Great location

Very cute beach cottage. Well equipped with generous access to all of the beach gear you might need. Less than 5 mins walk to the beach in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We had a great time.

Just as Advertised

The cottage was quite charming. We loved lounging in the backyard space. The owner supplies everything you need for the private beach that is just 1 block away. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing getaway and we would definitely stay here again!

Location Location location

Super clean house with A+ location. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook/ do laundry . . . Host made everything super ease. parking and bike rack where perfect as was outdoor area and outdoor shower.

Lavallette Beach Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! Great house with all the amenities and very close to the beach. Lavallette is cool and cozy location and people were all really friendly. Just about any food and drink you could want was within easy walking distance. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive during the booking, check in and check out process. We will definitely come back next time we are up that way!

Ocean Beach III vacation cottage

Great location and quick walk to the beach. Ocean Beach III has plenty of entrances to find the right beach / waves for you. Small cottage but patio has nice couch and table to spread out between beach outings. Guest provides plenty of chairs to save you from bringing from home which we wil do next time. Reliable WiFi and big TV to watch movies at night

Very disappointing

Our stay was cancelled by the owner a few hours before check in due to an apparent plumbing issue. We had traveled across country and were willing to miss a day or two while the problem was resolved, but this was not available. While we received a refund, we were left high and dry. When we walked past the property that week, the same car was there each day, with a bikini hanging from the line. Very disappointing.

Cute beach cottage

Property was just as described. The host left us a nice care package and provided everything we needed for our quick beach getaway. I’d recommend the host point out that there are drawers and cabinets on both sides of the kitchen counter, it took us a while to locate some things (coffee filters) but they were there in the end. We would definitely rent this house again! Happy summer.

Adorable, super clean house with easy access to lovely beach. Host is easy going and accommodating.

We loved our short stay in this adorable bungalow. The house is super clean and well appointed. Everything you need for the beach is provided (towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach toys, etc.), and unlike other rentals, the host is kind enough to provide bedding and very nice bath towels. While we mostly ate out or brought food in (and ate it outside on the awesome patio) the kitchen has plenty of utensils and cooking gear. Check in/out was super easy and the host is super accommodating. We have nothing but compliments for this cozy, hip little house. Hope to be back next year!

Truly wonderful stay dts

We had the best time at Danielle’s beach house the second week of September! Everything that you need, she has, which made our lives so much easier (traveling with an infant and a toddler, it’s never easy!). We were instantly welcomed by a generous basket of all kinds of goodies for my kids and I. The house itself is just beyond adorable! The giant shower was amazing and by far, the biggest I’ve seen in a beach house and we rent every year. Very large TV and couches are SO COMFY!!!! Beds and bedding were also extremely fluffy and comfortable. The backyard offers a huge area too, complete with table and chairs and a very large couch. There’s a really nice grill and she provides everything you’d ever want for beach fun, including many Tommy Bahama chairs. We had a fabulous time and appreciated having such an accommodating host! Highly recommend!

We love Lavalette in summer and winter and im happy to share my home with other families when we cannot be here. I became hooked on Lavalette when I rented over the years with my family, I hope you get hooked as well.

Lavalette has everything you can ask for. Small town feel, kids can still ride bikes on the streets, fireworks and beach events almost daily. And boardwalk and games are 5 minutes away
