great experience

The unit is very nice but the added gestures made by the owners made our visit great !!! They provided drinks, snacks, and many things you normally have to go to the store and buy after check in. Their communication was great on various things going on at the complex. Would definitely reccomend !!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time on the beach. Looking forward to a repeat. Master bed was super comfortable for us. The height was a bit daunting at the railing, but I quickly got used to it. Coffee on the balcony was a morning ritual, as was cocktails in the pm. Thanks for having your unit so well equipped!

Everything we hoped for and more!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We stayed at this beautiful condo right on the beach at Daytona Beach Shores. We were met by Charles and Patricia, who showed us the condo, gave us dining recommendations, and told us a little about the area. They obviously took pride in trying to think of anything and everything a family might want or need for a 6-week stay. Charles said prior to leaving: Everything here is for you, so enjoy. Multiple times during the stay, when we needed something unusual for cooking or storing food, we found it. They truly did think of everything. And not just to "get you started". They had multiple rolls of toilet paper, at least 10 boxes of Kleenex, stacks and stacks of linens, cleaning products, and beach equipment. The only problems we had in six weeks was that the Keurig wouldn't turn on, I mentioned it in a text message to Charles and he immediately offered to have a new one over-nighted to us. We said that we just wanted him to be aware of it, and that there was another coffee maker with a plethora of coffee filters next to it that we used instead. We would come back here anytime for sure. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, shop, and play within and short walk. We were able to see two space craft launches from the balcony as well and there is nothing better than listening to the waves land right outside on the shore day and night. A fantastic experience! Simply fabulous

This condo was beautiful. Everything was as stated. However, Charles and Patricia go so far beyond anyone I’ve seen on VRBO in making you comfortable. The condo has everything! A beach closet full- chairs, coolers, hats, towels, umbrellas s even a scooter. The kitchen contained the everything from air fryer, krups with K cups, toaster, blender, spices, fully soup to nuts. Our family has a wonderful time and we even successfully hosted Thanksgiving dinner for 12. Then there is the view. I highly recommend this wonderful place with the best hosts!

I have stayed in many condos on the beach. This unit by far was the best one I have ever stayed in. The accommodations were superior. Everything you need for a beach vacation was there for you to enjoy. Charles and Patricia are the so so accommodating. I would love to stay there again. My family and I stayed for a month and it was a very enjoyable vacation.

Charles and Patricia were great hosts and were super quick to respond to any questions. They really pay attention to details and go the extra mile to make sure their guests are comfortable. The condo is well stocked with nice kitchenware and beach stuff. The view is better than advertised! My husband and I worked remotely here for several weeks and it was so nice to have that view during a tough workday. Do not hesitate to rent this property.

Perfect oasis

We had a wonderful experience renting from Charles and Patricia. They met us at checkin and were so nice and helpful. They even stocked us with some snacks and fruit to get us started on our first day. The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family. The pool wall was under repair but it never stopped us from enjoying the pool or beach. We would definitely rent from them again.

Charles and Patricia were wonderful hosts. Everything you could possibly need for an extended stay was provided. Property was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures provided. The view from the 21st floor balcony overlooking the ocean was incredible. Great location and close to everything you might need. Amazing!

During this difficult time we decided to spend a month in Florida to visit with our sons, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. We knew we wouldn’t want to go many places so we chose the location carefully. Nothing, not even the pictures prepared us for the beautiful condo we had the pleasure of staying in. From the sound of the ocean as a constant backdrop, to the stunning views (including dolphins and whales) we almost would have put up with a less than stunning condo. But the good news was we didn’t have to. The size of the place was spectacular, and the kitchen provided an opportunity for family meal making and even group Christmas cookie making. The place was stocked with all the supplies we needed and the laundry and dishwasher provided easy cleanup. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to come back! Christmas Eve on the beach isn’t bad either! Loved it. Thank you Charles and Patricia for the welcome and the amazing place to make memories with our family.

Great Place to Stay in Daytona

We had a terrific time at Charles and Patricia's condo in Daytona Beach Shores. None of the six of us has ever had the owners come to welcome us and show us around the property. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, well equipped, and well stocked. Absolutely nothing was lacking. On our last day there, I surveyed our group for suggestions on how Charles and Patricia could improve in any area and no one could think of a single thing. We have found our go to place in Daytona. Friendly owners who insist you make yourselves at home.

Amazing stay

condo is gorgeous! Love the view from the 21st floor, seen a lot of dolphins and sting rays swimming in the water. Some pool renovations were going on which didn't affect us at all. The pool boy A.J was the best workers there, always kind and helpful! Everything I needed was there and available.

Great Option for Daytona Beach Shores

We were so pleased with the three-bedroom condo on the 21st floor of the Grand Coquina. Charles and Patricia were most gracious in their preparation for guests, their warm welcome, and their great communication. We were overwhelmed with their beautiful beach home that more than met our needs. It was in a great location and was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a wonderful week at the beach in Daytona Beach Shores. The views were fantastic, as were the accommodations. The three bedrooms and three baths allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped, and the laundry accommodations were excellent. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you, Charles and Patricia, for making our stay one to remember!

Extended vacation

We wanted to extend our vacation at the beach since our plans to stay in Orlando were thwarted by the pandemic. This listing looked perfect for us. The unit was far better than we expected. Charles and Patricia are wonderful hosts, and went out of their way to make sure our arrival and stay were perfect. This property is well maintained and the unit is very well equipped. Some “extras” are included with the furnishings, and we were very impressed. This is a beautiful unit and provides a very comfortable living experience. We are extremely pleased and hope to stay here again!

A Little Slice of Heaven

Patricia and Charles are the most warm hearted, accommodating hosts. Their condo is immaculate and very well equipped. We appreciated having all the proper cleaning supplies handy and therefore didn't have to supplement at all during out stay. The fridge and pantry were also well stocked. Because of this and their overall attentiveness, once you're unpacked, your vacation begins. No extra running around to purchase items to help you get settled! The views from the balcony are breath taking. The pelicans fly by on their daily route, almost within touching distance. REALLY! And pods of manta ray can be seen swimming close to the shoreline. At the beginning of March, the white sand beach is fairly quiet. Although spring break is busier, the beach still feels spacious to walk or ride the bikes they provide. Daytona allows vehicles on the beach and we anticipated it was going to bother us. But it is so well controlled, it didn't bother us at all. In fact, it made for some interesting car/ motorbike watching while strolling the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, and fresh seafood shops are all close. We prefer to buy and cook and their kitchen had everything we needed to create great homemade meals. If you like seafood, this is your place. Also worth noting, there is ample sitting area for a family meal. The condo is very quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the linens are hotel quality. Shopping and golf are convenient. The Kennedy Space Center is an easy hour drive. We truly enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next year. Thank you Patricia and Charles. We look forward to seeing you next year.

We bought this property in November 2017 with the long term plan to retire on the beach. After renovating the unit, we decided to share our wonderful experience with others as a short term rental.

You will be hard pressed to find modern condo as nice and large with such a beautiful view and a 44" wide oceanfront balcony on the 21st floor. High Rise is not just the name. It's the description.
