It was a lovely week! The home was lovely and bright and clean. Plenty of room for three generations. Anthony was very attentive when we needed him, which was not very often.Location, location, location!Having the beach passes and easy access to Jenkinson‘s beach was terrific. Great time and would definitely rent again.

Weekend Stay

Great location near the beach and super friendly, accommodating, and very responsive host. House is spacious and clean. We enjoy staying here because it’s a great location for us as we participate in the sand soccer tournament.

Summer stay with friends

Anthony is a great host who was very accommodating. House was clean when we arrived, along with fresh clean towels and sheets, and the check in/out process was super simple. The house being close to the boardwalk & beach is also very convenient. Overall, an amazing house for anybody looking to stay in this area.

Beautiful home located in the perfect spot!

My family and I wanted a home right near the beach and boardwalk so that we wouldn't have to worry about daily beach parking. Anthony's home is absolutely gorgeous and right beside the boardwalk! I really appreciate Anthony's quick responses, friendliness and flexibility. I also greatly appreciate the private off-street parking. We will definitely be booking another stay in the future!!!

Great Shore House!!

The house was clean and more beautiful as the pictures. It is very comfortable. We were 6 adults and 1 child and we had plenty of room. The owner was fantastic to work with. He responded to questions quickly and was a great help. My wife and I enjoyed spending our 40th wedding Anniversary with our family in this lovely home!!! Thank you Anthony for sharing your home with us!!!!

Walking distance to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Property was walking distance to the beach (once you get the key to the community gate.) Parking was challenging for a 2nd car. Window unit air conditioners worked well, but were a bit loud. Ample space for our six people with the two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and living areas.

Another great stay at Anthony's home in Point Pleasant Beach!

This is our 2nd time renting Anthony's home, and it again exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, and check-in/check-out were a breeze. Anthony is an extremely responsive and friendly host, and his communication is excellent leading up to the trip, and throughout the trip! The house itself is roomy, extremely well-stocked with all amenities a family/group would need, comes with plenty of beach badges and parking passes, along with some awesome beach chairs and an umbrella. The location of the home cannot be beat. There's a private pathway to the beach (with keys to open the gate included), and only a 2 minute walk, which makes it easy to hang out on the beach, and head back to the house for lunch/break/etc., and back on the beach in minutes. It is also within 2 blocks of an awesome donut shop, a bagel deli, a great juice/coffee shop, and a great homemade ice cream store. It's also right down the street from Jenkinsons. We will definitely continue to rent Anthony's home during future trips to the Jersey Shore!

Amazing Stay!

I can not say enough good things about Anthony's home. I had the pleasure of renting his home for the month of July 2022 with a group of friends, we have been renting summer homes for the past 6 years and when I say this was the easiest best house we have stayed in I truly mean it. Anthony made check in and check out super simple, and continued to check in throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I can not recommend this property enough and we will surely be back! Thank you, Anthony!

Buckets of Fun at the Beach

This house was comfortable, clean, and spacious with all the amenities of home. Anthony is a wonderful host! We enjoyed the convenience of close proximity to the beach and boardwalk activities with our young children. Would absolutely stay again!

Exceeded Expectations

We loved the pictures of the house, but the reality was even better. It is much more spacious than the pictures show. It was spotless, had everything we needed and there was enough room for my all 3 of us to hang out in different spaces and never feel crowded. The location cant be beat. The house is adorable. Everything worked . The electronic lock was super convenient and the beach badges were great. Pro-tip: buy a bag of ice. We kept forgetting and had to keep cracking the one tray over and over. Anthony was super responsive before and during our stay. We will book with Anthony again.

Wonderful location and property

Clean with lots of sleep space. Great kitchen with plenty of seating area. A block walk to everything. Owner communicated well. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this property. We were not expecting the Ritz-Carlton, however there were a few blemishes throughout the property that could be addressed in the future. Not that they were an issue worth noting.

Anthony's Beach House

This is the second year we stayed at this property and hopefully we will stay here again. The house is immaculate and the owners are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The off street parking space is a major convenience. Well done Anthony !!!!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was fantastic. Property owner was very responsive. House was clean, organized and had plenty of kitchen gadgets that made cooking easy. My young boys appreciated the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. The neighbors were very friendly. We loved this property

Vacation with grandkids 2010

It was an absolute pleasure from start to ending. We have been staying in Point Pleasant for the last four years and this was our greatest experience so far. When my grandkids first came through the door they were amazed at the spaciousness and cleanliness of the property. It was everything the advertisement purported to be and more. The owner Anthony obviously takes great pleasure in providing his guests with a memorable experience. Thank you Anthony. Job well done !!! Highly recommended.....

Location! Location! Location!

Prime location with steps away from boardwalk and all the fun! The house is well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable, the space was homey and we truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning back sometime soon!
