Be close to everything at this beautifully remodeled & centrally-located home! WALK 1 BLOCK to Lake Chatuge Marina with restaurant, boat docks, sand beach, water “Splash Zone” & rentals for boat, paddle board & kayak! After a fun day in the water you can also walk to your choice of 5 restaurants, all with lake views. Maybe cook at home in your full kitchen, or grill on the deck with AMAZING LAKE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS. The game room has something for all ages - foosball, electronic darts, cards & board games!

This home can be split into 2 units, however this listing is for entire home which means there are 2 FULL kitchens and 2 living rooms, and 2 decks, in addition to the game room downstairs! All 3 bedrooms have a Queen or King bed, plus a single or a bunk bed. All beds are located in bedrooms, no pull-outs. Plenty of space for your group to spread out and also to have a meal together in the upstairs kitchen which has a table for 8 plus 4 bar stools, not to mention patio tables for 4 upstairs and 6 downstairs!!

Plenty of parking and many food options within walking distance or on Main Street less than 3 miles away. So many hiking and water sport options nearby as well as the GA Mountain Fairgrounds, horseback riding, tubing, wine tastings, antique shops and movies! Your mountain escape is waiting - book today!

The views, location, size, and accommodations were excellent. One of the family members was in a wheelchair and there were no problems. Everything was clean. I would love to stay here again and I would recommend this location to everyone planning to stay in Hiawassee. This was our family women’s get together we do every fall but it is also an excellent location for the younger family members for fun summer activities.

We loved this house! Loads of space, great location and breathtaking views of the lake. We loved hanging out in the gazebo and on the two decks. We will definitely stay there again. The host was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful View and great location.

Everything was within a 5-minute drive boating, fishing and a free beach. We also ventured out to Clayton GA. which is a great old fashion shopping town and there is a new store called Bon Bon Market just east of Hiawassee. At the end of the day, we enjoyed the view from the porch and got to jump into a cozy king seized bed. It was a great trip!

Beautiful view and very nice and clean.

We had a great time visiting. Our host was so helpful and friendly. This place was very clean and well decorated. It has a beautiful view of the lake. Within walking distance to great food and entertainment. We will be visiting again.

What a beautiful villa! The house was pristine, Comfortable, ample space for the whole family (mom, dad and 4 kids, ages 14-22). We wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy the house and the area We drove from Florida for a destination wedding and realized that our clothes needed some ironing, but there was no iron at the house (I did not check the amenities list to verify, I just assumed). I reached out to Guido, and he immediately responded. He offered nearby stores where I could buy one, and he reimbursed me promptly. Even prior to us getting there he was very attentive and was quick to offer recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I highly recommend this villa and if we ever come back to the area, we will definitely be staying here again.

Great house for a great time

The house was great! Plenty of room for our party of 10. The house was designed as a "lockoff" so one group could be upstairs and a separate group downstairs. We just used it as one big house. Big kitchen upstairs and a smaller kitchen downstairs. Enough bathrooms. It was a good location for us to quickly get to our Punkin' Chunkin' event. Nearby grocery store, restaurants, and gas stations. Great views, too, even though we did not spend a lot of time in the house. Some essentials were provided such as coffee and coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc. The kitchen was well-equiped with pans, dishes, mugs, toaster, etc. The TVs had a variety of streaming choices, such as Netflix. The house owners were available via cell phone and were very responsive to our questions. There were two house manuals that had all the info you would need such as wireless password and places to eat and to play, We would certainly rent this house again if we are in the area.

Great Home & Location

We enjoyed our stay in the home with family. We had our own space which made it nice. Nights on the porch we enjoyable. Location was close to most amenities. Host was very prompt on his responses and very helpful. Would book here again.

Perfect Home for a Rainy Family Trip!

I absolutely loved how open and big the house was for family and entertaining! It rained every single day, but the Lake house made it just right for all to spread out and do their own thing! Thank you to Guido and Tracey his wife, for quick responses to all our needs! The Lake views were well worth staying here! We hope to return and have better weather!

Without a doubt this was one of the nicest home that we have booked for our family Thanksgiving trip

This home was perfect for our family. The location was very convenient too. The home was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 9 adults and 4 kids. We plan to stay here again in the future. The owner is very easy to work with and is very responsive to communication. We had everything we needed in the home. This is an absolutely beautiful home!!

Best Place with the most amazing view!

From the location, to space, down to the convenience of the location, everything was perfect. My group of 10 all slept perfectly and never once felt like we were on top of each other. The owners were super nice and so very easy to get ahold of. We have all decided we are going back.

Great Location

The home is in a great location, walking distance to local restaurants and Splash Island. The only issue we had was the noice from the unit upstairs. We could hear every time they took a step. Otherwise, great vacation for my family and I.

Great little place

My kids and I stayed at this property for a few days and enjoyed it. The location is close to everything and is well equipped for its size. The owner is quick responding to any message which is a huge plus in my book. We had to cut our trip short due to one of my kids getting sick, but the time we were there was enjoyable.

Family Summer Vacation at Lake Chatgue

Our family of 5 recently stayed here for part of our summer vacation. Guido was an excellent communicator! He was quick to respond to questions and we knew we were in good hands before even arriving at the property. Throughout our stay, Guido checked in more than once to make sure things were going well, which was much appreciated. The property appears to be a newly renovated. It was clean, nicely decorated, had great ammenities. It is within walking distance to the lake, a water float park which was fun to do with the kids, a marina where we stored our boat, at least three restaurants and bars, a movie theatre, and more. The view of the mountains and the lake from the porch and main bedroom were amazing! The only downside of this property is the traffic noise from the road that runs between the house and the lake, and the foot traffic noise, while minimal, from the unit above. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

So Relaxing & Great View

The perfect spot for relaxation- amazing views! The unit was perfect for our family with 4 adults and 2 young children with lots of space, and a full kitchen with everything we needed plus more like a spice rack! The coffee bar was so nice plus we could walk to the restaurant next door for breakfast - super convenient location. Just what we needed for a peaceful weekend 😃

I am a native Italian and met my wife while she was traveling in Italy. I moved to the United States in 2004 and we married. I had a piece of property in Italy with a small rustic home on it that we decided to redo in 2009. My Italian family lives in it full time.
We love real estate and are always searching for new opportunities to use a space, and share it with others when we're not able to be there. Our young son is a great helper and loves being a part of the process.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our friends brought us to this gorgeous mountain town in 2021 and we immediately knew we wanted to find a vacation home in the area! The views were breathtaking from Bell Mountain. After searching we decided we wanted to be ON the water, not just views of it from afar. Just over a year later in 2022 we found the perfect location with clear water and mountain views, and walkable access to a Marina and restaurants! We had a vision to create 2 units from the home, an upper and a lower. After several months we were able to add a second kitchen, make another full bedroom and add a huge deck off the existing patio to more fully enjoy the outdoor space to the Terrace Level ! We made it available for guests Memorial weekend and stayed booked all summer! With the start of school we had a few weeks available in August to add a fence to the entire property and do some exterior landscaping. We furnished the main level and are now ready to welcome guests to the entire house. We are so excited to share this space with family, friends and guests all year long!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The unique benefits of this home is it's location! It is a single house that has amazing views with BOTH Chatuge Lake and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Although we do not have our own boat dock, you can put in paddle boards, canoes and kayaks directly across the street, as well as swim PLUS just one block away you can actually RENT EVERYTHING!! In addition there are currently 5 restaurants you can walk to within a block as well. There are not many houses in this immediate area, so this is a huge plus and super convenient! We also have a game room which includes an electronic dart board (has other games on it as well), a foosball table, cards and board games for all ages.
